Adam Lambert’s new Trespassing EP is out today and features 8 remixes including 3 revamped versions of his new single of the same name. Pharrell who co-wrote the song handled the radio edit of “Trespassing,” but Adam also had underground dance floor legends like vAnity mAchine, Benny Benassi, and R3hab reinterpret his music.

I do appreciate his mentioning Adam on a regular basis however.

Now Ot. I have tried everything here to get radio Edit Trespassing. but cant. I can probably buy the actual EP from AO, but not the single song.
If I buy a EP and get the free download does this count as a sale.
Now play the song Ryan,although don't know how much say the dj's have on what they play.OT Susan Boyle was singing on DWTS and heard she was not so good. Why can't they get Adam singing Trespassing on that show and more shows!!!
After downloading the radio edit from itunes I went over to Amazon. I accidentally bought and downloaded two of the EP's. Will they both count or only one?
I think they should both count, but who knows I am really over this.
I have bought the EP & download Ep from AO. That is the best I can do for now have tried every avenue to purchase the single radio edit but so far no luck. I dont think I know enough to set up an account with a false US post code etc, it shouldnt be this hard. Does anyone know if it wil be coming to NZ itunes?
8:12 I thought Susan did a great job if she was singing live and she was with her idol Donny Osmond.They did very well IMO.
I watched DWTS and Susan Boyle looked terrified and actually sang very poorly but this is not the point. Why has Adam not sang on this show and how can we get him to sing on the finale? It is a very popular show and would be great exposure for Adam. Anyone have any ideas?

Where are all of these 1,700,000 Adam's twitter follows?I'm sure that over 1,000,000 of them from US. Can't they afford to download just Trespassing Radio Edit from itunes? It cost $1,29! Most of them never bought Trespassing.I don't think they are real fans.

Most have stopped buying the radio edit (and buying the whole album) since the full Trespassing EP is doing far better than radio edit. Everyone can complete their purchases at iTunes if they wish. Let's push that EP to the top!
The plan is still to focus on the single. Please buy or gift the single. If you gift the single they must download it for it to count.

8:27 a.m. The EP will count as 2 sales everywhere except Billboard and radio stations. They only want to know how many customers bought it. It is called basket analysis - they want to know how many people "chose" the cd; not how many received it. (One purchaser cannot be 5 listeners just because they bought 5 cd's.)
Gifting on iTunes is different - the recipient has to download it. That's a choice.
(P.S. If you buy one-at-a-time, that will count. Basket analysis doesn't extend to tracking customer names and credit cards or anything remotely like that.)
1:13 I'm not part of the group promoting the radio-edit but they have researched and thought this out and they have made a suggestion that might help Trespassing get radio play. I prefer that to your gut feel about what people in general are doing, especially since the EP is only doing moderately well on iTunes and isn't available in stores.
Based on yesterday iTunes sales, the EP will do only moderately well.
Then we are back to trying to get Adam on the radio. And those who have downloaded the EP will have no flexibility to support him on the radio-edit (or any other version.)
I have played it both ways: bought the EP on AO and downloaded the radio edit from iTunes. That's sales in two columns for Adam with full flexibility to support him on the other Trespassing versions when/if the time comes. At the end I will complete the EP and he will get that sale, too.
I did the same with the deluxe/regular cd.
People should do what they want but it is best if they know how the purchase options play out and what they mean for Adam.

I saw a video on Susan singing on DWTS, she looked terrible, absolutely scared stiff, like she was about to bolt any minute, had no stage presence at all, and the singing was very average....Donny sounded pretty good though!
