Season 8's real winner: Adam Lambert
Lambert's 2009 debut album For Your Entertainment went gold in the U.S. and platinum in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. ''Glambert'' made history in 2012 when he became the first openly gay artist to debut at the top of the Billboard 200 with 2012's Trespassing. The one-time musical theater star also brushed up his acting skills for a recurring role on Glee from 2013 to 2014 and has headlined several blockbuster concerts, as well as a world tour, with the surviving members of Queen.Link to article:

Sorry, but I think this is very rude. Adam did not win. Yes he was the outstanding contestant of the season, but he was not voted the winner. The country voted for the 'safe' boy next door type. Kris was a sweetie, but, Adam shone like a glittering star. He had my vote (the only time I've ever voted) and I was speechless when he didn't win.
IMHO, I wouldn't give this EW site clicks. There are a number of reasons why, but I won't bore you with most of them... mostly because this is a totally old and recycled article (online article). The comments section, as is usually the case with EW, is horrible and rudeness abounds there. It is totally just sloppy "click baiting" on EW's part. Just my POV.
(btw, I don't have a problem with this 24/7 site posting the article, I always want to know where & how Adam's name is being bandied about in the industry, this is just my take on this particular EW article and I thought I would share. I gave the article a "hit" yesterday, and quickly wished I could retrieve it, lol)

Regardless of your feeling of the "journalism" of EW, it is important to show support for Adam in the media and click on the stories.
We want sites to see that stories about Adam will bring that ever desired traffic. You don't have to read whatever it is but do give it a hit.
What article? I only see pics "Season #Show Winner" and "Season # Real Winner" plus short stories under those pics...

To me Adam has always been the Winner!
I love giving Adam-related stuff all the hits I can. But this is the same old same old about who "should" have won. And it also generates lots of negativity in the comments section.
They're regurgitating this stuff to drum up interest in the 2015 AI. It's not rocket science.
