Whoa! I just watched Nile/Adam/Chic performing Let's Dance...that is first class professional and the best Let's Dance I've watched/heard. Hey Adam blends in so well with Nile/Chic; it's as if they had been working for a long time together. Hmm will be watching it at least 10 times, that's how I know it's very very good. Yea Nile/Chic are special and I like the jazz overtone of Chic, they rely less on heavy drums which tend to obscure Adam's rock screams which he belted out to the max. Whoa! No wonder Nile took Adam to dinner! lol!

The next single from Avicii's album is Make Me,but maybe LMD will be a future single. Nile posted a picture of Adam and the Mystery Skulls singer, they performed at the AFTEE show also, Saying they were in the studio with Nile and Avicii! Excited, Adam has made some amazing connections. @Lam-my Yes I listened to Let's Dance over and over, superb!

@8:17 Not sure since it was for charity, but just by having that exposure singing with Nile and then the teens hearing Avicii play Lay Me Down is worth quite a bit anyway.

Yes I do think Lay Be Down is going to make it big...very nice song with a sublime feel. Release it with video as a worldwide single, with these three innovative artists in the video, a little more of Adam. Like Nile says emphatically; He's my man; and yea the one to beat. Avicii is really talented and is a great Dj/sound mixer and entrepreneur. These three artists make a formidable team...Nile's leadership, Avicii's entrepreneural/sound mixing/dj expertise and Adam's earth-shattering voice/singing technique. 3-in-1.

8:18...Yes!

@8:46pm that is one of my favs! Can't believe there are not many views on You Tube.

Why everybody like to mention 2009? Adam was super star and he was on the top ten in Music Industry. So, forget about this year forever.

8:46....Thanks!

Adam was wilder and bigger, his movements more deliberate. This latest version, a little less raw, more refined and gels as a team performance with Nile/Chic. The earlier one was more a solo performance though the band was there. Both equally sexy and entertaining.

Yes you said it right! And that's why we are still here after 4+ years and we know he may sing the same songs but the outcomes always different.

Wow, What can I say. Just watched those videos to Lam-my and co. Adam just comes alive, he fair sparkles. I feel like this is a great boost for him. Nile the master recognizes talent when he sees (hears) it.
I feel quite excited crazy woman that I am.

Hi Jadam!
Adam is getting into the groove of exciting things on the music scene. This is how young huge stars expand their connections, by standing on the shoulders of the mightier ones. And Adam has many mighty shoulders to stand on and also big shoes to fill; in that sense, very fortunate. Happy to note you're okay, heard about the recent pretty strong earthquake. NZ handles earthquake disasters very well; they get back to normality quickly and people are well-taken care of.

I woudl love to hear Adam sing, live, Runnin', Map, Take Back, Can't Let You Go, etc. He has recorded so many more excellent tracks and I am at a loss to understand why he doesn't treat us to a live performance of them..they would seem to be brand new songs to those who aren't familiar with them..there are so many covers I would love to hear him sing..too many to list...anyone with me on this???

"MAP" and "LAY ME DOWN" HITS

"Lay Me Down" scandalously delicious! ! Lam-my agree with you, great version of Let's Dance, Nile Rodgers & Adam. When performing this song at another event will do something different, without altering the essential elements of the composition.Changes masterly! "His magic creative and perfectionist" 8:46 Thanks for your link. HH

I like the song, but not the overpowering beat that almost drowns out the vocals. That's the trouble with house beat dance club tunes. No one even cares who the vocalist is. They just hear the heavy beat. And don't call me a troll because I gave my opinion please.

Cannot listen to Can't Let You Go without crying...the combination of a beautiful voice, stirring lyrics and being a young widow I guess. Has to be my favorite of all.

I'm 10:42 Just listened to Can't Let You Go and for the first time didn't cry simply remembered my wonderful man with a heart swelling with love and thoughts of what might have been if not for a drunk driver running a stop light.

When I listen to chokehold I think about that wonderful man i choked to death. I was feeling a little cuckoo and had a bit of a fever. I went to bed but got up like a sleepwalker and before you know it .... If only I could take back what's been done, what's been said... I cried until I felt broken open but now I'll just lay me down and have a nice nap.

What a spicy grisly combination of Adam's songs to tell a story. Come to think of it, the titles of Adam's songs can be woven into a mind map. Nice. :)

@ 9:44am

I agree, can't hear the vocalist, it could be anyone.
I hope this generation of club music young people won't all be deaf by the time they are 50.
