Randy Jackson says Adam Lambert is one of his favorites

MYFOXNY.COM - Good Day NY Reporter Julie Chang sat down with judge Randy Jackson to talk about the past and future of the show.
Jackson spilled the beans on which guest judge has been his 'top dog.'
"I was really impressed with Joe Jonas," Jackson said about the member of The Jonas Brothers.
As for some of his favorite contestants Jackson said they include Carrie Underwood, Fantasia Barrino, Kelly Clarkson and Adam Lambert.
Jackson has three children who watch the show. Would he consider letting them audition? They'd need to follow the same audition procedure, says Jackson who earned his 'street cred' playing the bass guitar with hundreds of music legends including Bruce Springsteen, Aretha Franklin and Journey.

Of course Adam is one of his favorites. He always was. Just because Randy didn't like the extremely eclectic aspect of Adam's cd doesn't mean he suddenly hates Adam and his music! That's the way it seems some of Adam's fans are seeing it. I'm a huge Adam fan. I've never been star struck over a celebrity before Adam...ever! He is one of the most gifted performers I've seen in years, but that doesn't mean I'll automatically rip everyone's head off who even slightly offers the smallest criticism of Adam's work.
I somewhat agree with you but I think Randy DIDN"T REALLY listen to Adam's CD. Some of the songs are AMAZING!!! Rob Cavalo's Music Again, is incredible. Linda Perry. Top notch. Soaked, Amazing. Sleep waker I have no words to describe Adam's vocal and sensetivity in this song. and the list goes on and on.
Randy is wrong!!!!! This is the FIRST time in my LIFE, and I am 46, that I enjoy ALL the songs in a CD! FYE IS the BEST album EVER!!!!! and Adam is a SUPER STAR!!!!
I agree, the album is amazing and he is the best voice ever! Besides he is so handsome & sexy
I love every song on the FYE album also!! Adam is not a cookie cutter type and he proves it with the vocals and variety of genres on the album. Adam can sing his face off, but please don't ..... that is one beautiful face!!
