Adam Lambert Privacy!

Adam tweeted a few hours ago that he is deeply disturbed by some of the fans' stalker behavior. But he knows that it comes with the territory.
Poor Adam. He'll get used to it. Being a celebrity isn't easy when it comes to privacy. In fact, most celebs don't get privacy at all.

I feel bad for Adam. I consider myself one of those stalkers though since I follow his every move. xD
Adam is in a bind. On the one hand, he'd like to support his performer friends; on the other, he wants enough privacy to enjoy a night out with his friends. Not sure the latter is possible any more. Although I adore him and will always support him through buying music, concert tickets, etc., I'd never approach him on the street or in a restaurant. He's not working then - and we're not entitled! One thing he'll have to learn. If he tweets - with 300,000 followers - some will stalk! Even if he doesn't tweet....some will stalk. The Oprah effect will just compound the problem for him. At the same time, he'll sell more records...and so goes the cyle...
This is just the begining BB!!!, if you want vote for album of tha year here is the link:

We never mean to hurt him but we love him and are just curious. We are the ones who unfortunetly made him famous and now we are now wanting to know all about him. We are so sorry!!!!
The more famous you are, the more attention you get. People just love you and sometimes don't know where to draw the line.
Careful what you wish for, though, Adam - Kris doesn't get much attention. Would you rather be him?
It does seem to be the downside of Twitter. It is kind of creepy that people tweet his every move. On the other hand, he didn't seem to be aware of it so at least it was done at a distance and the fans didn't bother him. Then there is twitter-free Tiger Woods. He hasn't been seen since his debacle began. This incidence might just backfire on the fans.
i follow adam's movement through this site, don't consider myself as a stalker though. i think i am a harmless fan who supports him no matter what his weaknesses and mistakes in the past. are you complaining adam, would you like us to stop following your career and be silent supporters of yours instead? would you like us to stop defending you from critics and people who writes nasty things about you? let us know.
i have one question for you adam, would you like to be like kris allen, who doesn't get much attention? don't you think your tweeting so much gives the fans an idea of attention syndrome? just asking. you need to be careful adam on how you treat your fans, they made you, don't forget.
To Lily above. I think Adam loves his fans, loves the attention, and deeply appreciates our support... those of us like you (and me) who really care about him and his career, watch every performance, and will love and defend him no matter what. He knows it's a fair trade, but I can also understand that sometimes people go way beyond that and become creepy. We don't need to know that he twitched at 5:45. Ya know?
Let's all give a big shout of happiness. The banner is GONE!!!! Now we can really follow Adam's every move without any irritation!!!
Lose the dam banner!
Adam did not use the word "Stalker" in his tweet, however it comes with the territory.
This is the life BB wants and we are the fans who support him. After a while it eventually calms down but he should be thrilled he's so wanted.

Being a fan =/= entitlement
I'm a bit disturbed by certain fans' choice to report my every move. Who I spoke to, who I sat with etc. Do I get aaany privacy?

Notice the word "STALKER" was never used, so please don't start rumors or put words in Adam's mouth.
The whole tweet was about this one girl Hollygo72 from IDF who sat down at his PRIVATE table. He asked her to leave. She left but she was standing very close by and was tweeting every detail about any move he made. Who he was talking to, who he was touching, what he was talking about...intimate moments as well between friends. About bathroom breaks. She posted it up.
^^^ that's creepy. And over the top obsessive. And way to intrusive. I am not at all offended with Adam posting his feelings on Twitter. He's not in any way trying to be insulting, but some fans need to understand boundaries. He has a
private life, and since most of that is out in the open now, he wants a little bit to himself. Like seeing a friend. Cameras and paparazzi are one thing, but when you are invading someones personal bubble, like physically, a person has a right to say that that is inappropriate.
I have this page and his Twitter bookmarked, just so I can have news on BB, and because I think his Twitter postings are funny. But I would never invade his personal space in any way.
He did the right thing in speaking his feelings :)

"Entitlement is not sexy". Emmaline I agree with you, what that so called fan did was over the top and invaded Adams private space. Just because he is famous doesn't mean that we can just intrude on him.
Well, that would creep me out too. She took fantarding to the next level. Me, I just sit at my computer and drool. Yeah, saw one of my fav lines posted above "Be Careful what you wish for, cause you just might get it all"
and adding another "Life is a bitter pill to swallow"
just sayin and Adam, kudo's to you.
oh, and I want to add: THANK GOD THE ANNOYING BANNER IS GONE. There is some justice in this world.
Yikes! That girl is creepy. Seems like there's always somebody to mess things up.
Here's a thought, Adam: don't tweet where you're going to be. That should eliminate some of the psychos out there who think they own you. Text message your friends in private if you want to meet up.
I don't know who the person is that said that we as fans DESERVE to know his every mood, but you are really out there. He deserves privacy, and bugging him personally when he is out enjoying himself with friends IS NOT an invitation for we as fans to plop ourselves down and start reporting his every move. That is creepy.....I love hearing things about Adam........but I don't ever want to be getting news from someone that is creeping him out. It's scary.....thank goodness this fan meant him no harm, but it could just as easily be some kook that wants to hurt him. He has every right to be upset. WE DON'T OWN HIM.....
I would not be on this journey w/o the dedication and support of so many of you! I am grateful and honored.

Whoever the fans are that Adam is referring to you ought to grow up and leave the man alone. You are ruining this for everyone and there are laws against 'STALKING'
To lily, no, I don't think Adam wants us to stop following him or taking up for him against critics. He knows his career depends on his fans. But if he's talking about that girl described in anon #14's post, he's absolutely right! That is "invasive" and "creepy". That type of behavior should NOT come with the territory. That type of behavior should require security intervention!
It is plain rude to bother someone while they're eating or otherwise going about their business. If Adam is performing or making himself available for autographs, it's fine to approach him. But other than following his progress on the web and buying his music and attending concerts, we should leave the man alone. Yes, I know this scrutiny comes with celebrity, but for Adam, it's a bit too much too soon. Back off people. And you do know who you are. Let the guy get use to his new world. We could end up really messing him up--he needs some privacy.
i wish people would just stop saying "it comes with territory." IT DOESN'T HAVE TO. Why don't we give him some space? and yes he has every right to tweet where he's going to and still people shouldn't "stalk" him. don't blame his tweets for the stalkers' behavior.
