Great picture, warms my heart to see Adam and Sauli together and happy. I am sure they had a fun week end together. I hope it leads to more, but we will have to wait and see. They knew also that this picture would hit the internet, so they didn't have to be standing heads together, and Sauli with his hand around Adam's neck. If they wanted to show they were just friends having a night out they would have stood apart, with the ladies between them. They made this obvious there was more to this.

Whatever their relationship is, it's great to see them together.

Adam has told us before that if celebs do not want to be seen "there are ways". Adam and Sauli wanted to be seen. Thus the pubic place and the posing for the picture! I am happy that they are having a nice time out.

Wonder if they will have another week end before they both go back to LA. Sauli's birthday is Friday, which I am expecting him to spend with his family, or back in LA with his friends. Might be he already had his BD celebration with Adam. Sauli is so loved by so many people, he is a sunshine. Adam is also loved by many, many people, the two are so much alike. SO very cute together.

We will see. Think they should move on. If it wasn't right to continue in 2012, it isn't right now. New love is good.

Inserting "Ex" in front of "Boyfriend" would have been a more exact description/choice, because they are still ex's until we hear otherwise, from Adam and Sauli, but here we are.. :))

I´m happy for them! No matter what the situation is between them, it is more than obvious that they both want to be in each other´s lives. I think they have a special bond :)

They probably already know a lot more than us, what this year is going to be like. We know some of Adam's obligations are about his work. We know almost nothing about Sauli's work obligations. He has not said anything yet. We know he is signed with a modeling agency and can do work in US with them. I think he mentioned he might be back in Finland for part of the summer, that will be when Adam is on his Queen tour. So they will both be busy for a month to six weeks, at the same time. I am assuming that Adam has already made plans for getting seats for his family and friends at the Forum, this will most likely include Sauli too, if they are together, or even if they are not. After Adam has not actually said what he will be doing, except working on his album
This should not separate them, he won't be working 24/7 on it, and Sauli has many friends he visits.
He might be working too. I think this year would not be filled with separations, like it was toward the end of 2012 and beginning of 2013. I hope there is some hope of them being together again.

Makes you wonder what is wrong with people so invested in thinking they know what is going on in Adam's personal life or thinking they know what is best for Adam.

Hectic schedules and frequent separations don't have to be the death of a secure relationship. In my circle of friends one guy works in London and his wife and 3 kids live in So. Carolina , he is home in the states one week out of every 6 weeks. That's been their schedule for four years, one more year to go, then he's home for good.
They make it work because they love each other.
Another couple are based one in NYC, one in Washington State. There's always another reason why things don't work out for some couples, we don't know Adamand Sauli's reason.

Did they say they are back together? I see two close and happy friends spending time with girls in Stockholm. I am happy seeing those guys happy. I am happy to hear their latest great news about music, modeling etc. That is what matters. I love both of them as individuals. Real LOVE is forever. Relationship or not. It is their business really ;)

On a fan site it should be allowed and be a natural thing to flail, get carried away, be ott happy, joke and have fun, believe in 'fairy tales' while supporting the artist/performer you are fan of. As long as you are not out to harm anyone, not everything has to be like in RL!

Sharing correct information and being civil towards one another should be a given. But at the same time wearing rose-coloured glasses, having the glass almost full should NOT be mocked on a fan site!

On this site, however, all of the above mentioned 'happiness' is more or less 'denied' by various type of posters...the know it all realists, the dead serious, the believers on facts only, the naysayers, the nitpickers, the haters, the prunes and purists, not to mention the cray-crays, troublemakers and regular trolls...These posters seem to rule on this site and most of the friendlier, fun lovin, happier types of fans have left or are lurking only...

To me being a fan of Adam is a true feel good thing. Don't need to know everything about his professional and surely not about his private life. Love him unconditionally as a fan, don't feel the need to criticize or judge him or his doings in any way. Love his voice & persona more than I can describe. Don't have a lot of people around me to 'flail' about Adam. This used to be such a nice place. Long rant and in vain, I know.

