Such great montage in very short time! THIS is why Adam Lambert is and will continue to be iconic. His fandom, like him, is extremely creative, passionate, intelligent and of all age groups. His fans love Adam Lambert's music, his vocal range, his personality, his stage presence, his sense of humour, his interviews...just everything about him.

Great video, such gorgeous pictures of Adam and the band. Wonderful memories of an amazing and very successful tour! Adam belongs on stage,but right now I know he will work hard on his next album and bring us more fabulous music and vocals!!!

I was in Adam's concert in Helsinki. I was thrilled and knew what to expect b/c I'd seen some live streams and many vids from other gigs.

Sorry to say (some people are gonna hate me now) but everyone in Helsinki gig was not as convinced. I've seen some bad reviews (for instance rock magazine journalist) and comments of some people who are not Glamberts, but thought in advance that AL has great voice. I don't want to talk about the review (the journalist did not mention his voice at all and the text is horrible) but something about the comments. People who's comments I've seen were seated on the back seats of the large venue. They are disappointed that there were no screens (not Adam's fault) and they say the show needs something more than just song after song. Many songs came "song after song" and Adam did not introduce them or tell anything about them. Some people think that the sheets and a couple of dancers are not enough to make a show nowadays in venues that are this size (someone compared the show to Lady Gaga's show and said that "Never Adam Lambert anymore, waiting for Lady Gaga"). The only thing people thanked were the lights/lasers; they said the voice is not enough in this kind of venue. Some were so bored after half an hour that they wished that the show would come to end. They thought he changed the clothes too often and the skit was not good and the band introduction too long. But, as said these people are not Glamberts.

As I said, I loved every minute of the show. I was not in the front row. The most enthusiastic audience was near the stage. We did dance and wave also there back but some just sat and did not even nod their heads. But it was a nice view when the glow sticks were around. To me Adam's voice is enough; I would not demand a big show like Lady Gaga's, but the screens would have helped a lot b/c you had seen his face and movements; now there were only some small characters on the stage.

Hey 10:43 -- I don't think that you are an Adam Lambert fan. You sound more like a troll (or a Lady Gaga fan) who could not wait to 'attempt' to put down Adam's show in Helsinki. From ALL accounts we've read on twitter and other sources, the shows was a COMPLETE SUCCESS! BTW, Adam's budget for his live shows are about 10% of what Lady Gaga has to put hers up. So, please do not compare the two. When Adam has millions of $$$ to mount a show, then come back to compare.

11:17 AM This is 10:43 AM. I love Adam, his music and his voice. I bought Trespassing Deluxe at the moment it was available. I've been watching old and new Youtube vids almost three years now, almost every day. If you say I'm not his fan, that is your opinion. I don't like Lady Gaga. I don't actually know her music at all but of course I have seen her pics on papers and know who she is. I know her budget is bigger and it is true that Adam was having just a mini-tour (all did not know that). Everyone is not involved with him; for instance a couple of girls behind me did not know Broken English and asked each other that "Have you heard this before, this is good". If you read that Gaga-comment, you see it is not my opinion. I don't want to see Lady Gaga, but I would go to Adam's gig any day. Just today I wished it would be Friday again.

But there are different opinions about the gig here in Finland. That is a fact. The Glamberts and Adam-fans think it was fabulous and I'm not saying that all those who had bad seats did not enjoy. As said, me and many others there back were dancing and waving hands and enjoyed every minute. But I'm sad that not everyone thinks that Adam's voice is all that matters.

I too appreciate your comments. I for one would be disappointed if I were at a concert, toward the back, or even closer, and there were no screens so that those other than in the front rows could see Adam up close..Seems strange that there were none provided by the venue. I also know that not everyone is a big fan. And there are always those who find things to criticize Adam about no matter where he goes or what he does. His budget is definitely far more limited at this point than those artists such as Pink, Gaga, etc.. so his stage production will certainly be far less elaborate than those artists.

And just a personal comment: Even as a (huge) fan of Adam's I do think it would be fabulous if he commented a little more between songs, and explained a bit about each one. We as long term fans know every little bit, every nuance, about his music, the "Why"of it, the "Story".. but for those who are new to the fandom, or are just curious about him..and knew him only from Idol, it would be helpful I think. I do think he is much more chatty with the audience than he used to be, and we all LOVE listening to Adam chat, laugh, joke..etc. with the audience. When I attended Adam's first "headlining" gig at Fantasy Springs in early 2010, some casual fan friends went along. Their only suggestion was that that they would have loved more "chat" from him, more direct connection. They were old hands at concerts and they felt that was a little lacking. As a fan, I'm more than happy to see him up there on stage, singing, dancing, and just doing what he loves to do best..and does best. No complaints from me...

11:17 AM. 10:43 AM again. I read those comments on a magazine's comment session; there are of course always naysayers. Many (most) of the comments (and I count only those who were on the concert) were positive, but not all.

@glizylady I (again 10:43 AM)don't know why there were no screens; they arrange big concerts there all the time so they should have known. And what comes to Adam, he was not very chatty. I've seen some gigs (from Youtube) where he talks and laughs and tells stories etc. He is sometimes so funny. I hoped he would have talked a bit more (told something about the Asian tour, about the fans waiting in the coldness for days, about the songs etc.) because there must have been potential new fans and it was the last gig and all, but he wasn't on that mood.

