OMG, that picture makes me cry...

It really doesn't matter what caused it. He is sad about something.

Maybe happy tears....I shed happy tears Friday night. I was already weepy from WWTLF and then the applause with each song made me super emotional. It doesn't take much, a text from g'son, a sweet card from a family member, a beautiful painting, I have become a salty fountain of emotion......sigh........JAK

3:59pm ... funny.

Adam does look lost in thought, deep and dreamy. Beautiful photograph. So many amazing photographs taken that night. He is a vision.

One more thought: I was in a "happy place", at this amazing iHeart concert, experiencing a once in a lifetime thing: Queen with Adam Lambert, and I sure had tears in my eyes.. Pride, happiness, joy, excitement, the knowledge that this song was so special to Brian..and about Freddie.... Could be that Adam was feeling a bit of that too...or a lot. I sure would have been if I were Adam that night. A whole LOTTA love heading his way...and fronting that iconic band Queen. Had to have had an effect on him. But then again..could have been the lights...

The queen has told some people off, then changed course, of course to mention being at the concert.

BTW, if it was during WWTLF, that was written for the movie Highlander, not for Freddie FFS.

Hauntingly gorgeous! Simply stunning!

Oh my. He frequently is photographed with watery eyes during a concert.

Just dreaming of seeing Adam on the big screen!
Susan Boyle is appearing in a movie now, why not Adam?

Sorry I stand corrected about the reason for the song.. I knew it :)) .. Momentary brain blip. It DOES remind me of Freddie whenever I hear it.....

And now a few words directed specifically to you: Everyone else close your ears and eyes:
You can back off about the queen s**t when you talk about me, if you would please. I'd really appreciate it. I've been ignoring you up until now.. but enough is enough. I have a right to an opinion too. And I went to the concert. So what. I'm not bragging about it. My comments about it are in context and related to whatever the topic is. It hopefully gives me some sort of credibility when I have an opinion about the concert. I was thrilled to be there. A huge dream come true for me. Other people were there too, including some folks who post on here. I don't notice you giving them a hard time or ridiculing them. I'm just another fan who loves Adam because of his voice and who he is as a person. I'm sure he'd be proud of you and how you treat other fans.. including me. But I suspect my words will just spur you on to more rude comments about me. As long as you are appreciative of Adam, what you say about me doesn't really matter.

****To anyone who drags out the "don't respond to the trolls" response... Apparently this person is my own personal troll. So I've had enough. Just got back from Las Vegas last night. And back to reality. Sorry.

I'd love to see Adam on the big screen, but let's see if he can act first. We know he can sing better than anyone else in music today, but let's see how he does on Glee before we label him"big screen movie star perfection". I think of Elvis and his movie career. He did several good movies in the early part of his career and then Col. Parker had him stuck in those corny Hal Wallis musicals with all the same storyline. He certainly does have the looks for the giant screen, but is he ready for a movie role? And I doubt he would ever want to play Freddie Mercury in a bio-pic. Two actors are already out of the role...Sasha Baron Cohen and Daniel Radcliffe. So who is next? Not Adam. It seems very hard to cast someone esp. an actor who can sing those songs he performed with Queen. And, yes, this is a beautiful picture of Adam; it makes me teary eyed.

Glitzylady. You know most of true fans love you so much. Don't pay attention to sick hater. He she it they even stole my comments to make fun of me even though I sign as anon. I noticed the bug even stole other fans' tags. Wished this site had a moderator and we could all sign in. In the name of freedomof expression fans are humilated under name of Adam Lambert. Freedom of expression at expense humilating fans and trashing everything Adam isn't freedom. It's dictorship.

LOL at people thinking there is just one troll here.

Anonymous said...

Usually it is just one person; pretending they are a lot of people. They want fans to think that a lot of people feel like them; misery loves company. Instead of calling them a troll, I would call them a sick idiot; not worth the time of day.

They really need to go "Lay Down In Darkness;" and tell people what they see. I bet they would be to scary to describe.

If a person wants to respond to he or she; then they should. No one can tell a grown person what to do; or how to feel.

Have a happy Glamhopper evening.

Adam Lambert is a beautiful Soul!

I just saw the promos for GLEE watching Xfactor and I got queasy thinking about Adam being on the show.

Anonymous said...

Glitzy-we love and appreciate all your posts. You are a true Glambert! This awful TROLL is a real pain but you said it well in your message to him. Yes, I do think it is a male. Don't ever let this unhappy person chase you away-just remember what Adam told us-the more NO was said to him in his life, the stronger and more determined he became. The TROLL has made you stronger!

glitzy, Hang in there. We need you here as one of the voices of reason. It seems like the more plausible and sensible some posters are, the more they get criticized. Some people must get their kicks by criticizing and mocking others for no good reason. I think the fact that this is a fansite gets lost on some people. Opinions are one thing; personal attacks are another. Stick around, glitzy, please!

I appreciate the first hand accounts Glitzy. If you ever decide to leave the blog, ask PRS for my email privately. I am a very private person, but I don't see my interest in first hand accounts waning any time soon, so I'd hate to be cut-off from the first hand accounts, lol :)

6:53 I saw the promo for Glee when I was watching XFACTOR too. My anxiety level went way up thinking about Adam acting and singing in it.

Why? Explain please

9:12 because I am human?

DRG said, "It seems like the more plausible and sensible some posters are, the more they get criticized."

Exactly! I'm in a quandary about the attack on Glitzy when I don't see anything unreasonable or nonsense in her posts unlike an egoistic regular poster here.

Anonymous said...

i sense it's someone who holds a grudge to Glitzylady, an obnoxious regular here.

It jealousy......negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear and anxiety. Jealousy consists of such emotions as anger, resentment, inadequacy, helplessness, disgust, and envy.

Why? Only this lost soul might know. Although I highly doubt he sees it for what it is. Shame, shame, shame!!!

I will say that I am jealous as hell that glitzlady was there in person as well as others from this site (insert pout and booboo lip here) but happy as hell to!! Oh, to have seen him with Queen. Watching it live, as if on tv, incredible, but this one combined with all the other talent there, man!! It had to be at the top of seeing him live at his concerts! Which I've been blessed to do. I may be a bit biased here but wow he sounded the best I have ever heard him. He just keeps getting better and better, like your old favorite sweat shirt at night with a good glass of wine, some cheese, good book, hmmm......sorry I wandered a bit.

Lady's and gents that were fortunate enough to be there, I hope you had a awesome Glambertish time!!

P.S.S. I'm still jealous in a totally happy for you kinda way!
