Back on August 24th, Noise11's critic Paul Cashmere wrote a wonderful little preview of Q+AL's tour of Australia right at the start in Perth. Well, he's finally written an actual review — of the August 30th performance in Melbourne.
"Thanks to Brian May and Roger Taylor we are hearing these songs live again. Thanks to Adam Lambert they are carrying it off with credibility and dignity."

I am back from 4 days in Melbourne after seeing Adam and Queen. What can I say that hasn't been said before, I just tried to drink it all in, not get side tracked.
He left everyone spell bound.
Cant wait to see what we turn on here in NZ for him. Hell wish I was going to that to.
Oh, come on, Jaycee -- not even a cheap seat up in the rafters..?? But glad you got to see it in Melbourne -- did you see one or both?
Well you see Broddy, my husband paid for my daughter and I to fly to Austalia, our accommodation while there and spending money for us both. So don't want to seem like a whinny, ungrateful teenager ( Im way past that age).
He doesn't understand my passion for Adam so considering that Ive been pretty lucky.
Hard tho as Auckland is only about 100 kms from here.
PS Im looking forward to the local TV programmes and papers covering the concert.
@jaycee14.......so glad you are still around. Whee!...you got to see Adam AND Queen! I think your husband is a sweetie (like mine). I'm sure it was a nice mother-daughter trip to remember....forever.
Gotcha, Jaycee -- makes perfect sense. Hmmm....can't steal away under false pretenses and make one of the Auckland dates? Ok, yah, yah, teenage antics. ;) But so happy you got a chance to witness the brilliance.