Just fyi, I read a couple of very negative reviews of Lady Gaga's recent shows (before she cancelled the tour). And one big complaint was that she talked too much. So, lol - not saying adam couldn't improve - but everyone gets criticized.

I wonder if Adam was just trying to fit in all of the songs that were on his playlist for that night so less talk, more singing :))) And I have to add, I wish I had been there!!! Thanks for all the info..

@ 10:43a.m.......JAK here................no hate from me. Apparently some people haven't heard the saying "don't shoot the messenger". I appreciate knowing what the reviews are after Adam's concerts. I agree with some of the points . I'm sure Adam's "people" read the good and bad reviews and may make changes accordingly. We love Adam so much we are not as demanding as those who might be new to his performance . There are Glamberts who agree his show is not as polished as it could be.....including me. If that earns me some lumps, so be it. To play venues this large you need a creative director to "stage" the show. It has to be razor sharp and focused, not just guys having fun......that's okay for festivals and state fairs and casual appearances.......but this size audience expects a polished production!

So we will see what future performances bring us. I personally am happy with little chatting from a performer, I want singing.....and no skits!

Too bad about no screens, esp. when they use them their for other shows. Can't imagine why Adam didn't get them. I can understand the critics of the show, esp. from those who are not avid Adam fans. They don't "know" him like we do. So I can see their point of view. The voice is not always enough. Let's hope Adam's budget increases and he can add more to the show. I'm sure that those sitting way in the back could hardly see a thing.

JAK, Yes, I agree that there could be more polish in his shows, esp. one of this size. He tends to be very casual and kind of off-the-cuff, which is fine in some venues, but not in others. I enjoy the daners but I think they could polish it up, too. I think it's a good point you make, JAK, that Adam's "people" will hopefully read some good and bad reviews and look at how to tighten up future shows. I love him in every way, but I would have been frustrated, too, if I was stuck in the back and couldn't see anything.

I think no screens in case there had been a lot of Adommy action. It is not very desired here, because of the Sauli haters.

But, the concert was sold out and the crowd was most enthusiastic. That is all that matters.

I don't think the Adommy thing had anything to do with it. I think someone just dropped the ball on the screen thing. They make all the difference in a large venue. Without them, you don't feel connected to the performer at all, if you're sitting far away. I syjpathize with those who weren't close. It changes their whole opinion of the show.

No matter what Adam does or does not do in his shows, there will always be those who are unhappy and will criticize. I suppose the lack of large screens for those in the back rows is a problem and that wasn't Adam's fault. This really wasn't a "formal" concert tour so that may be the reason for the casualness of the show. The lack of funds may also be a reason for the "stripped down"nature of the show. Song after song would be fine with me, but maybe there could have been an introduction to some of them. You can't compare Adam to Gaga and their shows. She is an established performer, makes tons of money and probably has many people helping put together her show with all that it entails. Maybe Adam will be there with the next album. You live and learn as they say and any criticism will only help to make future shows so much better. Overall from what I have read, Adam's WAG tour was a success and he is a global superstar. You will never satisfy every single person who goes to see any performer in concert. I would be happy to see Adam in concert, performing anywhere and maybe I will have the chance with the release of the third album. Until then, I have to be satisfied with all the vids and pictures posted on this site.

Interesting enuf that a long article in the LA Times today was all about the large and lavish shows that female artists are now putting on - Beyonce, Pink and gagga were mentioned and that Madonna was the first one. Also said that Carrie Underwood is now starting to do this type of show. So I guess if an audience is used to big production numbers from the artists then something smaller and more intimate might be disappointing especially if you're only a casual fan. Any thoughts on this? . . . Adamluv

Part 2 LOL - recently having seen The Who and Aerosmith in concert, it was all about the music - no dancers in sight nor backup singers but they do draw in an older crowd of fans than the female artists mentioned above. Just an observation on my part. . . . Adamluv

JAK here......the gap between rock and pop is very wide.
Pop is full of "icing". Rock is full of musicians. Though I would have followed him into any genre he chose, I was disappointed adam's heart was set on pop. Next to rap, my least favorite. C'est la vie!.....

Anon 10:43 thank you for the feedback. I also appreciate your telling us and I can tell you are a fan that is just concerned by what you overheard. We all want to defend Adam because we know so much more about him than the casual fan. I supposed money could have been an issue in the use of the large screens but there also could have been a technical glitch. He also had a lot of songs to sing and he could have been very tired.

I agree with the comments that a more polished concert would be great, but in no way would I enjoy seeing Adam any less. I love all the costume changes so I really don't understand that one.

No jumbotrons? A big problem in a venue that size. I will always buy a seat, even far back, for a singer I like, becuase of the jumbotrons. Too bad.

Adam doesn't speak Finnish. I am sure a lot of singers don't speak much between songs, when they don't speak the language. English speeches will be boring to non-speakers. it's a difficult call. You're never going to please everyone.

Adele toured a while back, before throat issues and baby and all that... I don't imagine she mounted some big sparkly extravanza like Katy P and Gaga and Beyonce etc.... My friend saw Adele somewhere near manhatten I think, I'll have to call him and ask him about it. Money is an issue in this conversation of course, to think otherwise would be silly.
