Old, new; whatever Adam and his team are the best fit for him and his new era; is what should happen. This is business; not a boys club filled with friends. Sometimes it's sad because Adam is so loyal to his friends; but it's time for him to put his career first. Adam has worked to hard and to long to let anything hold him back. If this is true; I would hope that EVERYONE involved with move on without har feelings. I thought they all had other jobs anyway, at least that is what I read somewhere. Maybe it was just temporary, don't know.
If it was me that had to leave Adam; I would feel bad; selfish I know. Being a grownups, and hopefully wanting the best for him; if some were also friends, they will understand, or should; but, who knows????

I have nothing but best wishes to all concerned; whether the rumors are true or not, we shall soon see!

I'm sure Adaa,'s new label has some say in this, and it is business. I believe Adam is a loyal friend, but sometimes you have to separate the two. I can't wait to see him perform live.

Everything will be fine with Adam's new band. It's his decision. We need to stand by and support! 1st performance is Thursday on Ellen. I cannot wait! <3

Adam needs a great new band NOW, and it looks like he's got it. Tommy is a professional, too, and he should understand that business is business. He'll do fine in whatever he does. Hope this "rumor" is true and that Adam has a great stage band that he is rehearsing with. I agree that WB may have had a hand in getting him some good musicians. He needs a really great sound backing up him and putting on a show that lots of people will pay to go see.

I do have to mention that we don't know what "new" means.. (assuming the rumor is true...)..

It could mean totally new, clean slate, or it could mean new as in some new members..

Until we see Adam performing live ie on TV for the first time (Ellen show on Thursday 4-30-15) we won't really know who makes up the "new" band...

Tommy hasn't tweeted in my knowledge of rehearsal with Adam or how excited he is of the new era but in his twitter bio it says "Vampire, & Guitar player for Adam Lambert ^v^". Interesting to see!

Well Tommy could still be part of a new configured band as a bass player as in Era 1. Well see soon enough.

Adam is "gonna" be starting something exciting and fresh! Whether it's a completely new band or a mixture of old and new; it promises to be different; maybe??

One thing for sure; our man always brings the excitement along with his ultra talents; and he always gives us something to talk about!!

Looking forward to the video of Ghost Town and his television appearance on Ellen this Thursday; and several other rumored appearances reported to be happening soon; including Jimmy Kimmbel, The View and 2020 for starters! Someone on ATOP posted a List that the names were listed under ADAM LAMBERT as upcoming 2015 appearances happening with the TOH launch! They could not vouch for the accuracy of it. We shall see; I hope it is correct!

Tommy was a crummy guitar player. Adam deserves better.

I was really wanting Rufus to be his new drummer. someone on twitter said he was playing for The Darkness last week. IMHO Adam has needed a more professional band for a while. Tommy is a good bass player, just not lead guitarist. Most people can't hang around for year without getting paid and start playing with other bands.

Warner Bros. just want to make sure that Adam will have the best musicians for the era 3. Fresh and New faces will be great!!!!:) If not all, it's still ok!:) as long as Adam has the exposure he needed for this album!!!

I just don't see Tommy be left out. I think Adam cherishes their friendship. He probably wants Tommy up on stage with him during the new album. I hope this isn't the case.

This rumor is coming completely from Q3 who is a well known liar. She has stated things which have not been true many times.

If Adam does keep Tommy, I hope it is back to bass guitar, and not lead guitar. He needs a much better lead guitarist. Tommy was in a band last year, and when they went on tour, he didn't go. Might have been because he had just got a puppy.
Haven't seen anything indicating that Tommy has been socializing in any way with Adam for quite a while. But then Sauli and Tommy were good friends and they were often seen at the clubs together, with Adam of course. The last time I saw Tommy he went to a QUAL concert with Sauli.
I really hope the rumor is true, and that WB had a say in it, so that Adam can say it was out of his hands. Just like he did when Cheeks was seen in one of his videos, Adam said he didn't invite him, he didn't pick the people in the video. I hope also that Brian May gave Adam some insight on how important it is to have a good guitarist, that you work hand in hand, and anticipate each others moves, just like Adam did with Brian.

I am sure Q3 knows what she is talking about and what reactions this comment will cause.

Adam was questioned on twitter, if that was 'cheeks' he had been recognized in the video NCOE, and Adam answered that he did not hire the people in the video. He added that they were paid union wages.

Adam is a solo artist who has had a fluid line-up of backing musicians over the years. He's never been part of 'the band'. He will continue to require backing obviously but for many reasons I hope that they are professional and don't allow themselves to be drawn into any form of adulation.
Adam is and should be, the focus of attention and unfortunately this has not always been the case.

I don't for sure,I don't know anything about Q3. I only listen to interviews, and generally follow Adam, like the rest of his fans. Nobody knows everything about Adam. You obviously don't follow him much.

How did Tommy and Sauli have their pictures taken together, if they were not at the same place. They had their arms around each others shoulders. Explain that. I don't follow Tommy but occasionally I have seen him on twitter with his new puppy.

I'm stoked and can hardly wait to see Adam perform his music no matter who he has in his backing band! I do hope that he will have the one's that will contribute to his on-going success, and forward momentum - whoever they may be.... Tommy or anyone else.

I do believe Adam and the decision makers relevant to these decisions will know how to put together a solid band for Adam.

Adam is part of Queen he the front man and both Brian and Rodger said they won't work with any one but Adam. So he a part of a band there. When he able to do it away from his thriving Solo career.
I do not think that if Adam was a part of a band he would have done better. Frankly he has both worlds highly successful front man for Queen and a solo career. There are ups and downs in singers musicians careers.
So glad he stuck it out because I believe this single and album is deservingly going to get him the stardom he deserves. Things are good I'm deed.

lots of fans have been speculating there will be a new band. All the band members have been working with other artists so it won't be a surprise if it turns out to be true. Or he might just perform to a backing track for this promo. But I'm just guessing. No secret source!! Haha

Now that Adam has entered the arena of trance he may need a different type of musician. I don't think that the whistle is from Adam, so there may be some electronic equipment that requires a different way of making music.

I can understand not wanting to leave a puppy home while you are on tour.
