  1. He has bitten from the forbidden apple. Born to sin.

  2. Looks like Lionel Ritchie is the third judge for Idol. So it's Katy, Luke and Lionel. I simply haven't the interest or energy to watch. If Adam was on the panel, then it would be a different story. Oh well.

  3. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

How about: An Adam a day keeps the brain in foray:

    Lambgenie's body is painted blue
At the moment, he's trapped in a whirlpool
Bobbing up and down in a frosted lamp
Hoping someone removes the tightly-fitted clamp
Lambgenie, where exactly is your magic lamp
Oooh, I see something drifting by the river bank
An antique lamp with a greenish glow
    Hey, something's moving inside...I hear a vibrato
Oh my goodness, it's alive...spirit of the lamp
An ethereal voice speaks...Your wish is my command!
As I force open the lid...the spirit escapes with a swish!
By the river bank, a blue diving-ball beeps
    Gingerly I climb in...the glass-ball drifts
The rudder splutters a whirlpool of bubbles
Majestic whales a-flutter as the submersible immerses
    Crustaceans, corals, a labyrinth underwater
Oh no, what's the violent shaking!
An octopus peering in ! It's constricting
Lambgenie...get me out ! The glass is breaking!
    Beeep beeep...what's all this?
    Strange, what does it mean
    Well, water symbolises life
They are searching high and low for it on Mars
The sun is up...time to get out
    Another day, another roundabout
Those thick cumulus clouds, like cotton puffs
Aha, what's that hanging at the window
    Isn't that Lambgenie's magic lamp?
Hello! Hello! Are you still there...
    It's sending out a signal...a familiar vocal
Everywhere I go...I'm looking for the sun
Nowhere to grow old... I'm always on the run
Spread your wings and fly away...fly away...

  4. Humanity is also born to do good as we are made in the image of God. Adam and Eve committed the original sin of pride and disobedience to God, with Adam eating the forbidden apple. We do not inherit Adam's sin, only its inclination/nature to sin because humanity weakened, not pure anymore after the original sin. When one listens to Satan, the original sin repeats itself all over again in varied/other forms. I believe that we are all born innocent, not born to sin.

  5. Well done. Thanks, CreativeSharka.

  6. Actually it most likely was not an apple; said to be a forbidden fruit on the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

  7. I think it's too soon to be bringing back American Idol, waiting a little longer would have stirred up more interest and would have given them more time to find judges. The new judging panel just doesn't work for me.

  8. Lynn Stierlen, I agree. The show died due to lack of interest. The Voice gets viewers but doesn't produce any stars. The singing-show concept seems to be good for everyone but the contestants.

  9. Guys...Sometimes and apple is JUST an apple!

I'm so "out of it" with all these celebrities.....who is "Luke"? Well, we'll just have to give them a chance.... no point in pre-judging the judges, haha.

Hopefully it'll be terrific...and we'll ALL support it......

SO THAT ADAM WILL GET MORE GUEST APPEARANCES ON AMERICAN IDOL...ON TV!!!!!

How about "them apples"? Think about THAT! We should be rooting for it. Adam might even get some guest mentoring and guest judging from time to time.

  10. Well, if Adam is on any of the episodes, I'll sure watch. I wonder what sort of toxic force field he has surrounding him that prevents AI from ever choosing him as a judge. It's an eternal puzzle.

  11. It's always remotely possible that he is not available for the periods of time that American Idol would need him for. For all we know, they might have wanted him, but there is a time conflict. We have no real way of knowing.

Surely Queen and his own tour would take precedent.

  12. As I see it, AI is a big business enterprise and they are looking for business people who are in the music recording industry with huge monetary resources, connections worldwide. Adam is an excellent choice as judge/performer/mentor but he too would need a producer to sell his albums which is AI's source of revenue. Adam does not own a big recording studio for instance, to sell the shows/music/records that AI is producing.
Yes, without doubt, only Adam has the all-round skills to run/judge/mentor AI; so he will definitely be called upon as guest judge/mentor/performer. The only thing is, he won't be able to make innovative changes which AI needs badly and might be lukewarm at best based on former format.
Adam is daring and wild and would be able to turn the semi-sinking ship around real quick; like what he did with Queen. Brian and Roger, both very experienced and wealthy entrepreneurs hired Adam as a kind of last resort when their Queen flagship was floundering in the deep ocean. But now...it's Ahoy! all hands on deck...Toooooh looove...

  13. Adam did say in an interview that AI never asked him.
