It's so sad when these terrible conflicts result in persecuting the wrong people. It appears that the majority of Russians (in Russia) are against the Ukraine invasion. Russian-Americans appear to feel the same way. Kudos to Adam for making the point.

Agreed, Dee R Gee. Adam's right. I wish those Russians could overturn Putin.... it's great to see their anti-war protests! Just be thankful that Trump is NOT still President during this time! He and many of HIS "tainted Republicans" (Pompeo, Banner, Cruz, Fox News, etc.) obviously support/admire/accept/excuse Putin.. unbelievable and unAmerican!

It's unfortunate for Ukraine that it is not a member of NATO! That could have protected it. But NATO (which includes us) may well still be eventually drawn into this war!...WWIII?

I am very worried. Ukraine has 649 kilometers of border with my country. Nobody knows what Putin is up to. What other territories does he want to occupy

In two days, 50,000 refugees crossed the border from Ukraine to my country. They were greeted by ordinary people from my country with food ,water and sheltered in their homes.

Most refugees are women with children. Their husbands remain in Ukraine to fight Russian tanks
American, French and German soldiers with planes and weapons came to the localities from the border of my country with Ukraine to defend the eastern front of NATO

The island of Snakes,of the Black Sea which was the territory of Romania and now belongs to Ukraine, was conquered these days by Russian ships after killing all the soldiers guarding it.

Unfortunately, it promises to get worse before it gets better. I hope you don't live near the border with Ukraine. Stay safe! Please keep us informed.

I haven't been able to watch the news all day, but I am also very worried about what is happening in Ukraine. And not in the coming weeks, but in the long term. It's a very sad and dangerous situation. The average citizens of Ukraine (and Russia) did not want this to happen.
