Why did they allow Adam to put himself in a humiliating situation by presenting with this inane commedian...it wasn't funny, it was embarrasing. So he's gay...get over it! He happens to be a great singer. It seems like Hollywood just won't forget it.
I disagree. I thought it was funny. It wasn't embarrassing. Sarah was being supportive of Adam. There was nothing shameful about it. They were making fun of the double standard in a light-hearted, nondefensive way.
I think the joke was funny and it Sarah Silverman is a fantastic comedian. I love her jokes and it's cool that they presented the award togerther. I agree with the above comment. I think they were making fun of people and how they always talk about his gayness. It really makes a point and i think Sandra Bullock agrees with me too on this;)
