That ninja-roll on the metal platform is symbolically significant, on hindsight. He did fall after that memorable FYE performance but just like the roll, he got up, continued singing and that was exactly what happened to date. It didn't occur to me that he actually fell; thought it was one of his moves on stage. And neither did I think his performance, outrageous. In fact after that performance, I was disappointed at the sound system which was fuzzy, picture-wise okay but Adam's singing was not at the forefront. That was all that went through my mind. The roll was a little risky on a narrow, high platform, come to think of it. Adam had great presence of mind...he was put on the spot, no time to think...reflex action.
