Wahh, the boy is so intent on getting Adam's signature and he is standing so straight with his hands behind his back, so well-mannered. Adam loves children and they are pure! 'Suffer little children'...meaning 'let them come to Me'.

I wonder where this pic was taken? Adam's hair is to die for.

So back to work for Adam and Queen...rehearsals, The Show Must Go On.
Yesterday, I watched parts of AI/S14 and my concentration was on the audition place, the carpeted corridors and especially the spot in front of the judges' table...yea the Mama moment flashed back in my mind. Adam held up his golden ticket, a full-size one, in front of the camera and said: 'I'm going to Hollywood'. Wow, in six short years he now owns a big house on the Hollywood hills. I think he couldn't have thought it possible even in his wildest imagination what has actually happened.

This picture was taken on May 30, 2013, when Adam was honored with the "Hope of Los Angeles Award" by the Mayor of LA and the LA City Council..

I remember that evening. What a night and honor for Adam. I loved the things the Mayor and the President of the City Council of Los Angeles said about Adam. Holy, Moly, everyone was just gushing over him; and the Mayor kissed him on the cheek.

What a night for him! I wish things like that would get more publcity for him, and more people could have seen it. He also looked absolutely gorgeous that night. His Mother and friends were just beaming with joy.

Adam was as humble and as gracious as usual! Watched the video so many times! It was definitely the Adam Lambert night!

I forget the name of the award; some kind of humanitarian award representing his community! The City Council President said, "do not let Adam out of this room until I have my picture taken with him" so funny.

If you have not seen a video of this event; I would suggest a look if you so desire!

I know this is just a still image, a photograph, from which little can be gleaned of Adam's thinking... but his expression, albeit from the side, and his body language, seem to perhaps indicate that he is being very careful, or at least purposeful, about how he is signing - that's so adorable to me.

Additionally, darn he looks so incredibly HANDSOME! And yes Jan 8 9:45pm, his hair is to DIE FOR in this pic, gah!! :)

I hope this little boy will be a Glambert for life. These personal moments can have a bit impact.

glitzy, thank you for the links to the "Hope of Los Angeles" award event. I was so proud of Adam. It really shows how much his "celebrity" goes beyond his singing. He has really had an impact on social causes. This award is proof of that. I hope he keeps his hand in the world of social issues. He's good at it. Poised and articulate.

Thanks Glitzylady for pic info. We can always count on you for accurate info! Love his hair grown out on the sides. He sure won the hair lottery! Too bad it's not recent for the longer hair lovers like myself!
