British slang.....not a compliment !

3:41 PM, an offensive insult in England. A swear word for calling somebody a bad name.

It's one of those rude words guys call each other....and think nothing of it.
Now the origin of the word is crude. But we won't go into that!

Was he at a night club here, or is this from when he was in the UK. What was the name he was told to say?

He's lucky he's absolutely gorgeous! Bet he got away with a few things as a child with that charm ;)

Besides being a British insult .... I've had the impression it's also a way for men to pick on each other in fun/jest.

It's not a word used only by the British. I'm surprised people here have never heard it before/don't know what it means.

I think Adam might've had a few (drinks) before he said it.

Guys have also been known to say "He/You are such a wank". Some females say "wanker" and "wank" too.

Looks like this is from some club in UK. Adam says: "Tom Coven you're a wanker." He looks "a bit" tipsy (wet eyes). This is not a blame, just my opinion/observation. They seem to be having fun and fooling around. The vid is at Tom Coven's IG.
