VIA Rolling Stone:

Following Perry came the most anticipated act of the night: Queen with Lambert. Before their set, Queen’s Taylor and Brian May spoke to Rolling Stone about why Lambert is such a great fit for their music.

"He does bring his own approach and he has this amazing range, a gymnastic, beautiful tone and he really fits our material so well," Taylor said of Lambert. "He has all the elements – he has the passion, he has the humor, a little bit of camp. And when the shots are down, he has the power. It’s incredible," May added.

Lambert astounded the audience on songs like "We Will Rock You" and the closing "We Are The Champions" and "A Crazy Little Thing Called Love." He frequently worked in unison with May, the two sharing the front of the stage as the guitarist reminded everyone of his considerable prowess by bringing his parts in "Bohemian Rhapsody" to life.

Fun’s Nate Ruess took over vocals on "Somebody To Love." He then brought Lambert back out (praising him as "one of the best singers I know") for the supergroup combo on the rollicking "Fat Bottomed Girls." The night ended appropriately with a triumphant "We Are The Champions."

So many great reviews coming out of this and so many compliments for Adam. It was great for everyone in that arena to hear Nate say Adam is the best singer he knows. Glad all the whiners here were shown how great this turned out to be.

RS really gave Adam his due with this glowing review. Hopefully, RS is really "getting it" by now. As good as this review is, I'm surprised it didn't mention WWTLF, which was a standout, and which is becoming a real tour de force for Adam every time he sings it. Hope this performance opened a lot of eyes to Adam's talents and will persuade them to give him a chance when his own music comes out.

This is one of the best reviews IMO. (Are there any bad ones out there?) It's the only review that has mentioned "A Crazy Little Thing Called Love" which I like best. Adam sang in his lower range for the whole thing and was just as astounding as any of his higher range songs.

Really, what is always with picking everything apart? Do you people hear yourselves? This is a great review from RS that is very complimentary. The AP review and Billboard review are incredible too. We should be very happy and excited with all this great press but some of you just have to pick it apart and complain about why didn't it mention your favorite song.

Think about it for a minute, why can't you ever be happy with the good stuff we get. There is something wrong with you. (And this is coming from one of the realistic fans. who would have guessed I'd be more positive than the "real fans.")

Isn't it great to follow Adam? I haven't posted in a long time, but I'm here every day, keeping up with the news. After watching last night's performance I need to express myself to fellow fans. Adam looked so joyful and the hashtags on his Instagrams are a nice insights into his feelings. As Adam comes from the theater, where it is all about ensembles, I think he enjoys sharing the stage with other artists like Nate. Unbelievable talent bringing amazing opportunities. Wow.

@5:38 PM You not only shouldn't have to put up with the shit from us you complain about, the REALITY is you don't have too.

Stop reading the comment sections.

The Rolling Stone Review,I BELIEVE,did mention WWTLF...on the continued part..It said BB's high notes were perfect, etc,& they WERE!!Nate's a nice guy,but those Queen songs just weren't his best.I like him better w/the FUN hits he's had( about 3 )

@5:38 we are obviously beyond ecstatic that there are all these positive reviews...just surprised that WWTLF wasn't mentioned since it was the showcase song (he sang the whole song). Therefore, I don't understand your comment.

It seems that you are picking everything apart. No?

Sorry, this is anom.at 6:18pm,I meant to say the BILLBOARD review did mention WWTLF.Click above the "short" review posted. There is more on another page.WWTLF is my fav Queen song from Adam( and esp in Kiev, but the Vegas one was very good, too)can't wait to see it all on TV

This vocal of WWTLF is the best one that Adam has performed comparing it to the European and London concerts from last year. It was a powerhouse performance that gave me the chills. Adam seemed so relaxed and confident on stage enjoying himself with Dr.Brian and then Nate Ruess. And didn't he look gorgeous? Adam is the best vocal talent in music today and it's about time he received some recognition and acknowledgment for those dynamic vocals. He owns the stage and you are mesmerized by his undeniable stage presence and stellar vocals.

@carolynj
I thought the hash tags Adam included were interesting too. Just as enjoyable as pics and the tweets themselves. ;)

Nothing negative in my comment, over the moon happy for Adam and all his fans!!! Just surprised, cause there was already so much buzz re WWTLF in the net and this reviews is from RS.
Maybe you read the abbreviation of the song too hastily... WTF maybe, LOL?! Suits your attitude better?
