I cannot see the instagram pictures, unfortunately. But, as to whether Adam was there, don't know; but an Adam fan over in Adam discussion, said that Adam posted a selfie to Instagram showing himself all dressed up in a black tie and shades, but not a word about where he was headed.
She said, that "he was the master of driving Glamberts, crazy". Ha, ha.
Does that mean that Adam flew to NYC to film scenes for a Glee episode and then got back on a plane to be at the Trevor project concert on Sunday? But no one actually reports seeing him in NYC so maybe he wasn't actually there. It's not really a big deal, and life does go on.
7:34, they film almost all of Glee in Los Angeles. They rarely do exteriors in NYC. That's how most TV shows are made.
