Adam Lambert is #1 in Japan!

Adam Lambert's first single "For Your Entertainment" is #1 in Japan's Weekly Hot Top Airplay Chart! It is the nation's official airplay chart!
Congrats to Adam. "FYE" didn't make much of an impact in the US but it's making a huge impact in Asia. It is a Top 5 Hit in both Japan and China. Looks like it was a good idea to release "For Your Entertainment" as the first single in the worldwide point of view.
"For Your Entertainment" is not only making an impact in Japanese Radio. It is #3 on the Japan Hot 100 Charts, equivalent to the Hot 100 Charts in the US.
Adam's album will be released in Japan tomorrow March 10th.

I knew it! I saw a video on Youtube 3 months ago of Japanese kids dancing to Adam's "Fever". I knew Asia would love him! Europe will too!

adam is big in asia, hope he will have a large audience in singapore and japan.
No surprises here! I personally feel it should have reached the same status in the US but once the AMA situation occurred I knew then and there that Americans would shun him (narrow-mindedness) Bravo to Adam and his team, success comes in many forms and many places. It will take some time for the US to catch up to the world in some regards. Put the politics aside and good music is good music, somewhat of a no-brainer really.
He got a warm welcome in Australia. Now I have a feeling that he might receive the "mass hysteria" welcome in Japan.
FYE has always been a favorite of mine. I listen to it at least once a day. Is it possible that this song may have a second chance here in America? I would love to see that happen!
I am SOOOO excited for Adam! It really feels like he may have a big shot at international stardom! I can't wait to see the reception he gets in Japan. It's been such an amazing journey watching this person grow from his first audition on AI to the experiences he sharing with us now (plus, further emphasizes that AI9 can't hold a candle to AI8!). And for the record, I FLOVE FYE too - I really think it could have a second life in the US later down the road!

i laready predict that 2010 isa dms good luck year -this eyar is a tiger year which is its adams compatible year. adam lambert born a popular guy plus famous is in his birthyear chart 1982;everything he touch turns into gold. easy to get along with and very gracious human being. hes one fo a kind-; hes sincere-very loyal and warm hearted.

FYE is a great song and should have soared to the top here, too. Try slipping it into your email requests to your local radio station.
I have requested FYE every day for a couple of months and the only response I have had is they explained there was only one station playing it and the demand is not there. There is definitely something political going on for this song not to be played. So I request every day in an attempt to remove the politics. I think every fan should email a request for this song every single day and then maybe they would get the hint. I ask very nicely and be sure to thank them. They have admitted it is a great song, but still will not play it.

Not only FYE. I request both songs daily. They do play WWFM but not FYE.

For Your Entertainment, the song also became NUMBER 1 here in the philippines in almost all CHR radio stations and music channels.
