I agree that Adam isn't lonely or sad - he is performing. I would imagine there are times things get to him, but he has said many times that he works at focusing on the positive. Can't wait to see this video!!! I will definitately buy it too.

While I agree with what everyones saying about him being not lonely, I dont think this is 100% acting. I think he's drawing a lot from the confusion about the controversy. As much as he looks to the positive, he still is a little muddled by the reactions. As he said in the Fuse interview "you want me to be myself and yet, I just offended you". He has also said the song has taken on a whole new meaning since the controversy began. And when he performs the song, it does seem he's crying out to the public, asking what they want him to do.
I think he's taking emotion from that.
And I can't wait till Friday!!!!!! It's killing me inside!!!!!! D:
