This song should have been #1 and won an Oscar. It's a great song. As for the singer, glad he selected to sing an Adam song. No complaints from me. He did well.

I find that he did a very good job, considering English is not even his mother tongue. Go Indonesia. Any artist who performs Adam's songs anywhere in the world is fine by me.

The audience looks like they enjoyed the song, despite knowing it's not at the level of Adam's performance. Nevertheless, they recognized the melody, his delivery was full of confidence, and credit must go to him for even tackling TFM. The performance does not diminish anyone, but it does amplify even more our already high assessment of Adam's vocal skills.
It's not an easy song to sing, and this young man's choice is a great reminder of how beautiful the song and original singer are. atm

Perhaps a short competition on the various interpretations of Time For Miracles might be interesting; since this song seems so elusive. Well Adam did say he sang for his life on TFM because it was his first potential shot at being a movie star. He did look like one on that TFM clip. Yes Adam should have won an award for his TFM song. Not too late, can still be done. The Indonesian singer did well, some parts more than well.

Was this post necessary ? Why not... anything that will show the words "Adam Lambert" on a TV screen in a different country, is worth it... even if the singer had some glitches...

He was singing to be saved by the judges.. and unfortunately he was not saved...

TFM was never released as a single. You can only win an Oscar for a song if it was written just for that movie and TFM was not. I read somewhere that it was written by a husband and wife after the wife was diagnosed with a terminal illness. She has since passed away. Painful lyrics for the husband to write. All I know is trapped inside your eyes.

P.S. if you listen to the TFM mv on YouTube please listen to the one on Vevo. Adam gets credit for that one. It only has 1,680,000 views and the other TFM mv has 4,100,000 views. thanks.Listen to all 26 if you can. Yay.

I have been concert going this month Taylor Swift in St.louis then Green Day in Moline Il.Both was good fun Taylor very elaborate production Green Day WILD.My 17 yr old granddaughter had to admit that they was not as good as Adam when we seen him in concert.I agreed Adam is still the best Bob seager coming up.

whenever I listen to someone attemping to sing a cover of one of Adam's songs, I then go to YT an listen to the one and only original artist and I am blown away again and again by his unequaled talent and beauty..I honestly do not believe there is anyone on this planet who can come close to comparing with him..and I keep telling myself that the US has simply got to acknowledge him more..the man needs a movie role (for heaven's sake..even Kim K has a part in a movie)..he also needs to start a fashion line, toothpaste, fragrance, jewelry, hair care, etc..who wouldn't buy anything such a gorgeous man would sell..looking forward to seeing him get started on QVC, duet with Cher, Christina, et. al..so many potential opportunities await him...agreed???

@ blue eyes........I also lived in Illinois.....Maplewood.....not far from E.St,Louis. IL. I have had an interesting life. Hectic but adventurous. Homes in about a dozen states - military family! School lunch in Little Rock. Ark. ..... 2 days later school lunch in Woodbridge , N.J......then Okla. - Ga - Ken - Tex etc. etc. for 10 years!
Weird but wonderful.......JAK ....now I enjoy Adam's travels.

The main reason that TFM on vevo is so low on views is that it is one of the only ones that cannot be viewed outside the US, I think all the others bar 1 can.

I've searched YouTube for Vevo's Time for Miracles and can't find it. :( I want to give it hits!!

Hi Nice to see there are other Adam fans in the St. Louis area. Some times people give you the "Your kidding right" look when they hear you support that gay idol singer you never hear on the radio. I have learned how to share Adams music humility and kindness by not hidng my support. I can say I have open a few minds to look at life a different way. Just like Adam did for me and my life is better for it. Kate

Adam get plenty radio play in most parts of the world,it's just America! Hopefully that will change with third album! He got quite a bit with first album. He also gets lots Internet play! My daughters only listen to Internet radio! Who cares what anyone else thinks he got more talent that anyone put there. One thing he got going for him than most everyone from idol that will keep him going for years, is he has Asia and many parts if the world in love
With his stage talent. Many fail and fade because they do not have the ability as concert stage performer, Adam got that in spades! He does not just have to depend on America, for sales and popularity like many do. He hot as a fire cracker in Asia right now! He also has a very lucrative game endorsent, that many would more than love to have! So over all he doing great! I am typing this riding in car on way back from my daughters so sorry for mistakes! I spent whole 3 days watching Jesus in action...Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. Jesus was quite the ultimate Rebel and Rockstar !! I love Him !! Thank you History Channel. Do you know what Jesus meant when He said: "It is finished." I always thought it meant the Job was done...not so simple, when I looked it up to read further. It also reminded me of what Adam said: ...all is done. lol! Maybe he got inspired.

When I worked back in the day Good Friday was a paid holiday not Easter and now neither one is a holiday.

Growing up in Chicago Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday were celebrated, but only on Good Friday and Easter were exceptions made in the workplace to leave work or school early and were recognized as religious holidays. My school was also pretty empty on the Jewish holidays too.

Time for Miracles sung by Adam was just magnificent and altho' I can't help but compare anyone that sings any song he's ever covered, I feel it's a compliment for anyone to give Adam recognition. He's a tough act to follow. I'm still amazed that it didn't get the recognition it deserved. Adam said he couldn't sing it like the recording on the GNT because it was too demanding on his vocal chords. I see during the Asian tour he made adjustments, singing in a lower register and making it more of an unplugged version.

Good friday, and Easter monday are public holidays here too, although not statutory (which basically means you don't have to give them to your domestic helpers...we so though)

Alain Johannes & Natasha Shneider wrote and composed Time For Miracles for the movie 2012 knowing that she was dying of cancer. Prior to his wife's death, Alain requested of his friend and the Director of 2012, Roland Emmerich, that the song be sung by Adam Lambert and a video be presented after the credits. The Movie was released on Friday, November 11, 2009, after Natasha had passed away.

@5:47PM, Thankyou so much for sharing the inspiration of No Time for Miracles and the request that Adam record and video it. What an honor and tribute to the brave couple to whom it represented. Adam captured the power and magnifisence of that beautiful song and certainly did it justice.

actually alex was eliminated after singing this song. he went home that day. agree with one of the comentator and ppl here,he wasnt good at performing this song :-D
