Markus looks fabulous. I love his fashion sense. Very chic. He lost quiet a bit of weight and he looks all nice and buffed. He should write how he did it. I was watching America's Ninja Warriors last night and I was amazed how some of the contestants battled their ailments by following a well balanced healthy lifestyle of eating right and great rigorous routine exercises.

This is an old picture from when Marcus, Adam and friends went to Aspen for the "gay ski weekend" thing (I think so anyway...) ... Sounds like Marcus is just wishing the other guy pictured there a belated Happy Birthday...
