Are we sure Adam is blonde? That one photo looks a bit suspect to me, but then we have seen the airport photos so I guess its right.

For this reason, hundreds of fans have not been able to buy Adam’s second album (physical CD). Even though the CD can be bought online from itunes Argentina (only digital), Amazon or even AO many fans do not have credit cards, are underage whose parents won’t let them use their credit cards online, or can really not afford it.

Well I never heard anything like this. Confused. Why wouldn't they release it and let fans in Argentina buy it. It is released in other countries. I am upset because Trespassing CD is so awesome and got great reviews. Maybe if the next single does better the sales will go up. Can anyone explain this?

When I first saw this blonde-hair picture of Adam...my first impression was just one word...Whoa!! I mean it's so avant-garde and not everyone can take blonde hair with black eyebrows. I see this fairly often by easterners who want to look mod and gives me the impression of weird; because not everyone can run with it. Maybe he wants to blend in with the mod Japanese guys. In fact the first time I saw this on tv was on a Tyra Banks show; the male possibly gay, judge had blonde hair against brown skin and dark eyebrows. So I thought it was okay as it was a fashion/model competition, it didn't surprise me but got my attention. In any case he came nowhere close to this blonde Adam look! Not everyone can carry it; but Adam looks 21st century spectacularly modern! :)

Well,Adam is getting more attention w/his new hair color,isn't he?Michael Buckley was Kelly Ripa's co-host last Friday,I believe by popular vote from the home viewers.He makes his living making those videos.At least he didn't put down Adam..not really.I REALLY don't think BB will keep the platinum hair all that long.it prob needed stripping of all the built-up old dark color.oh,well.Read the comments on you tube..there were a few about Adam( so far) but more were about the olypians.It doesn't make sense that Sony won't release Tres.to Argentina.Can't they order from the US?I don't see why not..the postage would be higher,but if they pay it,then why not?Pay Pal may be affordable instead of a credit card.My son uses it & got me a UK version of a FYE CD/DVD..I wanted some of the bonus songs & the DVD( I live in the US)

I think people other countries see these comments about worrying about Adam sales here and Asume stuff! They have gradually been releasing all over world! Why would they just pick Argentina not to put CD out! I do think CD dales are good world wide why wouldUS sales cause this! Maybe they feeling Argentina is not one of Adam's strong suits! FYI - Adam is blond, not blonde. Blond is the adjective/noun to describe men with blond hair, blonde is the adjective/noun to describe women with blonde hair.

All this blonde/blond feminine/masculine thing is nonsense. The English language is very simple unlike other more complex languages that distinguish feminine/masculine nouns or verbs like my language so no use getting your panties in a twist. It means the same thing unless you are too caught up on that stuff then it shouldn't matter. I don't find blonde men particularly attractive and I loved his dark hair and eyebrows but change is part of life and I doubt he'll stay that way for long. Can't wait to see more pics of him in Japan performing in his new hair. Sauli looks good in that hair as it suits his tan skin and overall looks but for Adam that is a bit severe but if anyone can pull it off I am sure he can.

I realised that after I posted my comment; I actually started off with blond and then followed by blonde and when I checked it later on for spelling, after posting...it explained that in French, blonde, can be applied to both male and female but in English, there is a preference for blond (male) and blonde (female) to describe colour of hair; but it's not entirely wrong, but a preference. I almost wanted to point that out with a follow-up but since it's sort of acceptable, I left it at that. The title of the thread above uses blonde for Adam's beautiful blond well-groomed/cut hair; that could have influenced me... :)

Well it really depends where in the world you live as to the 'blond' and 'blonde' mention. Both are correct.

That would be rude and as you know we are rarely rude to each other. HAH! So just as long as someone spells well enough that we can figure the word out, that's okay. As far as punctuation , who cares? Are ;, ",',-,( ), ! really that important, unless of course we are being graded! God forbid! So if you dangle a participle (pal?) mis-spell a word or have run on sentences (my speciality) you should be welcome on this multinational site.

Lol at English language not being simple. Of course grammar and tenses and all that are difficult in any language but for those of us who don't consider it our first language and speak more than two languages, well for me I can say it is not a very broad language and when translating from other languages to english a lot is lost in translation because the language is rather limited. Try learning Arabic or something and you'll appreciate the simplicity of English.

To JAK at5:37am: You made me chuckle from reading your comments about the English language and grammar rules. As a retired high school English teacher, I know what you are saying.(I have a cousin who will not send me an e-mail because she is afraid to make a spelling or grammar error.) As long as the person can get his/her ideas across to us here on this site, don't worry about spelling and punctuation or other rules of grammar. I retired my red marking pens several years ago. However, my one big gripe today is the overuse of the word "like" in our daily conversations and interviews by celebs. The Kardashian sisters are the worst offenders in this because not one of them can put two sentences together without using "like" as every other word. I have listened to Adam's interviews and he slips in "like" every so often, but overall I consider him an articulate, intelligent individual whose amazing vocal talent would cancel out any minor grammar slip. Oh, and I am a blonde, probably one of the few around at my "mature" age with a little bit of gray creeping in there.

I think Buckley is funny and clever. I enjoy him. Funny line about Adam wanting "to look more like the Japanese." LOL! Can't wait for the shows in Japan. And according to my official pocket AL calendar, he's doing a M&G in Japan this Sat., Aug. 11. He must be getting ready to leave as we speak or on his way already. Hope we get some M&G pics. Then we can flail about his clothes AND his hair. Hope he brings out those eyes with some effective make-up. Not overdone, just effective. That could really make that hair work.

Well, on to next week's Japan shows! Should be a fun week. And hey, the NEW SINGLE should be announced SOON, right?

Yes, "like" is annoying and so is "you know". In nearly every interview I hear these days, people say "you know" and it makes me want to scream!!

