I like the white crisscross boot laces; very angsty pose and facial expression just right for this black/white photo. Adam works wonders with the microphone with or without stand, lol!

Not the wrestling type...I'll observe discreetly, may learn a thing or two from you more experienced ones. lol! Sure is getting a little hot hot hot around here; need to turn on the cooler to a knob higher. lol! Hey I hope Adam doesn't peek into this. Nancdruuu, what did you put into your soup at dinner. lol! Oh by the way, ginseng chicken soup is highly recommended for such activities and very easy on the taste-buds.

Actually ginseng is a very potent herb/root but must be bought from reputable stores. This ginseng chicken soup is good for winter because it increases blood circulation/more heat. It's main potency/function is repair and replace old body cells. Revitalises the respiratory system and brain. Another herb which I prefer is dong-quai; like ginseng, also a root. Dong-quai is very good for the womb and so often known as 'female ginseng'; also with chicken soup or taken by itself/boiled.
