Cowboys can be very sexy. Adam would look very good in a cowboy hat. But something tells me that GT won't be about cowboys. :)

Madonna just performed Ghost Town on Ellen last week. This isn't good.

Wow...Madonna really does have a new song with same title.

I bet they don't sound anything a like. Sam Smith has a song called Lay Me down at the same time as Avicii's

Ellen loves Adam I hope she has him on her show.

I really like Madonna's Ghosttown, I know Adam's will be nothing like it, but what a coincidence that they both come out with a single a few weeks apart with the same un-usual name.
So if requesting Ghost Town on radio, you have to emphasize Adam Lamberts Ghost Town. I believe Madonna's is all one word. She has very good lyrics, I have never listened to Madonna before,
but she probably has a hit with it. This could be confusing , WB must have known about it. It's probably too late to change the title of Adams song.

Perhaps the same title will bring more conversation to Adam's song, among industry people?

It's not that I am an overly optimistic person generally, lol, I am sorta not actually, :), but I do think the coincidence (if you can call it that) could bring additional light and focus to Adam's single release. Time will surely tell.

10:25, I think you're right. Adam's mgt. knows all about Madonna's song. The timing could be advantageous to Adam, bringing more attention to his song with the same title, as you said. The songs are very different. I'm not worried about it. WB doesn't seem to be either, and if they were, they'd make a different decision.

Hope the new song comes out soon.

Hope it isn't lost among the Madonna hype.

Madonna won't be nice about it if asked about the similar titles.

Personally, I suspect that Madonna will be gracious and positive about it. She is too huge to be threatened by it, I think. No reason for her to be concerned. Her single has been out... And she is already promoting it, appearing on the mega music shows, etc. Madonna has also seemed positive about other artists in the past. :)

I also think it's highly possible that there is communication about this type of think within the industry labels and production teams. So, Madonna prob has known about it in advance. My thoughts, anyway.....

I think the timing will work out great! Adam's will burst on the scene in a fresh way, I think.

It's a pretty catchy, cool beat and sound. Love the whistle. I think it may be the hook in that song.

Just listened to Madonna's Ghosttown....it pretty good. Her vocals are front and center just as I hope Adam's will be on his new single. The whistle is definitely catching everyone's attention....kinda setting Adam apart from other artists in the pop genre .....hoping it works and shoots up the charts!!!

I agree, CT. And IMO from the snippet teaser we've heard of Adam's single the two singles sound totally different. Different genres, even.

Adam's single comes out in 30 days. Madonna's song may have come and gone by then, you never know! If not, I'm confident Adam's team knows what to do.

God I love it. Can't wait for that single. It's so fresh, great tempo are whatever you call it. Adams single not out for a month. Doubt be any confusion then. Most likely why they are waiting until end of April to release it that may have nothing to do with it. Love what I have heard.
