I like Adam's last gestures at the end of WRTC in this last concert....he jauntily tipped his crown a bit forward and to the side...and sent a kiss out to the crowd.
YES...or maybe more like a proud "ownership" stance.....that he BELONGS there now. And he does...He inhabits that Queen frontman "role" completely...in his own style!
Does anyone besides me remember some of the reviews in earlier years that complimented Adam's voice but commented that he did not have enough "authority" on stage with Queen.
I did not agree with that, but I feel that Adam might have been "stung" by that comparison.
But from the first performance on this tour he seemed different...more forceful, more dynamic in his moves and poses, more comfortable, mature and in control. Less as "guest" and more as "owner".
It was as though he had finally completed his metamorphosis..... and now he IS QUEEN. Very exciting to see! And it shows in all the sterling reviews he's getting...the realization that he IS PERFECT for Queen.
Finally...he knows it...we know it...and the world knows it!
I've been to a Queenbert concert (I don't like QAL, sounds like the Dutch word for jellyfish) four times now and I agree. Before he sometimes seemed a little lost on stage, not 100% confident. This time he was in full control. Just hope the reception of his own music will be equally positive.
Farewell QAL! All’s well that ends well Set for the next quell Adam always himself Setting such a high standard Making Maestros Brian and Roger utterly flabbergasted So they bestow him a King’s crown and cloak That no king swishes and floats As he paddles his own boat Farewell Queen! You’re quite the pristine Every twang and decibel Sharp and clean No time for losers…cuz you’re the Champions With great brains on board the mothership Pulling out all the stops, gig after gig Last but not least…Farewell Frank! Those rolling eyes That crank up a deluge of folks From all corners of UK, Europe With Killer Queen thumping your cranium QAL 2017 exits in pulsating rock and roll triumph Till we meet again…祝你幸福 joo ni seeng fu / Wish you happiness!

Rest our handsome king. We will count the days until the Australian tour and we will wait quietly the fourth album.
Can't wait quietly.....have to clamor!

Adam looking quite defiant in this photo.

Marielle....I can see how that "jellyfish" part might turn you off! Funny!
Adsm kind of turns me to jelly, if you know what I mean.

Aha, my favourite and very clear with a lot of Adam closeups, perfect sound/bass.
