There is a lot about these types of events that are absolutely NOT fun from what I gather from watching various celebrity interviews. One A-lister, a woman, can't remember, Reese Witherspoon or Sandra Bullock or Fergie or someone like that said it is more "work" than one can imagine... and theyt also espoused much respect for everyone behind the scenes from the top directors to the lower end employees of the production like the gal with the headset in this clip (whose interaction with Adam showed what a "people person" Adam really is. So hot! He reached out and touched her TWICE in a business appropriate and friendly way to make that human connection {& dare I be reading to much into it to say that it also, in some small way, showed her that Adam appreciated her role in the scenario. I HATE when we peeps assign Adam motives and thoughts, but jmo that his physical gesture to the Gal with the headset resonated that to me}).

I also love Adams touching people in such a warm and connecting manner. Boy was that a sterile room. Who'd have thought that? . . . Adamluv
