I love the song but for some reason i don't think it's going to be a hit.

Lay Me Down is ringing in my head. Love this track. With a great radio edit if it is released as a single radios will spin it. I put it up par with KP Roar. Fingers crossed hope Avicii release it as a single here in US.

I think it will be played on the radio! Radio is playing Avicii's first single 'Wake Me Up' and they're lovin it. LMD is very danceable, Adam's vocals perfect as always and Niles funky guitar, all three together equals mega talent and mega hit.

The song is terrific, Niles proclaims it a smasher on fox the other day. Plus an article at few of them said LMD will be a very huge hit in clubs all over the world this fall even before it is a single. If Niles has a thing to do with it it will be a single eventually. Them working together sure helps the chances. I just love the song anyone who does not think Adam vocals add to this song is dead a wrong, love it. The articles praised Adam L. Strong vocals mix together with NR and Avincii great music the song is fabulous. What are these crazy article above me they are really trashy?

I am pretty convinced Lay Me Down may actually become Adam's breakthrough single apart from WWFM. I like the way Avicii maneuvers Adam's voice into the disco music. I like the ee notes Adam sings; perhaps Avicii could maneuver that. Lovely song...good for ice-skating, at fairs and games. Avicii is very skillful with the sound boards, also effective stage lights. Nile has a very keen perception of exceptional talents...wise intelligent man, Nile.

Now perhaps I am more aware why people like Avicii. Judging just by Lay Me Down, he knows how to put 'hooks' into a seemingly simple tune but Adam's voice did a lot. This song has a hook! It sure gets into your brain. lol!

Yes Nile indeed is the Sifu. Adam and Avicii are both Sifu in their own field of music. Adam helped with the lyric; I remember Adam saying it in one of his tweets, if I'm not mistaken. In fact Adam might have given the title, Lay Me Down, reminds me of the opposite of Pick You Up. But to me, Lay Me Down is a tripartite effort. Like the shamrock leaf.

Honestly, LMD has literally been stuck in my head ever since the first time I heard it...It pops up all the time when I'm not even thinking about Adam :))) And not just because it's Adam. I just really like it... As the phrase goes it's an "earworm" which in this case is a realllly good thing!

I find it fascinating that Nile takes Adam's picture. Maybe Nile takes a lot of pix, but I'm SO glad to see that he loves taking pictures of Adam. Here's to great success for the Avicii album and LMD in particular.

I have just fallen in love with the THREE MUSKETEERS, ADAM, NILE and that darling AVICII. Beautiful hawt talent! Lay Me Down and Wake Me Up-absolutely the best two songs on the TRUE album. My heart is just joyful today to know that these three have worked all day together and have a new track. Our Adam is just killing us with his new fame! Nile just loves Adam!

IMO Nile is kind of like Quincy Jones. Brilliant composer. Just listen to Shady on Trespassing. It's up par to Get Lucky, Blurred Lines, and Treasure. It was first fans' fav. on TP. Too bad RCA didn't support it and picked the least liked singles. I hope LMD is picked as a new single in US by Avicii's team cause with success of WMU on charts radios will play LMD.

I search out this avicii on you-tube, what am I missing? His voice is just average at best, what is all the hype about with this kid? Adam is a zillios times better and so much more vocally,stage presence, looks everything. I listened to this new kids songs, why is he so big and not happen. No comparison

9:39, Avicii does not do vocals. He composes his music and has various featured singers. In his shows he plays a variety of dance music including his own. He arranges the order and blends them together to create the dance party atmosphere. It is an incredibly popular form of music. There are several huge djs in the world and Avicii is one of them.

I wish I could hear what most of you seem to be hearing.
But as much as I try I just think Lay Me Down is a loud mess of a song. I realize I'm in the minority here, but I just feel it's a waste of Adam's voice, however I'm hoping it will be a smash.
