Both Gaga and Glee are smart to hitch a ride on the Glambert train...Adam news travels across, up and down, round and round in no time. But my wish is Adam sings LMD on Glee because of greater ownership. Yes very happy Adam sings all the Greats past and present; he should be accorded similar treatment for his own songs. No doubt he must be well-paid to sing the Greats; I say give him his due as far as singing his own songs is concerned. In any case LMD will lend itself perfectly to a dance routine. But finally it all boils down to business agreements again.

I think Glamhopper is a play on Grasshopper, Mr. Miyagi's term of endearment for his young charge in the Karate Kid movie. In his tweet, Adam guides his Glamhoppers to have patience and not to be swayed by pesky rumors.

Glamhopper is cute. Makes me feel like Adam is the Father I never had.

Dr. Brian May responded to these tweets of Adams. This might be about the David Bowie rumor.

As a boy, his Kung Fu Master would call him Grasshopper when teaching him life lessons. He grew up to be wise and fight for good. Can't remember the name of the show. Anybody?

To repeat something I reported on the previous post: I saw online some time ago a list of the Glee cast. It was divided into a list of the main cast and a list of the recurrent cast. Adam was listed in the main cast as a character named Samuel X. I wish I had DLed this, as I haven't seen it since, but it settled for me the question of Adam's role.

Wow, I haven't checked 24/7 in about 4 hrs. Had a meeting at my house tonight. I log on and WOW! So many rumors about Glee. I can't believe he would just be on for a n episode or two. He is supposedly cast in an actual ROLE. I'm not saying he will be on episode, but I don't think it's going to be just a short guest thing either. Hmm. If he's on earlier in the season than we thought, that's a good thing. The Gaga songs thing sounds a little fishy to me, but who knows. Guess we'll hear more tomorrow. Glad he tweeted, anyway. At least we know he's out there. I think he's doing some acting practice. Hope so. Hi tweets are so enigmatic.

@ xo laura........JAK here.....Kung Fu was the name of the show....but it was Keith's older brother David Carradine who starred in it. And he was called grasshopper by his teacher.
"Glamhoppers" is a good description for us.......we certainly do hop to conclusions!!! Right now hopping in all directions... : )

Not a fan of GG, so Adam singing her songs is not my fav idea. But a far worst idea (and this better be a rumor) that he will be playing a drag queen is a horrible idea. Like he said, rumors...So the lesser of the two evils is GG. Geez, I want this to be about his talent please. I was excited about Glee and now I am just bummed about the possibilities.

Actually there's not much to worry about on Adam's role on Glee; he has done numerous kinds of roles on stage and that would equip him sufficiently to emote and bring to life the character he plays. His only concern as he has voiced out is to be able to internalise the acting as opposed to projecting it as he would on stage. Once he masters this spontaneity in front of cameras...well that is it. He's on his way to emerge as a movie star. So to me the role he plays on Glee is not the problem, rather how good he is as an actor regardless the role, be it Kurt's nemesis or even as a drag queen as suggested. But I think Adam is a super natural entertainer; he knows how to arrest and retain the viewers' attention and their imagination. You think it's so easy to play the role of a drag queen or as touted, Kurt's nemesis...The more controversial the role the harder and the more directors/producers will take note. Glee is not the be-all and end-all for Adam as an actor. He'll end up on the big screen by my gut feel; no need to consult crystal-ball. :)

The drag Queen thing is probably what he talking about or possibly the David B. thing. I doubt he will play Drag Queen if its anything like that it won't be the way you think. I think most of runour true. Sounds like he will be on few episodes if true he will most likely sing other songs as well on other episodes.

Well Adam has gone through a lot and his deep and varied experiences will make him shine on Glee. I doubt he'll portray a drag queen because he has said before that's not him and Ryan Murphy seems like a rather open-minded producer. He had long talks/discussions with Adam regarding a suitable role for him. He will go along with the strengths of the actor rather than against the grain. Well, as Kurt's nemesis, most likely a guy...handsome Henry perhaps. I'm sure as a producer Ryan Murphy would have taken note on how Adam is loved/perceived by his myriad fans.

on MJs blog he clearly states that Adam will be playing a drag queen..apart from the fact that I, as well as all of us, was hoping his role would be that of a straight man (and I know that drag queens can be straight..tho I imagine most aren't)...he will certaining part ways, for the time being, with Melvin..and lets face it..we kinda miss the make-up, which on Adam looks delicious...Maybe he will just sing in drag and it won't be his full time profession..it is interesting...Adam does love his cross dressing friends..but, we all know this..loving Adam means loving him always and all ways..and I do..he will always be the sweet little boy with the beautful eyes for me (and, dare I say, the sexiest man on the planet)

also, Adam will appear in episode 4, which would be in November, per the websites..my gut tells me that his stint will consists of only 3 episodes..just my take on it..all we have at this point is speculation..

Brian May has admitted he would love to see a collaboration between his band Queen, his pal Adam Lambert and legendary singer David Bowie.

Many fans suggested the hit song ‘Who Wants to Live Forever’ but some also suggested a collaboration with Mercury Music Award nominee David Bowie and Brian replied:

I still don't feel Adam will play a drag queen as the main role. Perhaps dressed in female fashion, say for a specific purpose, which is not completely foreign to Adam either. He played a female role on Hair and sang in his very beautiful high leggiero tenor, the song My Conviction. I've seen a photo of Adam dressed in a very classy cheongsam with tight pants, most likely for theatre. So it's very classy and well presented. This is very common and acceptable in Japanese theatre. Whoa, Adam...you're going to take us on a swirling rollercoaster ride. Fasten seat-belts! lwl!

