So condo is is!!!! Nice!!

I wondered how long he was going to pay rent each month in the 5 figures when he is out of town so much. He could have put a huge downpayment on a place for all the rent he's paid so far.

I hope it is alot cheaper than ten thou a month that could break anyone.Sounds like an apartment. I like Kelley. They probably won't see much of each other both very busy.

They are Condos they are super super nice and expensive.

they range from 1.2 to 4 million. Though Adams looks like its one of the higher end ones.

I'm surprized Adam doesn't buy, but maybe he not completely sure where he wants to settle? Big comittment. Maybe a condo in La- one is NY as well and overseas would be idela for Adam?

We really have no idea beyond the fact that Kelly Osborne is his new neighbor "across the hall", if he is buying, renting, etc.. But doesn't really matter. We're fans, we like to speculate. Things are slow right now in Adam Land.. now that the twitter conversation is over for awhile.. Its okay. It is certainly none of our business, but no harm done. :)))

Its the empire west building in west hollywood thats were kelly osbourne lives.

Wow! I just looked up the Empire West website -- those aren't just any old condos; they are amazing. Very impressive.

So I looked it up on the internet: sounds about right.. Looks very nice:

It diffenlty we he lives the balconys match the one behind Terrance in the picture with Adams stuff.

Looks like Sauli will now have to drive to his favorite jogging places, as this place looks like it is in the center of a business/residential area.

Sauli doesn't have to jog outside for there is a gym.

Kelly and Lady Gaga are punching each other in social media right now. Adam cannot take sides for sure.

Lol who cares if he bougt. He can always sell when they move out. Plus it's the smart thing to do since Sauli said in his blog that he will be in Finland during February and March. So the place will be empty for months.

Hmm, condo or apt. Smart if touring and no time for maintenance, but owning at low interest rates now I believe would be a smarter financial move. Some celebs also live in hotels, but that makes absolutely no sense to me. Where would Adam put all of his jackets, shoes and jewelry? haha Just read about Empire West! Good Ninjas! sounds very nice and perfect for his traveling lifestyle. Glad there is good 24 hr security and Sauli has his gym and Adam has his spa'

Condos look very nice.

The Condos would be more practical and they do look lovely. I just hope Kelly Osbourne their new neighbour doesn't get in the way of their privacy too much.

Kelly has always adored Adam. Nice that they are neighbors. Maybe they'll have a chance to hang out a little or even DO SOME TV A LITTLE. Sharon O. really likes Adam, too. Glad A & S have a nice new place in the heart of the Hollywood action!

Why would someone say he is. It smart about money? Compared to the redicous spending most do, Adam very good with his money,. He works hard it is hi money and he can do what he wants with it! I do not know if he bought or not, but id renting that his business, and it's safer from everything that go on with celebs! If he did not buy, he will when he feels it is right! The man is very smart, he will do what is right for him! Sue

All this speculation about condo vs. apt. LOL! Maybe he's renting short term while he's touring and after he comes back to L.A. He'll buy his dream house! They're definitely in the middle of all the action in West Hollywood.

Sue, I agree with you. Adam has always been practical with these things, he needs a place with good security but something easy to maintain given that he spends so much time away with travel, so I think the Condo is a great idea for both Adam and Sauli. Whether he is renting it or buying it that is entirely his choice to make and his business, I'm sure he and his family would be discussing these things with him and be giving good advice.

Maybe the steep driveway just got to be too much of a nuisance!
