Thanks for the follow @AdamLambert! We have to say, this is our absolute 2nd favorite... http://fb.me/2huhBDs9d
LOLOL!!!
Weird that people ask Eber such personal family questions.
Weird or pathetic?
Both.
what is so personal about that question?? geeesh. pretty cute answer From Eber tho.
troll droppings spotted.
Adam's Mom may know for sure the 1st word Adam ever said.
Well, it seems it wasn't the F word. ;-)
Seeing such questions as weird and pathetic,do not make me a troll!.it is my opinion#
Please go check the meaning of troll.
Sure it would have been GLITTER!
It was a good question and a funny answer. If you think asking that question is pathetic and weird then you must consider reading the answer even worse.
@3:45 - sorry, but it is weird and pathetic to view this question as such...totally legit question..wish could pick his parents' brains for the answers to alot of questions..but what I would really like is to have Adam all to myself so I could ask HIM questions...I have so many..LOL
all the shit that is posted in comments here and people are judgmental about which questions Eber chooses to answer on Twitter. That's balls. Go to Twitter and try to rule them there.
Have not posted on this thread before.
I don't think people are judgemental about which questions Dadbert chooses to answer... just wondering IN GENERAL why and how people approach him about private family stuff re Adam.
Some people just find it weird and feel (moi included) that's stepping over some 'decency and private life lines'. Do Gaga's fans tweet to her parents?! Maybe this is the era of social media where 'no decency lines' exist anymore, but it's not judgemental to feel weird about this kind of behaviour. For me it's a choice to behave and treat people with the same respect and manner as I do in real life. I don't go asking private life stuff from people (in Twitter either) until we know each other well enough...I know what celebrities have to endure and Adam is a social media 'junkie', but if he chooses not to answer to all kinds of fan questions, I would not go to his father, mother, brother or friends to ask these type of questions. Please don't judge me for feeling this way.
I think the difference between Gaga and Adam and their families' involvement with the fans is that Adam's parents and brother were introduced and integrated right from the get-go....sort of an extension of the glamily. The Lambert's don't seem to shy away from discussion. I'm sure if they were offended about answering personal stuff, or any stuff for that matter, they would communicate that. I am also confident that if there were lines-crossed Adam himself would promptly remind. He is,after all,a great communicator.
I don't tweet any of them about anything, but Eber obviously enjoys bantering with fans from time to time, that was obviously just a joke answer. Wouldn't use this as an example of people crossing appropriate lines. There are plenty of other examples of that.
Eber Lambert is very sociable and seems to enjoy interacting with Adam's fans, both on twitter and at concerts, etc. He answers fans questions when he chooses to do so and with good humor. He also has no qualms telling people to mind their own business when they become too entitled. He can take care of himself.
Anon 3:45;I am very sure that if given an opportunity you would have several questions to ask eber, seriously what you think is weird might just be out of total admiration by 'some' fans#i will never ask such questions though, but its fun.
Anon4:31, that is 3:45's opinion, its no use calling a genuine comment a troll.we all know that our resident troll hasn't commented yet!
I think it was a sweet question, a question from a fan who loves Adam. Eber gets that. He has good instincts about how fans feel about Adam. He understands the adoration. He is dealing with it quite well with his own wit and humor and discernment.
6:34, you are exactly right. Adam's family has been openly involved in Adam's public life. Leila and Adam have attended LGBT events together. She attends concerts. So does Eber. He's an active tweeter. Even Neil helped out on the GNT tour. They are a family we got to know on Idol, and they are an integral part of what we know about Adam. I think it's a unique thing about following Adam, as opposed to most other celebtities whose families are not publicly involved. The Lamberts are smart, educated, articulate, sociable, quick on the uptake, politically active in their own ways. Knowing them makes being an Adam fan all the more fascinating IMO. Eber has fielded questions about Adam that are a lot more intrusive that this one. As glitz said, he can take care of himself.
DRG
I can hear him yellin "damn it" for some odd reason.
@6:23 AM If this is your first post here, then you don't even come often enough to know what goes on here. You don't get to judge and then expect to get away with it. Your crossing line isn't holy any more than you are. Now go wrap your arms around Eber and shield him from those bad people. He needs you to take care of him.
Since fans are aware of Eber's quick wit I think some questions are a set up for an amusing answer.....
The only thing I'd like to ask Eber is if I could read some of his poetry........JAK
@JAK
Eber posts some of his poetry on twitter.. Check out his twitter page :))) you don't need your own acct to do so. Just google his twitter name...
My eyes hurt from rolling them.
I would have thought his first word would have been "fierce". Maybe it was his 2nd! Lol. . . . Adamluv
I love Eber's comments and look forward to them...
6:23AM You are so quick to pass judgement, questions asked are meant in jest and Eber is quick witted and uses humor to deflect, he is not offended , so why are you?
Get another hobby, go knit in corner somewhere, obviously wit is not your strong suit.
11:44 AM
Hey, that's a bit mean, telling someone that wit is not their strong suit, and go and sit in a corner doing knitting. 6:23 AM was just giving their opinion, if you disagree that's fine but don't be nasty about it, debates are healthy but keep it friendly.
11:44
When will you LEARN the act of stating your points without insulting?
This blog would really be more interesting and have more visitors if WE all learn how to have healthy debates.if you do not agree with some else's opinion, you can;ignore,or argue out your points.
@7:17 and @11:44
Maybe you two should READ my post before giving me a load of your bs!
1. I said "my first post on this THREAD..." - I've been here almost from the beginning so I'm unfortunately fully aware "what goes on here"!
2. Was NOT judging anybody, just stating my opinion how I feel about approaching Eber or anyone from Adam's family etc. and how I function in social media. And I did it in a polite manner, not insulting anybody, unlike you two in your posts @me!
3. Eber and BOTH of his sons are more than capable of taking care of themselves... How can anyone read from my post that I was trying to shield or take care of Eber, ROTFLMAO!!!
4. MAYBE you two should go and check one of the latest convos in Eber's and Neil's Twitter... there one fan surely crossed a line the Lambert guys did not like...
@2:07 and @2:33 - Thank you both for your kind and constructive posts!
6:23, the Knit-Wit
FIERCELY knitting in my corner somewhere, :))))
Gee, there are some NASTY Glamberts on this site. No wonder there are people who only stay short-term. It's either agree with everything someone says or you're told you're a troll and/or piss off. So it's no wonder Glamberts have a bad name.
I think it's obsessive to have one's photo taken with Eber. Sure he seems happy to oblige but to me it's a step too far.
I knew Negative Neil was political . . . first time I read Eber's twitter . . . WOW . . .
I can't say this family is not interesting . . . no wonder Adam sticks up for his own beliefs
he was " Born this Way"
boy do we get all the weirdo's on this site . . . makes it interesting
Main thing tho . . . Adam is the most talented singer to come along in a long time . . and you can't argue with that
Adam came along in the wrong decade. He should have come along in the fifties when excellent voices were appreciated.

sorry - finger stuttered