For the past week the rumors have been about "Where is Adam?" Might be he is telling us all is well, and rumors are pesky lil things.
Then again his tweet was so quick about the Glee rumors and Gaga that it probably is about that. This might have been suggested for him, and he is giving it a think, before he and Gaga agree. It probably is not in writing yet, just in talks. Isn't it Jarod Leto who is going to play part in a small way in a movie as a transvestite. It will be coming out
but his part is bigger than the transvestite part. Also he is straight, so this will be different for him, and just a part of the movie. Has nothing to do with Adam, except he is a friend of Adam.

Part of the answers that Dr. Brian got was that they let Adam sing one of his own songs. Brian said they may have surprises about some other songs we may not have heard before but would love them, when we heard Adam sing them. All these are things Roger and Brian are thinking about. I got this from Brian's blog, which was longer than the tweet, and more informative. I think the Bowie thing would be a long shot, just something nice to think about. Brian is always so polite in his answers, just like Adam, and never wants to hurt any ones feelings, unless it's about culling badgers, then he is a force to be reckoned with.

Adam will play a drag queen on Glee, at least nto if he's the only one doing it. SNL has had some very funny skits with guys in drag. I guess I could maybe see Adam doing it on SNL with other people doing it, but not on Glee. At least that's my opinion. So many rumors flying around! Wouldn't it be something if Queen and Adam and Bowie actually did do something onstage together??? Adam would be in seventh heaven. I think there are very exciting things in the works, and Adam is just keeping mum for now and wisely making us wait till things are finalized. Love being called a Glamhopper!

So we got rumors with Glee and Queenbert iHeart concert. CK mentioned Adam will be his nemeses and at the end of his interview he said he wants to play a bad guy. IMO possibly Adam's role is this illusional imagination of CK!? Saw couple of other rumors that is very interesting. But for all these rumors Adam should have a different image. Just if we see a different Adam look, we have to TOTALLY understand that he is on TV show playing a role that requires change in his look. He changed his look hundreds of times on theatre stage roles that he played before Idol and on his GNT. Have you watched him on Is Anybody Listening, Wicked, Hair, etc.? Different looks. Right?

A REMINDER FOR ALL OF US: Adam numerous times sang and mentioned on his interviews that we should trust him and how many times he mentioned and showed that he loves us. So don't let naysayers or haters that we don't know them to bring us down. Good thing at least yesterday they admitted that they are NOT ADAM FANS.

Theater is a lot different than a TV show catering mostly to young people. You all were so excited that this Glee role will bring in new young fans. Well you can scrap that if he's in drag. It'll just reinforce the gay stereotype. If he were an established actor it might now make a difference. But doing that in his first roll on TV will forever stigmatize him.

Has Glee done a show on Queen. I wish they would do a Queen song with Adam, to help promote Adam and Queen tour.

Adam is already stigmatized. He will always be a gay personality first and a singer second. All we can hope is he does a good job with the role.

Yes, he is stigmatized, but branching out & doing more mainstream roles (ala Neil Patrick Harris) & music could help move him past that. If he plays a drag queen you can forget it. Dreams for rock stardom will be a thing of the past. Rupal type fashion & drag shows will be all that is offered him. If that's what he wants then so be it. Well I think dreams of mainstream success are already a thing of the past for him. He would love to branch out, I am sure, but if he can't get the roles then he has to take what he is offered, and he can't afford to turn down a role on glee whatever it is. It can still be a good thing for him if he does a good job with it. And I assume the role will be both in and out of drag.

Neil Patrick Harris was already a success before he came out. And he is a good actor.

Yes, I know NPH was a success before he came out. I was just using him as an example. He would have not gotten as far & successful as he is now if he had started out in stereotypical gay roles. Adam had a chance to possibly break out, but not if he does this.

Well the chance he had was four years ago, not now. He already made a big name for himself as the gay guy, the eyeliner guy. He put that image out there at a time when he got a lot of attention. You cannot unring the bell. Let us hope he will get more opportunities , and take advantage of them. Nile and Brian and Roger, recognized his talent and didn't care that he is gay, and gave him great opportunities, they did not want his talent to go to waste. Don't know anything about his financial success, but he would be wise to invest in something that will always be his stand by. I hope he hasn't put all his eggs in one basket, himself. He has made his choice loud and clear, and he will be snubbed by mainstream. Even though a lot of mainstream is absolutely obscene, in dance and lyrics.

I wish Lam-my would cool it with her wild predictions of plot and character and her crystal ball showing Adam as a movie star! Adam is not going to be a movie star. I hope Adam doesn't read any of the speculations by Glamhoppers and with his team do what's best for him. Right now he has three great opportunities that can move him higher in entertainment industry. I hope that the rumor about Adam playing a drag queen on Glee is just that...some stupid story put out by someone who knows nothing about the story line for Adam. Adam has enough haters out there with their homophobia and their cruel comments that he doesn't need this kind of role for his first time on episodic tv. Since there has not been any info from Ryan Murphy, I think we just have to wait to see exactly where Adam's character will take us. So many of Adam's fans are expecting so much from him and this role on Glee, but it may not be all that we are speculating about here. He's being pictured as some kind of "savior" by some who will save the show and bring in viewers and better ratings. I hope it brings new listeners to his music and a better appreciation for him as a performer and then also helps the ratings for Glee. I'd like to see him in a role similar to that of Gwyneth Paltrow or Kate Hudson in the past. But whatever it turns out to be, I will be watching.

Adam probably won't be appearing on Glee until after the hiatus because of the World Series on that tv station. So that might take us into early November. I didn't see any pics of Adam in NYC or at the Blonds fashion show, so is he in LA now? He's keeping a low profile so something is brewing with him whether it's preparing for the Queenbert concert or for this role on Glee. We seem to be jumping on every rumor or story because we are so anxious to know what Adam is doing. It makes us "cuckoo" when he is out of touch and out of sight.
