@ Glitzylady I know this is way OT, but I was just now able to watch the 6-16 concert (10 hr days will do that to you) I have a critique that I hope you can get to his crew (you seem to have an inside view)...anyway, my input is that when he does FB Girls and talks about big- assed bitches, he should add the word "SEXY" in there...lots more "pops" that way and no hurt feelers. With that word, imagine the screams from those sexy larger women in the audience instead of just calling them fat asses. Other than that, the set was fantastic. Although the closest I will get is watching the trucks speed thru on the freeway heading south, I hope you all that have tix have a total blast. Cant wait for vids!

I'll be watching Windy City Live! Just got home from a meeting tonight and got the news! My tickets for the Chicago show are staring at me from my desk, just waiting to go.

I like your idea!!! ie SEXY... I would love to say I have an "in" with Queen & Adam but I don't :)))) Let's see what he says at the Chicago concert tomorrow...He likes to change things up and I wouldn't be surprised if he comes up with other expressions.. Or he may just go back to the tried and true "Fat Bottomed Girls"...

Don't be so sure; if he does change it, Mombert may have had a little conversation with him! Adam has said she politely gets on him every now and then in a nice firm motherly way. Whether he always heeds the advice is another matter, ha ha. You know grown children; what can you do??

Brian wrote Fat Bottomed Girls. It was poking good natured fun at the groupies who swarmed the band at every performance.

So the rumor that Freddie liked fat bottomed girls was just that .... a rumor. Typical media BS.

Actually adam once said that freddie liked fat bottoms. So it must have been a joke within the band

Bad news, I'm afraid. The guys will not be on Windy City Live. False info, I guess. Someone posted on Adamtopia that she called TV station and they said no. I was watching the show and they didn't mention them, so I thought it seemed suspicious. Oh well. I was hoping Chicago would have them on some TV or radio show for an interview. So excited for tonight, though!

JAK here....this may be new to some of you....Queen released Fat Bottomed Girls (written by Brian) at the same time they released Bicycle Race (written by Freddie).
They filmed a bicycle race at Wimbledon with 65 naked women on bikes. That's where "get on your bikes and ride!" comes from. And I imagine they saw a lot of bottoms!
You can find some brief bits of the video, it's quite a sight.....they were very naughty boys.
