Bernie Edwards was Nile's music partner and co founder of Chic. Bernie passed away unexpectedly many years ago while they were on tour. It is obvious how much Nile loved Bernie as his friend and business partner.

I think Nile is exactly what Adam needs, his a hit-maker a real legend and Adam needs some great hits to get his name out their to the general public especially in the US.

@4:23 NILE IS a LEGEND!!!!! You sure got that right. The man is outrageously talented and sooo much fun. Oodles of endless magnetic effervescence and just loaded with charmisa. His guitar is like an extension of his body and it's breathtaking to watch him on that stage. One of my special moments was to sing 'Let's Dance' along with him. Adam is in perfecto and experienced hands and we're gonna sit back and watch the uber magic happen!

I have a little confession to make...I had never heard of Nile Rodgers before his name was linked with Adams.......but he seems like a lovely guy.

HK fan......same with me. I did know Chic's music, but none of the names of the group. I've learned a lot following Adam's career. I can play Rock Trivia with my kid's and keep up!........JAK

Was spending a LOT of time in discos way back when CHIC was very popular... so Nile feels like a long lost friend...so many happy memories, walking in a dark lit, glittery disco, funky music and the night was young - as was I, lol ! Who says going out dancing (almost) every night isn't good for you?! :))))
