Great video of the Mayor's and Adam's speeches.

Just a remarkably wonderful speech by the mayor and Adam. I truly enjoyed seeing the admiration, appreciation and kindness the Mayor of LA had for Adam. Adam showed his gratitude in return for the Mayors' eloquent and poetic words. I thought this speech by Adam was so amazing. Even better than his prior one because it wasn't written. It came from the heart. And when he speaks off the cuff, he is so articulate, intelligent and interesting. This was Adam at his best...the talented, eloquent and dashing gentleman he is. I love the Mayor and appreciate his wonderful speech too. Just a great honor and award for Mr. Lambert.

I'm pretty sure Adam had already written and memorized his great speech and added the bits at the beginning about the mayor's speech. Not totally off the cuff.

OT - read that the Mayor was named Antonio Villa until he got married and then added his wifes' birthname (Raigoza) to his surname and became Villaraigoza. Think that's cool. Good friends of mine did the same thing. A new mayor of LA was just elected last week and will take office July 1st, I believe. . . . Adamluv

You don't have to be snarky about it. So it wasn't off the cuff in your opinion. Let it go. Just let people say what they think without correcting them and proving you are right. Double post sucked too. Thanks for taking a positive tweet and making it negative. Just keep it to yourself next time without disagreeing.

was the mayor gay?

what does he think about hormonal straight chicks?

Can't understand the snarky posters here when Adam is not at all.

Darn, lost my post. Well, my heart is flowing over with pride for Adam. This is a huge honor for him being recognized by dignitaries in Los Angeles City....no small feat. Congratulations Adam...you remain humble and true to yourself. You speak from the heart with honesty and sincerity and it is making a difference in the hearts of others. People are taking note of who you are and what you stand for. It's about time. Your office must be flowing over with all the trophies and awards you've been receiving!

May life continue to be good to you Adam.

I'm sure that Adam had a general idea of what he planned to say, which is reasonable and sensible, but he did speak extemporaneously and seemed very thoughtful and heartfelt. Adam came off sincere and appreciative and does very well as a public speaker. Adam has gained a lot of experience in his world travels, meeting with many notable people in a variety of circumstances. He's become a polished, savvy man, able to blend well in any situation. I'm so proud of him.

8:11, I didn't think the 7:49 comment was snarky, they were just expressing their opinion to the 7:46 comment which you say people should be able be able to do. Why so offended? Unless 7:46 was your comment. By the way, this isn't Twitter.