Don't jump to conclusion...no one is saying hectic schedules and frequent separations will lead to the death of relationships. Well, in the case of Adam and Sauli, that was the main reason cited ! And we just have to take it as it is. It is a case by case issue, some can and some can't manage an absentee kind of relationship; every relationship is different and the persons and surrounding circumstances are different. Also couples with children can handle this kind of temporary separations better because their children tend to buffer it. Personally, I don't think it's a make or break issue as long as the love between the couple is strong and true. This is not a one-size-fits-all situation; much more complex than that. Think!

(flail is a good, short word to describe the feeling I get from being an Adam fan).

I second (or third...) what 3:16 wrote. We all have plenty of realism and seriousness in our lives; why can't we have fun and wear those rose-colored glasses in our Adam fanning? Flailing and being positive is good for the soul!

What happened to Adam's famous last words "it ran it's course". I have always thought it was S who left A. Never saw photos with sad face always grinning especially with Ade. All very suspect to me especially now Adam is really taking off.
By the way the person who wrote about Adams status was probably talking about him taking g down his fb a/c. He has a private a/c and had freinds who may or maybe not were single like he was.So maybe he has changed his status now. One thing is for sure when A is ready we will all know.

Any relationship today is always a "work in progress" with those issues, problems, likes and dislikes etc. that are part of caring for and loving someone. Long distance romances to me seem to be the most difficult esp. if the two individuals involved are in different parts of the world. Years ago I had a relationship end and we were only in two different states, both starting our careers and I suppose neither willing to move to the other state. So maybe it really wasn't love. If Adam and Sauli are meant to be together, they will find a way to work it out. If not, they should still be able to maintain a friendship without all kinds of negative comments about it. And it is even more difficult when you are in the public eye with paps or those around you have to take that picture and interpret what they think they see. I think all of us who are Adam fans just want him to be happy and if it is Sauli or perhaps someone else, that's all that should matter. It is Adam's life and his choice and no matter what we feel or say, he will do what his heart tells him.

3:16, Amen! Amen! Amen! As I've said here before, it's about the HEART. A fandom is about dreams and fantasies and gushing and swooning and flailing. And having people to do these things with is what a fansite should be all about. Everyone's lives are full of hard realities as well as frivolity and fun. Adam lives a life unlike that of most pop singers/celebrities. That's what makes him so special and is why we love him so much. Nobody should quash the sheer joy we get from our experience of following Adam's incredible life. We need to celebrate the joy, not mock it.

Thank you for this lovely picture! Happy for Adam and Sauli for whatever reason. Adam doing Queenbert keeps him in the continent...so maybe and just maybe the boys are able to have schedules that give them a chance to rebuild a relationship, who knows. At least Adam is not doing international touring (not that we know of)and let´s not forget that Sauli lives and feels happy in the States and he calls it home :) Peace and love everyone :)

Adam has been doing a pretty awesome job of keeping his private life private for quite a while now.. And kudos to him for doing just that!

RE his private FB acct.: once in awhile someone leaks something, but for the most part it remains just that: private.. Let's hope it remains so. Like every other celeb, the bigger and more well known he becomes (and that seems to be increasing exponentially as of late, and undoubtedly will continue to do so..), that privacy factor becomes more and more precious and increasingly rare, and certainly harder to maintain.

He is definitely one of the lucky ones, who have loving, long term friends (and supportive and protective family) who encircle him with love and that invisible cloak of silence. And Adam has learned, out of necessity and experience, the fine art of moving about with stealth and yes, a certain amount of silence on his part as well.

We as fans can't help but wish the very best for him, and his loved ones, whomever that term may encompass, those of his past, present and future. Because they are part of his life and his potential for present and future happiness and well being.

Sauli is part of his past as his love, his present as his close and dear friend, and who knows what the future will bring for either of them. I celebrate their friendship, and wish the best possible lives for both of them. And I join with those who rally must "flail" just a little (or a lot!) when we see this picture of these two beautiful men, smiling and apparently enjoying each other's company, even if it's just for a quick weekend in Sweden. It may mean something or it may mean nothing at all. I have no real expectations one way or the other. But I still have to smile when I see them in the same place.

