Ok I’m a happy woman! Minutes ago I bought my ticket for the 2nd QAL concert in Chicago! A week ago I was just blah, now I’m at peace. One question where on our mobile is our ticket? Sorry if dumb question. Is it the blue section with numbers our ticket? My first time using my phone as a ticket.

Sunflower, congratulations on getting your ticket! I was lucky today, too. My Adam concert buddy got us tickets to the first Chicago concert. Apparently, when these venues say SOLD OUT, they don't really mean it. I am so happy and relieved!

Tickets seem to "show up" continuously during the ticket-seller period for all kinds of shows. It's just the way it goes. My friend finally went directly to the United Center site and got them that way, after struggling with Ticketmaster.

So jealous of those of you who have tickets! Wish QAL would come to Pittsburgh again this time. But at least I didn't have to go through the harrowing process of getting a ticket. Guess I'll just have to rely on (hopefully) plenty of Youtube videos of QAL's performances during the coming tour.

Aww Nanbert if only QAL would also perform in Pittsburgh for you to have a chance to seem them. :( Yes getting tickets is nerve wracking, I was a mess the first time and unfortunately got me nowhere, just some crying along with headache. Tried again for Chicago's #2 show and did get a ticket. The second time around I was not enthusiastic did'nt want to be dissappointed a second time, but this time the whole process was smoother and faster, maybe because I was calmer, less anxious. Also they show you a map of the venue where seats are available and I could'nt decide what seat (going by myself) to choose Ticketmaster was telling me to hurry ticket sales are going fast. LOL so I was taking long. Eventually I random chose a seat. Now I'm at peace. Sigh :))

Does anyone else suspect that Jobrieth might be the subject of Adam's upcoming musical. Just thinkin'.

Nanbert, that possibility has been discussed before, but it is more likely that Jobriath is not the subject of the musical. He's has talked quite a bit about Jobriath, but he never ever hints that Jobriath is the subject of the musical. I think if he was, Adam would have said so. It's got to be someone else, but who?

Adam was SO good of That's My Jam! Perfect Muffin Man! Wish we'd heard just a bit more of AOBTD as we returned from the commercial break. He was killin' it!

Finally it was Adam’s turn last night! I agree Adam was so good and his Cher was spot on! Loved him in the other segments too! Adam and that Chloe were leading but at the end the other team won but all for charity and fun too. I still hope for the day when Saturday Night Live will invite Adam as a musical guest or host or both! I think it’s time for that!

I found out yesterday that Adam will be on American Idol on Sunday April 30 to mentor the Top 12, and a performance from him! Can’t wait for that! Mark your calendars for that day. :))

It's 2 AM central time, April 19 and I just saw a video of part of Adam's performance of Muffin Man on the home page of CNN !! They also showed a bit of Believe at the Kennedy Center Honors - - - it was FANTASTIC ! I was so shocked to see Adam's name in a headline on CNN, I couldn't click fast enough. I'm hoping it will still be there when "normal" people are awake so lots of folks can see it. And yes it's normal for me to be up all night watching movies and frequently checking news headlines on CNN and MSNBC - - - I am so glad I got to see Adam !!!

kris J, thanks so much for the heads-up! It's amazing how one silly performance is getting Adam so much media attention! The reason, of course, is that he is absolutely fabulous at every he does.

There's a photo of Adam out there as Charlies, his character in Fairyland. He looks very cute and snuggly. Those who saw it at the last special showing are saying the film is very touching and that Adam is very good in it. Hope we all get a chance to see it!

There are SO many hilarious videos on YouTube of people doing really funny things to Adam's Muffine Man. That song has really gone viral! It's so catchy and Adam does that Cher voice perfectly. People are really having fun with it themselves. Fallon must be really happy!

Yep! Adam went viral also on Tic Toc, these past days he was trending on Twitter and yesterday too for various other reasons, Queen related topics. Adam’s announcement yesterday for that Capital card event at Wembly Stadium in June how exciting! Today I was catching up with my Facebook notifications and my happy surprise one from Adam’s post that Queen/Adam will perform in October at the US Formula 1 racetrack during the weekend of the Formula 1 car races! WOW! I’m not a fan of car racing only because the noise of the racing cars driving around the laps make me nervous and nauseous, literally. I hope there will be videos for us not attending to watch the concert. I read those races draw 80,000 people! Yahoo! This concert takes place on a Saturday night on October 21st, in Austin, Texas! Happy for Queen and Adam, this show is huge!

In other news, last night I read on Twitter several comments from Glamberts regarding Shoshanna. Last time Shosh has posted on Adam was in March, nothing at all during this month of April. Glamberts amongst themselves were wondering what happened? Is she still Adam’s Publicist or Manager? I had to check out her Twitter page and she last posted a day or 2 ago but on Shakira, nothing about Adam on his That’s My Jam and other events he participated in April. I’d like to know myself, what’s going on?

Last but not least StarStruck posted that the 3rd season of this show is unlikely. Apparently all the applications for the 3rd season was abruptly cut. No other explanation, maybe all the judges are busy during the months they tape the show? Very very strange???

I do hope that Startstuck is back again. Seems to have been a huge TV hit, so it's odd they would only go two seasons. It sure have been great exposure for Adam.

I hope everone watched Idol tonight or at least have it on DVR. Adam was EXCELLENT as a mentor. He looked great and gave good advice. The contestants were all very good, of course. He sang Can't Stand The Rain from High Drama. Great performance!

What a surprise...and what a thrill to see Adam mentoring and performing on Idol tonight! My son and daughter-in-law had me over for dinner, and informed me that we could all watch Adam mentoring on Idol later. That was the first I knew about it!

