I first saw Roger Taylor on Idol finale with Adam in, We Are The Champions. My first impression was he came across as trying too hard perhaps being an older drummer. Then towards the end of that performance my image sort of changed to wow, he's strong for an older guy; but still not that impressed yet. It was at the 6 Queen+Adam concerts that I thought, Roger knows! exactly what to do; because just by his simple softening of his drums, using the crashing cymbals more, he allowed Adam's strong wails to come through full-steam and not drown them out as I've heard in a couple other bands. And this particular trait was also very visible/audible with Brian's guitar. In short, Roger is very sensitive to Adam's singing/voice/wails. Yes Roger and Brian are Adam's Sifu simply because they know how to nurture great talent when they see it. But ultimately it boils down to Adam who single-handedly brought Queen/Freddie music once again onto the limelight.

Queen and Adam are going to blow up the stage tonight. Just listened to Nate from Fun with his band, I'm sorry I like his songs but he sounded very flat at some points. I have just been so spoiled by Adam's vocal techniques. there's no way I can stay up to 2:00 a.m.,well maybe i will try.

I think a nap is in order and then I will try to wake up and watch Adam with Queen. Thank you to whoever suggested Tunnel Bear so I can watch the stream of the iHeart concert.

I agree with 7:57 PM.
generally speaking

(well Muse played a song I don't know the name of that's cool)
And Elton John should be good.

Wow Muse was fantastic, that's real singing! Matt Bellamy was superb. When he sang Starlight I wished Adam would have run out on stage and sang with him,but i knew it wasn't going to happen. anyway Adam is going to show everyone what out of this world superb talent is. Why isn't Muse bigger in the U.S. they are great! I know they are Adam's favorite band.

I am yawning, this talent is so, so; I am sorry, I am so spoiled by Adam. I tried, but if I am being honest, Adam is just it. I dare not lay down for a nap. I will stay up no matter what. Going to go put cold compresses on my eyes and face. This live stream had better hold up, it is great. Well it is getting closer and closer to the great one and Queen! Enjoy Glamhoppers!

@ tess4ADAM...I couldn't believe my luck when I found that link. I've really been fighting sleep...
4 Benadryl for allergy in last 8 hours and the fact that I think Chris Brown was on for at least 2 hours!!!!

Poor guy...he must have had a nap before the performance and had a nightmare that he had been castrated...it scared him so badly that during his songs he had to keep reassuring himself that his 'privates' were still attached!

Adam was, well Adam, enuf said! \o/

I found it absolutely painful to sit through all of that show. I cannot believe some of the non talent people that have made it to the top of the music industry. Elton John, Muse, and Adam + Queen made that show. That Fun guy should have never been in the Queen + Adam portion of the show. I really thought Adam was good and loved his outfit. However, I felt the warmth of the shows last year with Queen + Adam can never be surpassed. Tonight was a much colder audience.

Ugh, Queen and Adam's performance was during lunchtime in my timezone but I was in a gathering outside... Oh well.. there is always youtube... Fingers crossed.

@ 1:28 am.....JAK here.....I agree with you that Elton, Muse and Queenbert were the highlights. All Brits except for our Adam. The US never showed Queen the warm receptions that the UK and Europe did, even in Freddie's. day.

In the UK Queen is iconic and they rightly cherish them.
A large number in this country have felt the same, but like Brian and Roger are aging out. They are not 'hot stuff' to the youth of this country.......but maybe after last night the young fans will see why we older fans think they are great.

Roger is still a marvelous drummer and as for Brian,
he's a master who can make his guitar sing, laugh and cry at his demand. They are just damn good no matter what their age is it's of no significance. Adam has the good fortune to perform with the best and they recognize the super talent in him. A win win all around!

Adam is so amazing . . it just makes me cry listening to the sound of his voice

@JAK - You are an AMAZING woman, wife, ma, grandma, Adam fan and a fellow human being (left a long list of other 'attributes' out to keep this short-er, he)!
Thank you for being here!
Wish that the granny hater and the regular house trolls had a few week
' "Tough Love" course with you & your family!

@1:28
I totally agree with you and your two last sentences echo my vibes. Please read @JAK's post here, explains a lot. Queen is a huge name all over the world, but seems that mainstream US never quite got Queen nor never will get Adam... js.
