Love the excitement of the fans in Kiev! Just wish he got the recognition he deserves in his own DAMNED country like he does in Asia and Europe. USA - wake up!
I think most of Adam's fans are in the US....BUT ---- it's the radio that isn't playing Adam's songs.
In the US, the only thing that can MAKE an artist is through the radio's support. Artists that have a fanbase ALONE can't help an artist grow big.
For example, Jason Mraz is someone who has a similar fanbase to Adam. But the radio didn't play his latest album singles, so he underperformed. Rihanna gets a lot of airplays but she doesn't have a lot of LOYAL fans. SHe's more of a RADIO singer.
It works very differently in the US, which is a shame.
I vote for ADAM EVERY day at Unistar 99.5 which is pretty big in Russia, etc. ADAM has been in the Top TEN for 25 weeks most of which he has been at #1 ... he sometimes goes to #2 or #3 but he bounces back up to #1. US radio is a wasteland of nothing music ... IMO. I hardly ever listen to the radio anymore ... why waste my time when there are other stations Worldwide who DO recognize & appreciate ADAM. BTW ... here's where you can vote for ADAM ...

there are links all over the World that you can vote for ADAM for those Glamberts that vote a lot ... see you there ... Love 'n Light
tess4ADAM, it is such good news that Adam is doing so well in Russia. Top of the charts means good sales. That means more money for him and more chance we'll get a tour of some kind. I know he's doing very well in other countries, too. Thanks for the info.
Thanks for the info, Tess. I also vote for Adam on every link that is posted. I also bring up Adam's name whenever I have an opportu nity with all of my real life responsibilities. I spoke to a woman in Reno the other day regarding a personal matter and when she asked me for my E=mail address I told her that I was mainly on FB and twitter because I was an Adam Lambert fan and seldom check E-mail. That opened up a conversation about Adam and she said she loved him on Idol, but he disappeared and hasn't heard anything about him. I went on to tell her about Adam's worldwide success overseas and how he is very much in the music scene. She was excited and said she will definitely tell her friends and be sure to see him when he comes to Nevada. I hear that alot. They think Adam has disappeared like the other contestants, as Adam just hasn't had the visibility here in the US. I've been pretty lucky recruiting interest in Adam, just in the people I encounter, bringing up his name whenever feasable and giving them info. It may come down to all of the Glamberts in the US spreading the word, person by person. Word of mouth can bevery powerful and effective. Radio is becoming obsolete and irrevelant, especially as far as I'm concerned. Adam's live concerts have always done well and for him, tv where you can seehis powerful presence is where it's at, along with his live performances. His success overseas will be noticed. There is so much musical pirating now. I don't see how anyone can fairly assess the popularity of a performer and I think Adam is gaining ground, gaining a lot of respect and credibility.

The most important is to have sold out concert all the time and we are all be happy for Adam....
F*** with the radio!!:)
Canadian
Yeah. Screw the radio. WORLDWIDE POP STAR is way better than domestic radio star.
Yeah! Take that US Radio!!!! See the love and excitement Adam receives internationally? Well, US, you're missing something, aren't you?