Adam is much less well known now than he was five years ago. Thinking he is getting more well known is actually bizarre. Fans spend all their time reading little blogs and websites that exist solely for glambert hits that nobody outside of fandom will ever see.

I sort of find exaggerated assuming that they are back together only because they still go out with each other. I mean they could just be friends like Adam said they would be

I still think this week end , was nothing more than a BD celebration. Adam is very big on birthdays. It is not surprising that he gave Sauli a whole week end of fun and friendship. This shows to me that Sauli is quite special in his life still. He could have been celebrating his summer excitement of his tour about Queen,too. I think Adam can be himself totally with Sauli, and Sauli would understand how big this is for Adam, and celebrate the excitement with him. Adam may be more private now, but he tells a lot by his facial expressions. This week end he was over the top happy, with the group picture, and the video blog thing , with him having a drink. By the way someone asked where his left arm was , in the group pic, I think like Sauli he was holding his drink, just like Sauli was. With any luck they could have hopefully been celebrating some up coming jobs Sauli might have, that he has not gone public with. My heart tell me that they will always be completely happy if they can have a life together.

LAMBERLUST, seems to be a huge fan of Adam, and is able to get info, that most of us are not able to get. He knows that we are very invested in Adam's life, whether it is work related or personal. Adam's love life is often public knowledge and pictures are posted by Adam or others. Most of us appreciate what he does on here, for the most part. It does add a little drama for this site. I personally like to know how Adam spends his days.

Sorry, I don't see closeness in this picture either. No big beaming smile (like we all have seen) and even if he has a drink in his hand, his posture is not one of closeness, if anything distance. Guess we all see something different.

Everyone looks happy in that picture. I hope the ladies left Adam and Sauli alone after they got the picture. Although both Adam and Sauli like ladies, and are both very friendly toward them. I think this was a great night out for all concerned. Best of all Adam had someone to take back to the hotel, that he cared for, knew well and trusted.

I think I have seen all of these women before; in a picture together; I think it might have been with Sauli in California. Not sure; but they look very familiar; especially the one with the brown hair. Do they look familiar to anyone else?

Why Adam ? Why ?

The problem with all this fandom is about flailing and fantasy and speculating and fun is that people are treating Adam like a toy or a doll to suit their fanstasy.

That isn't everyone's version of what fandom is and Adam is a real person.

I have to thank the majority here posting positively, I want give credit to those who rarely get thanks for posting nicely and who manage to ignore obvious attention seekers. A nice thread overall.:)

The fact is adam reached two million about a year ago and hasn't added many in the past year. That's the problem

So clear to me that they wanted to be photographed together or didn't care. And with their heads together and those smiles, there's no doubt that love is in the air...again, still? This is not how exes generally pose with each other...or just friends. Way too cozy. And the Instagram pictures of each individually, also deliberate. Adam's too smart not to have thought about this. I'm optimistic they may be back...or have been back privately for a while. Adam made a comment about beautiful people in Sweden being "distracting". From what? Work? Probably not. Or something else. I love to speculate!!

People are projecting so much on to Adam and Sauli. Maybe they aren't in good relationships themselves so they have to fantasize about Adam's relationship.

Did you see the pictures of drake and adam at halloween? Pretty cozy. I think it just indicates they are comfortable, and you know having a few drinks helps. Adam is lonely and reached out to sauli who was near. But they aren't a couple or we would have seen them together before this.

It's like Adam is a soap opera for fans to speculate about.

That's exactly what it is like, glamberts projecting their own issues and fantasies on Adam the soap opera character.

Adam's Facebook count is quite high, I think. Higher than his Twitter. Twitter isn't the only way to measure social media followings. Lots of people of more active on Facebook now than they are on Twitter. I'll bet anything that the Queen tour will raise his numbers on both Twitter and Facebook. As for Jordin Sparks, it's nice that her numbers are good, too. She's a very nice person. I'm just not interested in her. I'm interested in Adam.

It actually indicates to me that they are really over each other. Otherwise they couldn't spend a weekend together without it being awkward or painful. There are no romantic feelings so its fine. They are just old friends.

