Queen and Adam Lambert nominated for Tour of the Year award
Queen and Adam Lambert are up for Ultimate Classic Rock's Tour of the Year award.The rock website is letting fans vote for its annual awards and a number of top acts are vying for the 2014 Tour prize.
Queen and Lambert are nominated for their North America arena run in the summer.
Ultimate Classic Rock writes: "After years of one-off dates and shows in Europe, Queen + Adam Lambert finally brought their live experience to North America.
"This past summer, they played 19 shows in 18 cities in the US and Canada over the course of a month. They ended 2014 by playing a high-profile New Year’s Eve show at London’s Westminster Central Hall that was broadcast on the BBC."

Once there was a group of players...classic they were called.
