You can't shoot me before I post, but I voted for and loved everything David Cook did on American Idol. Adam was the second person I ever voted for on Idol. Now you can hit me with your best shots.

Cook's definitely got something. I LOVE his new single, I downloaded it BEFORE his Idol appearance last night :). I am really lovin' it!

But Adam, as is evidenced here, in a league of his own, the second he sings his first note those other dudes instantly pale in comparison :), but most would!! :). I absolutely frequently play Cook and Allen tracks still!! Room for all, Adam's just incomparable sometimes :).

Great guys, all three. But Adam's voice is so much more distinctive and strong. He is just heads above the rest. I remember watching this perforance when it first appeared on TV. Great memory!

I like David Cook and his music, but like DRG said, Adam just stands out vocally, no comparison.

Well you think you hear a good voice then POW Adam starts singing and it's a different level!I do like David Cooks voice but Adam has that total it package,he is a once in a lifetime performer!

I like David C. Voted for him. But quickly list interest him in after Idol never followed him after, same with a couple others. Then came Adam I loved him immediately and it always took a half a show for me to get interested before. But Adam right away! I voted way more for him and I never lost interest in him, in fact it grows every day how much I really live him as an artist and a person he just so different. I like the man the personality and the huge, huge talent.my love for him and his music grows every day I only play Adam songs in my car except when my husband there he plays stuff I hate a lot! You can come at me too, because for me neither Kris A. Or David C. Or any where in the se vocal league as Adam Lambert not even close. They are talented but Adam just crazy talented in so many directions. Adam stage presence is unmatched. The difference is I would go to any links to see Adam at a concert but could care less about the other two! I never voted as much for anyone on that show as Adam have not voted one time after Adam. For me Adam the best contestant that shows ever had. The girls this year had very good voice but I just watched a little bit because they could boy hold my attention, but Adam I watched his performances over and over and over again. For me Adam Lambert is the best contestant idol ever seen so you can come at me, never have had a bit of interest in the show after Adam except when he was on it has a guest star. It was a total injustice that Adam did not win that year never has anyone deserved it more. He put so much into that show but that was just the tip of the barrel to what this man can do. I wish DC the best and success but my money going on Adam l songs albums. Now until new music out I will spend my money on helping Adam with his charities as he helped so many with them. Do believe he saved life's with the Trevor project and his clean water projects, among others. So proud if him he a tremendous talent and a very good man. For me Adam the all time best from that show, no one else compares to him for me or ever will that how I feel so come at me! Just read that on the idol finale it will be Lauren Alaina and Alicia Keys,so I guess no Adam. My bet is that he said no since he said in the interview at Gay Pride he wouldn't be going on since he has nothing to promote, Well there goes their ratings for the finale,Lauren Alaina,really but I do love Alicia keys voice.

I dl both David Cook and Lee Dewyze new singles last night. I was just listening to my Ipod enjoying all the selections from the idols I had dl, Brooke White, Pia, Jacob Lusk, Jessica. Haley, Constantine, Allison,a group number from season 4...ON AND ON. Adam goes w/o saying.

OT: The faster Adam Lambert severs the stigma of him being on AI, the better. Yes, he owes part of his career to AI, but not ALL of it. His international career is mostly due to his incredible personality, amazing vocals, music business understanding and his outstanding live performances.

I hope that he has a better management than poor Haley Reinhart who was shown on the show but NEVER even acknowledged by king Ryan Seacrest. I thought that was such bad taste. RS even managed to stand just in front of her, hiding her from the cameras. Really untasteful. Adam, please NEVER, NEVER go back to AI unless they promise you a major gig with all the hoopla you so deserve.

I really like David Cook's voice and will download his new song. I remember being so thrilled to see Adam.
He is really damn perfect,but I kinda miss that" pants fallin' down and I like to eat and wear cool black hair Adam." Early days Adam miss that,but will also follow. He is unpredictable and exciting and gorgeous.

I just came from twitter and "it seems" Adam has a new gig at Universal Orlando Summer Concert Series on June 29th. Also I gave that amazing young DJ Liam McEwan a #FF and he tweeted me back (just had to show off) and I laughed when people said Twitter was addicting.

