Is this supposed to be funny.
In bad taste, pun not intended.

I'm not too sure i get it either......

I suspect "cock" is intended to be a clever play on words.... As in the sound chickens usually make.
At least, the peacock, anyway. lol

Lol! @Kitty & Anne Marie.
Those were clever!

Kinda gross!

donna w said...

Yada......sorry, but i don't think that's the kinda 'cock' they're talking about....... :o)

Why Adam would post this to his IG is beyond me. It must be funny to his little mind. But then we don't all share his kind of humor all the time, some love this stuff, others do not. I personally thought it a bit crude.
Hope I don't get blasted for having an opinion.

Lots of guys in general, regardless of their sexuality, often lapse into junior high locker room humor. I'm just chalking this up to a moment of gross silliness. Probably seemed real funny to them at the time. LOL. Movin' on.

@2:57
I was going to say, this is sooo junior high also.

donna w....
I know. ;-) Hence, the play on words, perhaps?

Anne Marie... I understand the sentiment. :-/

Dee R Gee.... Agreed.

NAF said...

I agree, juvenile.

Sometimes I think Adam forgets we're all "listening in".. Or that he has his Instagram linked to his twitter..

but.........

No harm, no fowl... ;)))))))))))))))))))))))

Sorry, couldn't help myself :)

The admin didn't have to post it here.

Ok peeps(pun intended) chillax.

NAF said...

@kitty

Speaking for myself, don't tell me to chill. I can have an opinion.

yada said...

Lets not get our feathers ruffled here, friends ;-)
(heehee... sorry, couldn't resist)

Yep, let's not get all cuckoo and say this thread has gone to the birds. (I think the bird jokes are pretty much used up!)

DRG (I know I keep signing DRG after my posts. Force of habit.)

4:32 oh boy remind me never to have a little fun on here.

yada said...

Glitzy.. good point.
He's said before that he can have a tendency to be impulsive; particularly, when having fun 'in the moment'. Then later, think "oh, yeah...what?! Maybe I should have thought through that one..."
Usually, his impulsivity works in his favor for his on-lookers (like his performances, for example..and his apparent kindness to others). I suppose he is like all of us to a large extent: Our strengths have capability to also serve our weaknesses, and visa-versa.
...My thoughts, anyway... :)

Well I guess boys will be boys...gotta love the little devils...I can say for sure I'm glad no one took pictures of some of the things I thought were a good idea...in my younger days...cringe...cringe

@yada

No big deal. The comment from kitty seemed rude and condescending.

I love you guys.....you have all put it into perspective for me!

You're right.....guys definitely DO have a "different" sense of humor.....call it what you will, but at any given time they can immediately revert to the maturity they had in their middle school years!

I'm breathing a bit easier now.....thanx!

yada said...

BRB...I meant to address you when I posted this the first time. You're comments are welcomed :)

Whether Kitty's, Glitzy's, donna w, Anne Marie, any of the posters here... I'm interested in all of our opinions.

In my of thinking, this site is about fun, and a positive topic (Adam Lambert and his craft)that gives a us a pleasant, needed breaks from various challenges we face daily.

I enjoy hearing other's viewpoints on this site, even if different from mine. I learn that way. There's no way anyone could successfully be too personal here. (We don't KNOW each other well enough! :))

And usually, differences keep things fresh...and fun. :)

yada said...

Hope I didn't ramble or lecture-y.
(not intended)
Just happy to be here. :)

yada said...

AK! BYB...NOT BRB..
That's the second typo in addressing you. Sheesh, what's wrong with my eyeballs today?)lol. Sorry!

@yada

That's okay. No harm done. I enjoy varying opinions and views also. What kind of life would it be only speaking with people who agree with you?

yada said...

@BYB... Good point. Not much :-)

Adam has over the years become **generally)**more cautious about what he says publicly..out of necessity I imagine, and I have to say I sometimes kinda miss the old "unfiltered" silly, goofy, occasionally a little bit R rated Adam.. Because back then you just never knew what was going to pop out of his mouth (or from his keyboard and/or his ever present iPhone) on Twitter.. I still remember (with amusement :)) his Ambien induced twitter party from a couple of years ago... You can never say this guy isn't "real"..

yada said...

Glitzy! I actually looked up the Ambien induced Twitter party you referenced.

That was hilarious! :-D

I guess I'm in a minority but I don't find immaturity funny.
Not when you are in the habit of sharing with the world!
Some things are acceptably funny in a small group of friends......but not when widely broadcast. JMO.....but take into consideration I was raised in a different century!
