American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert popped into my office this week.
We talked Gaga, Madonna and how the gay rising star coped with US uproar over his saucy performance at the American Music Awards.
Adam, whose debut album For Your Entertainment is out May 3, says some Americans took offence at a dance move which included a simulated sex act.
"But let's be honest," he adds. "Madonna did worse on stage how many years ago. She made me appreciate raw sexuality in performance. There are so many people in the States so ashamed and fearful of sexuality. I don't get it."

Found the link in another post - thank you! Ha, ha, ha, ha!!! This was a terrificly funny video!! So glad I got to see it! I love Adam's inclusion of the (new) genre "glamsad" in this clip. Cracking up. And how he kept having to clarify comments so they wouldn't be misconstrued as sexual. Oh - and he's "very vanilla"?? Who would've guessed. This interview gave him the chance to really be silly. I LOVE ADAM!!!!