Lauren Alaina? I remember her. Lovely girl, but not very dynamic. Good for her for getting the gig. Is it just me, or does it always feel like Idol is consciously and vigorously avoiding Adam? I know he's been on each year since Season 8 (right?) but it still feels like he's being snubbed. Maybe it's all the judge-tease we've had. He's such an obvious choice to FEATURE on the show, and yet they tiptoe around him. I just don't get it. My hopes were really up for the finale, but oh well. Will Hudson still be on, I wonder?

Adam was the only one I ever voted for on Idol. He was absolutely amazing each week with his vocal talent and his mesmerizing stage presence. Idol has not seen a performer like him since then. I remember watching them on GMA for their concert series and still love Adam's look from that time. Yes, his appearance has changed and so have his songs, but there is no denying what a special talent he was. Cook was very good on Idol last night, better than Harry Connick and Will I Am. Even though the four females are very talented singers, no one in my estimation will ever come close to Adam. It would be wonderful if Adam were to perform on Idol's finale since it needs someone like him to boost the ratings.If it is only a rumor and he does not appear, I really don't care about watching this show.

OT: I just read laura alaina and alias keys are performing next Thursday may 9th on idol. No talk of the finale. Maybe Adam is still going to do it fingers crossed

That's the first time I've heard David Cook perform, wow he's amazing, but of course my favourite is definitely Adam. I'd love to see Adam singing more rock with a back band like David's he'd kill it for sure. Sorry to say but I really think Adam's current band are holding him back from reaching his true potential, he is such a professional and needs to have professional musicians to match his amazing talent.

When I said china idol will kill idol I meant it would be better and it will not ruin it it. Simon fuller is starting China Idol and Adam is said to be on the finale there and the second episode of china idol. Obviously he wants him on there. Simon Fuller and fix China and there excec's altogether starting it. Well, Adam may be at Universal Orlando on June 29th ... but he darn well better be back in San Diego on July 2nd for his performance at the Fair! I bought 5 tickets right up front, so my daughter, 3 granddaughters and I (all Adam fans) will be able to enjoy him up close and personal.

I don't get the logic here. Adam said he wouldn't be on American Idol because he doesn't have any new music to promote. However, he is doing a concert at Universal-Orlando. What will he be singing there? FYE or TR music, I assume. So why can't he sing that on AI? Or he could even re-do one of his famous Idol Performances (Feeling Good, Mad World, etc). We just want to see him - we don't actually care what he sings.

If the artist has a viable gig, they will do it.

Like the song Lie's. Would of loved to hear Adam sing that by himself. I do like David cook also. But Adam has always been my favorite.

Not only do I remember this clip I was in the audience for it as well as Adam's solo of Starlight and Kris' solo of Heartless plus the soundchecks. This was so awesome to be part of the audience for this amazing performance. I especially liked Adam's special accessory on his thumb for this show. Didn't know that it was a sex toy at the time though.

LOL, Adam didn't bring the huge numbers to the Voice of China finale, he just benefitted from it.

Adam doesn't necessarily need a new album to perform in Orlando. He has two previous albums to choose from and any covers that he wants to do. He has done exactly that in the concerts he did on his global travels in the past months. Most of the songs on his set lists were from Trespassing, but other songs were also included. It's good to keep his name out there and perform at these various venues across the country as a prelude for the third album.

They had very good nos. but yes he certainly did help the no's. yes it certainly helped his popularity there! Why dear Mary sunshine do you think he gonna be on a non established show china Idol believe in may, ore recorded, he will bring in ratings. Why pray do you think they already booked him for the finale. Because he a ratings booster, ratings stable. China Idol just starting ratings not established yet lady. Idol is a franchise and China Idol is one but I don't think that Simon Fuller has to tell them what to do. Adam is invited because of his popularity in China. And that number of China Idol viewers is their regular viewing audience, not because of Adam. But of course, fans of Adam tuned in and he garnered more fans by his appearance.

Geez, Adam isn't being snubbed by Idol. He's been on the show every year since he was a contestant! Fair's fair - other former Idol contestants deserve a chance to be on it too.

Kris is a cutie but I'm only a fan of Adam.
