TMZ Sports: Ran into Adam and his friend Danielle and another friend last night in LA, on Sunset Boulevard, reportedly as they were leaving Danielle's "Candy Land" birthday party:
TMZ Question to Adam:
"What do you think about Michael Sam getting drafted to the NFL?"
Adam: "Good News!!!"
TMZ Sports: "Do you think the NFL will welcome Michael Sam with open arms?"
Adam's response: "They just did!!"

Silly reporter questions. Oh well, makes them easy to answer. I like easy questions.
Great respond from Adam. NFL accepted him without prejudice. Why media twist things? There was a discussion about it on ESPN few weeks ago and fans of other teams and players of other teams were fine with it. Why media is trying to make something negative about it?

Paps always like to stir the pot. It's kind of their job. Adam handles them so well. And his responses are usually quite witty and intelligent. Like how he thanked the paps at the end. LOL. We haven't seen Adam with paps lately. Nice to know they're still following him!

It was a good question. Michael Sam was drafted at number 249 and he was predicted to be drafted at 169, which shows that quite a few teams were reluctant to pick him. We have no idea whether he will ever play at NFL level.

169 - 249 draft picks are relatively affordable. The team who chose Michael Sam effectively got themselves two fourth round picks. Hope they use him. He was very brave to come out before the draft.

Michael got tons of support from past mega NFL players and top notch media people. He won't be ignored. He is a great player.
That support put him at nearly 100 notches lower on the draft pick than he should have been. Wait and see. The battle is only beginning for Michael.
JAK here....perhaps so, but he won't wake up every morning wondering if he has been 'outed' in the news overnight. Adams revelation probably put him at a disadvantage but he felt it was better to be open because it was a better option, the 'is he or isn't he' rumors were already flying. Living with a secret must be horrible.