As a Brit I can assure you that in England blond is for the man and blonde is for the female, and its not generally ok to mix them up.

I checked out bunch of male celeb. With blond hair do and they all had lighter eyebrow. Didn't match blond but wasn't jet black. Adam should have a medium brown shade for his eye brows. Can't wait for videos from Japan and OZ.

I think his beautiful blonde looks might actually makes his blue eyes look bolder - that pop of color could be earth shattering to behold in person. As for the black eyebrows - only more stunning to his overall looks in my humble opinion.
(I'm actually getting paid for this - I have no shame when it comes to my beautiful obsession).

I stick to my original comment: Adam went to this extreme to ease his way back to his original color and not have fans go crazy about it when he does.

I hope he's headed toward his natural hair color, what a relief it would be for him to not to have to dye his hair....as fast as it grows and as expensive as it must be. He could still play with temporary tips or streaks. Any fan who would abandon him because of hair color is no fan.

JAK here.....anyone remember the blond angel played by John Phillip Law opposite Jane Fonda in the film Barbarella? That's who I thought of when I first saw the new blond hair. Silly film but considered quite provocative waaay back in 1968!

OT Been thinking about the Randy Travis thing. Perhaps Randy was out shopping for black nail polish(you know he wanted it since he saw Adam on Idol)and he was seen looking at the nail polish in a rite aid and then was attacked by a couple of rednecks. Extremely distraught by his fruitless efforts to purchase the black nail polish of his dreams, he went on a tear with booze and started driving around naked hoping to make his purchase when encountered by the cops and we know the rest is history.

Hmmmmmmmm, a storyline is simmering in my brain...I picture a hall crowded with Norsemen and women with flaxen hair, flagons of ale and wine on long trestle tables, men sprawled on crude benches covered with wolf pelts (the benches and the men). A gigantic boar (boar not bore, as in Perez) is being turned on a spit in the gigantic fireplace, grease is dripping into the fire causing it to sizzle and sparks to fly. Suddenly the bearskin which serves as a door covering is thrown back and snow swirls in with an icy blast and there...there he stands...Feet in leather boots with rabbitfur lining, legs as long and strong as tree trunks wrapped in cloth, strapped with leather thongs around his calves and thighs. Adam just tweeted about finishing up the new single's artwork. when it's done he will tell us. Can't rush the creative juices. So a little more patience. Adam has taught me a lot about patience these past few years!It will be worth the wait,right? So thinking the new color do will be on the artwork and IMO probably Cuckoo. But who knows, we will soonish.

Depending on whether Adam's hair is still platinum blond, the makeup and style of clothes he wears, I can just hear the comments...either very positive or very negative. However, I hope that no one forgets the music, the songs from Trespassing and the reason for Adam's trip to Japan and Australia. Overall, it should be very interesting and exciting.

Sorry, I just start the flow, you have to keep the story going and let it lead where it will.....everyone can do that!
This is a game I played with my daughters and grandson when they whined they couldn't write a story for school assignments. I'd give them 3 sentences to start them off till they got the hang of it and never needed help again. Of course the story lines were tamer!
I did the same thing with poetry.
I found my kindergarten students could be quite creative when encouraged. I did love teaching at home and at school!

But as my children often remind me having a teacher as a Mom or Grandma is both a blessing and a curse!

Now I'm wondering when you finish the story which one will he embrace?

@JAK since yours is a steamy work of fiction, I would assume he'd embrace the blonde. Would it be titled "50 Shades of Blond?"

To the above posters who discussed their distaste for the over use of "you know" and "like," I heartily agree. My pet peeve is when asked a question, all too often you hear celebs say: "I mean, you know, like..." BBB (thanks JAK) uses "I mean" to start sentences sometimes to my chagrin.

RE: The PETA problem...We had an A.D.D. terrier about 20 years ago named Pete. He was adorable to look at and very sweet, but was so hyper and needed soooooo much attention, my husband called him Pita. (Pain in the ass.) Pita lived a long and happy life with us because we are of the opinion that you don't adopt a puppy only to abandon it when it shows personality quirks. If a perfect pet is your ideal, get a goldfish.

I'd like to digress from the blond/blonde/hair hoo-ha and revisit the comment about Sony/RCA not releasing TP in Argentina (physical copies) due to poor album sales in the US. This shocked me. It clearly indicates to me a crisis of confidence in Adam from his label. I had read late last year that RCA wanted to make Adam "top priority" for 2012. Boy, if this is what top priority means, who needs enemies. I don't feel they have done as much as they could have to boost this album, which received unanimous rave reviews from major critics! Honestly, I'm clueless as to why this album has not soared in the US. And why would US sales influence release in Argentina? That is insane. I have been feeling for some time that it may be time for Adam to change labels. I'm not sure how long the Idol contestants are linked to 19/RCA, but I think it's time for him to move on. I don't feel that they have his back. But having said that, WE GLAMBERTS ALWAYS WILL!!! Perhaps he will find greater successes via other pathways than album sales and radio play. I certainly am not giving up. Oh and BTW, don't go ballistic over the platinum hair. You know as well as I do that he will constantly change his hair color ... it's part of his fierceness and that's why I love him! Let's hope his 3rd single is the lucky charm!

I've talked to djs at our 2 most popular stations in our large city. They have said they would play Adam's music if they could, they love new album and one has interviewed Adam at a network occasion. Adam is on their 'no play' list. No play no way. He is blacklisted. My fiance is an engineer at one of the stations and speaks with these guys all the time.

Someone on this site gave info about how to contact media and communication vps of largest radio network and even address if anyone wanted to write. Did anyone write? I did and received no response. Figures. One of largest investors is Republican Tea Party Conservative Christian contributor to Romney SuperPac.
