Nothing like a bit of Adam-gushing from Brian May and Sheridan Smith to make my day! Sounds like QAL will be touring late next year! Every tour is a precious gift at this point. You never know when those magic live shows will be over. What a ride it's been! A miracle, for sure.

Can't imagine a world without QAL now....at the top of their game. Adam seems to be so much in his element with Queen...the swagger, the bombast, the splendor, and the magnificent music and musicianship... simply no equal! Queen is a perfect setting for Adam....A match made in heaven. Hope I'll be around to experience a live show again....in Pittsburgh.

I agree with you both. It's just a shame we lost two full touring years and now Brian, in particular, seems to be hinting that this may be the last time for him — but, I surely hope not. I mean, he's gotta realize that being onstage gives him LIFE! I mean, his is only a young 75 — even Mick Jagger, who's been out there in full force, is 79. Tony Bennett performed into his 90s! I know, I know, he's had some health problems, but let's see. In the meantime, I cannot wait for the announcement of the North American Tour!

I think it will be hard for Brian to "do just one more." He loves it. I know he's had serious health issues, but he seems in pretty good shape. Jagger had a heart issue not long ago, too, and he's back in the saddle at 79. These guys love to perform. I hope QAL has more than one big tour ahead of then. And even when the big tours ARE over, I hope they will do some one-offs for special occasions and maybe even short mini tours. They are adored worldwide. And let's face it. It's in Adam's best interest to keep that connection as strong as possible.

Right! Not only is Queen an important... actually an extraordinary... connection for Adam; it has made him a well known worldwide star more quickly and securely, I think, than he would have become on his own. Certainly, Queen has presented a perfect showcase for Adam's voice, performance style, and personality. And, of course, Adam has been a perfect showcase for Queen's music. What a monumental pairing!

I keep hoping that A Tale Dark And Grimm will win an Emmy at the Children and Gamily Emmys today. Adam did an outstanding job as that deliciously evil devil!

Agreed Dee R Gee. I visit Episode 6 in "A Tale Dark and Grimm" often, just to enjoy that longer section of Adam's delightful and wicked portrayal. He really should get a special mention for it. His many talents are a constant source of surprise.....even his "hot glue" projects!...heh heh.

Speaking of Adam's many talents....has anyone yet seen the movie "Fairyland" that he's in?

Fairyland is going to be shown at the Sundance Film Festival which starts on January 19. I will probably be in general release right after that. I hope it gets a positive showing at Sundance. Adam's role is small, but it would be good for him to be involved in a well-received film.

We The People won in its category at the Children and Family Emmys! Adam did a great segment on the Bill of Rights, which I'm sure many of us listened to. It was a project put together by the Obamas. So great that Adam was a part of it!

With luck, A Tale Dark and Grimm will win in its category. Maybe it's already been announced? Adam was SO good in his role as the devil.
