I'm so happy for you. I'd be thrilled if I caught it. ;)
lucky girl indeed.
She looks like the girl that recorded her reaction to Adam singing Marry The Night on Glee I think it was.
Awwwww, good for you! Love seeing young fans at Adam's concerts. You will cherish this night forever.
9:06 PM.....JAK here....you just jogged my memory.
So often on this site Adam is compared to Elvis (in his appearance) and I stand fast that Adam looks nothing like Elvis in the flesh!!!! But that's an argument that will never be settled.
But there were similarities ...... One of which just hit me with your comment. Yes, I agree it's great seeing the young fans at Adam's concerts.......but when Elvis mania swept the country there were dj's and newspaper reporters all talking about the phenomena of this young singer having grandmothers, moms and daughters ALL buying his records!
In 1956 I could hear Elvis singing as I walked home.....3 or 4 houses away.....Elvis was my mom's guilty pleasure and she played his fast tunes when she was in a housecleaning frenzy. And more often than not she sang along with him.
There's no generation gap in recognizing someone special....then or now.....: )))......,,JAK
Awwwwwww,,,, sweet sweat of her idol Adam & hers now combined!!!:):):)
Surprised it wasn't torn to shreds.
Yikes...
So what she gonna do with it? Frame it? Sell it on ebay?
@12:16 AM Rub it all over her body in the privacy of her own home?
She was standing about 2 people away from me. So cute..
And I know what I would have done with that towel :))
I'm speechless right now.
nancdruuu2
I was about 5 ft away and the look on her face was priceless! She cried, Adam gave her a big smile as he tossed it and it was a very special moment that she will never forget! I would not turn down Adam's sweat or saliva if that were even remotely conceivable! haha
@JAK, My mother and grandmother were Elvis fans.I first saw him in 1956 on tv's Ed Sullivan show and my friend thought he was the living end, but I didn't see it until his "black leather performance" period, which is the time that I can see Adam similiarities in the sensuousness, hair and fan connection, more than an actual physical, facial similiarity. I did like Elvis and thought his manager, Col. Parker did him a great diservice, managing his career. Elvis really wasn't as sophisticated, savvy and worldly as Adam, which really hurt him. Adam has handled his fame extremely well,in my opinion. He also has good friends and people around him. I think he has a good sense of people's character and motives and is selective.
@funbunn40...........Yep, you nailed it.....Elvis turned his professional life over to Parker. I cringe when I remember that Elvis had the potential and offer to make decent films but Parker turned them down. grrrrrrrrrr
I didn't care for Elvis at all when I met him and spent some time interviewing him, to know him was not to necessarily love him..............but I really enjoyed him on stage!..........JAK