Going on tour with queen will be better than last year when adam basically did nothing. But he will never be as popular as he was when he was on idol. Those days are gone.

I take an opposite view point than you, It indicates to me that they are not over each other. To spend a week end together with no romantic feelings, would be more awkward. Adam has said Sauli is very passionate and loving. They might be having a week end here and there, without it being a partnership. Because they were living together at one time, it is much more relaxing, than hooking up with some guy for the evening, now that could be much more awkward.

Looks to me it was a mutual fun weekend, with benefits for both. The fact that they let the pics be seen publicly doesn't really mean too much. If we see Sauli sitting on Adam's lap, then I will know it is more serious. When Adam started his relationship with Sauli, he wanted the whole world to know. I remember Sauli being embarrassed when Adam was on the Ellen show, and Adam said he was in love. Sauli said "he just told the whole world that he loves me".
It was very cute and touching.

3:17, you mean it would be awkward for you. I still see an ex frequently because we still have the same group of friends. Luckily it was an amicable divorce and we are all still able to be friends. There is no awkwardness but there is also no attraction and no friends with benefits going on. It is possible for people to move on and remain just friends.

Adam did not make $5 million last year, that number goes from the previous June to last years May, I think I have the timing correct.
It included him going over seas to tour, and a few other things. Last year Adam did a lot of charity shows, and not too much else.

You made a nice list, that I won't argue with, there are 365 days in a year, and most of these events were one of. Just a day hear and there, a few, a little more. He seemed to be doing more charity shows than anything else, which does not help his career, most all the things he did only his fans knew about. He was busier very early in the year. Glee only took a couple of days rehearsal. He did very little that took up very much of his time, except for the over seas tour. I am glad he has finally started on his album, which does take time. His biggest event for this year will be rehearsing for Queen, which should take a couple of weeks, and then the possible 2 month tour. This is going to be a bigger and busier year for Adam than last year. If he can fit Sauli in for relaxation that he will need , so be it. I think they will remain special friends, but probably not a good year for anything more. This will fit in with both of their work obligations for 2014.

I think Sauli just had his BD with Adam, a very good friend. Now he will probably have a celebration with his family and friends in Finland, before he goes back to LA. Charity shows do help his career because of the exposure to new people. And he does get paid for some of them. The Red Carpet events and appearances also keep him in the public eye and these are often paid appearances. Glee takes way more than just a couple hours of rehearsal.

Many of the events listed garnered plenty of news and public attention and awareness beyond just fan attention.

I said a couple of Days rehearsal for Glee, according to Adam. I don't think he garners much attention to the public eyes for charity events or shows like Drag events. He has finally reached a good thing with Queen, when he did the Las Vegas gig. That was a very good event, that helped his career more than anything else he did last year, because he was seen by many many more than just his own fans. This Queen tour will be his making to get his name known, to many more than his own fans again. If he gets his album off the ground very soon after the tour, he should do well with it.

Adam definitely got paid his full rate for the Make-A-Wish event, Life Ball, Miami, Pittsburgh, etc. It's part of the cost of putting on those events. I don't see how doing charity events can be seen as bad either in terms of money or publicity.

There are plenty of people who have no idea the iHeart concert happened. But maybe they watch Glee or RuPaul's Drag Race or support Make-A-Wish or went to the pride festival in Pittsburgh and heard Adam's voice.

It's probably a good thing you aren't running Adam's management and PR teams.

You are correct, Adam isn't where he was 5 years ago.
In March 2009 he was living week to week wondering if he would be voted off Idol. Where he would find work if he were.....the Wicked chorus job wasn't waiting for him. He was looking sharp in the outfits he put together from various thrift shops and wondering
if he would be returning to his West Hollywood apartment and when he would be able to pay back the loans his dad had made him.

Today he is recording in Sweden, has numerous fansites, has traveled the globe, recorded two albums and a tour DVD, made indeterminate millions of dollars, been interviewed in somewhere near 20 different countries, has fans from Canada to Argentina, Scotland to Africa, The Ukraine to Australia and China to Bali.....and all those wonderful countries in-between. He is gearing up for another tour with rock royalty....
