Add "Let's Dance" to another one of Adam's many Full Circle Moments from the song which Adam chose to perform for his AI8 Summer Tour to now being rewarded on stage with the musical backup from the song's genius co-creator himself. How mind-blowing was that for a FCM.
Glee is another of his latest fantastic FCM: Adam cut his performing teeth in musical theater, and now with his new gig, he is going back to his roots. Only more to his liking this time, as he gets to play on a grander scale with a much bigger audience; his character gets to sing a wider variety of great songs; he doesn't perform the same lines and songs over and over in boring repetition; and his character develops over a stretch of a tv season, lending the possibility of his creative input and professional growth in his acting skills. In other words, Adam can now look forward to what theater before was wanting for him--variety, novelty, exposure, and even hands on creativity.
Full Circle Moments are generally just the shaking-hands of ordinary serendipitous moments. Adam's FCM's, however--the AI8Paula/1st Concert/Paula, Queen/Bohemian Rhapsody, Broadway/SSB theater show-off, and Let's Dance/Rodgers & Bowie--are FCM's that take on the scale of spectacular melding of events. Because Adam is "theatrical" and spectacular, designed to be seen and heard for the entertainment, joy, and edification of many, his Full Circle Moments could be no less momentous events.

Let's Dance brought tears in my eyes...was surprised by my own reaction... but after a while I understood... Not only was I moved seeing Adam there singing this song (oh, those memories of AmIdol tour, all those nights at my computer waiting for the vids of performances,
his Bowie medleys), but also to hear the Master Neil & band really PLAY this song as it should be played and that brings to my mind vivid memories of David Bowie singing this and my own youth... so a FCM for me, the only thing lacking was David Bowie singing it with Adam... *** BIG sigh ***

Btw, I would add A Change Is Gonna Come to those Adam FCMs...

Adam AND Nile! Musical perfection.

Prior to one of Nile's 2012 Australian concerts he was admitted to the hospital emergency center in the morning, did a book signing and One on One in the afternoon and STILL played the most breathtaking concert that night! He was amazing! The man is a legend! It's a dream to see Adam working alongside Nile.

Love Nile Rodgers. Got to sing 'Let's Dance' with him and will treasure that moment forever.

1:37 An FCM for Glee. Adam auditioned for the part of Finn, but was told he looked too old and the part was given to Cory who was the same age as Adam. Now Adam has been cast in a new role on Glee. And around and around and around it goes...