I think that's the first time I've watched Idol since Adam came in 2nd in his Season. He has so much presence... and good advice for the contestants. And he gave an absolute masterclass with his rendition of "Can't Stand The Rain".

There were some very good contestants remaining in the final 12, and I think I will start watching it regularly again...especially if Adam continues to be a mentor.

Took a break all day yesterday until late last night from social media, it overwhelms me at times. Lol. Adam is just the best at mentoring anyone (seen his AI appearance). The judges were also pleased that the contestants followed Adam’s advice and they were all amazing. I never stopped watching American Idol even after Adam’s season, only difference is that I Have My Idol—- Adam Lambert! I watch Idol for Entertainment purposes only. Adam was stunningly gorgeous on Idol on all levels, with his singing and what he wore and oh that face that beautiful face! What a work of art with his “eye makeup”! Impressive! I missed the first 45 minutes of Idol because I went out for dinner with my “out of town” brother and his wife but happy to be home when he sang “I Can’t Stand The Rain”! Regardless I DID record the whole show, so I’m not missing anything. Phew

Things I found out late last night about Idol, Adam also sang “West Coast” for the Idol audience but it Was Not shown on television. They are going to release this performance as his next video so to be on alert for that.

On Tic Tok Adam’s “Muffin Man” had 10 million views and on Facebook he had 8 million views. Yay for that. Lol.
One day before Adam’s Idol appearance and for the next three days he was trending on Twitter. Yesterday “I Can’t Stand The Rain” was trending on Twitter, and went up on the numbers on ITunes and somewhere else can’t remember though.

Adam had many favorable comments from his Idol performance, but God Bless them those pesky trolls couldn’t shut their mouths and fortunately there wasn’t too many of them but one in particular was “body shaming Adam” ( I didn’t see this tweet only Adam’s response). Adam being Adam told her I quote…… I lost 20 pounds B…h! I didn’t write out the full B word but you guys know what it is. Other Glamberts just as livid says this woman is a MAGA troll, I don’t know who she is but Adam told her! The good news is that Adam LOST 20 pounds!!! He did look slimmer on Idol, I thought. Happy for him. 🥰

I saw that troll, too. There are always a few out there. Proud of Adam for taking off the pounds. He looks fantastic! He has a busy month in June. Royal Albert hall, some European solo shows and more to come!

News from The Buzz is that Adam will be judge on AI. Hmm. We've heard that before. Wonder if it's true or just a rumor? He has a great track record as a judge. It's long overdue that AI would give him the job. Guess I'll be watching the show again if it's true. We'll see.

It's looking like that Buzz teaser about Adam being an AI judge is just click bait. No basis to it at all. I'm ok with that. The show drives me a bit nuts with its over-the-top gushing from the judges about the contestants.

I agree with you, Dee R Gee. Those Idol judges DO overdo their praise for each contestant. It begins to sound phony and rehearsed/scripted. They would be well advised to give more advice, and less praise..... i.e., keep it REAL (believable)!

Short note on Mother's Day....my Grandmother died on Mother's Day, and thereafter my Mom couldn't bear celebrating Mother's Day. So thereafter, she re-labeled and always celebrated the day with us as "BEST FRIEND'S DAY"....which my sister and I still continue to observe to this day.

Adam's new single is "You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real," a collab with DJ Sigala from the UK, who apparently is a very big deal. Hope it really goes big!

Remember, he sang that song at one of his Las Vegas shows last year. I REALLY like it. It feels like an audience response, sing-a-along kind of songs. Terrance and Johnny were on stage with him. The song was written years ago by Sylvester. The original video is on YouTube. I'm sure this new collab will be very good. Looking forward to it!

Damn Adam is absolutely stunning in all the pics and videos from Cannes! This past hour there’s clips of Adam performing “Ordinary World” and “Who Wants To Live Forever”, at the AmFar Cannes 2023, my God this man is a vocal God and did I mention he’s drop dead gorgeous? This trip to Cannes has been invaluable for Adam. He is among so many A-listers. They are meeting him and hearing him perform. Those two songs were perfect. WWTLF was a perfect connection to the passing of Tina Turner. And it was a song that gave the crowd a glimpse at the voice of a lifetime. I'll bet many of those in the audience had never heard Adam sing before. The cell phones vids were rampant! This has been a real coup for Adam! Thanks for posting the vids, too!

I am so happy that he is relaxing a little before the concerts he will have soon. The appearance at Cannes was top of the top. The outfits, the performance, everything was superlative. I think Adam has never looked better than now. He lost a lot of weight and the maturation brought him a special aura. I hope he will use some of the outfits from Cannes for the concerts to come, they are amazing.

Me too about the outfits. His fashion choices lately haves been spot-on fabulous. They are sexy and stylish and really show off his more slender body. Hope he does wear some of the them again. Looking forward to the June tour!

Next on Adam’s agenda is that new single out on June 2nd, can’t wait to hear it, even though he has sang it before but still looking forward to it. I think that “Mad About the Boy” is also out June 1st premiere and June 2nd London release in the cinemas. Interesting into how long this film will be out in the States? If at all.

Andn I hope that Fairyland gets a distributor for the theaters. If it winds up on a streaming service, I hope it's a major one like Netflix. I want lots of people to see it.

Jut got home from a few days out of town. Been catching up on the vids from Wembley and Tel Aviv. Adam was SO fantastic! The crowds loved him so much. Excited about Helsinki and the resto the things he's doing month. Two Fairland film festival showings are coming up. And then on July 1, the Pride event in Trafalgar Square in London! I have been luck to have visited London and walked through Trafalgar square. It's a huge area. It will be so exciting to see it full of music and dancing and Adam headlining!

Nothing ground-breading, but a nice friendly chat. I always think of those viewers who are seeing him for the first time. He always comes across as intelligent, funny, gorgeous and just plain nice.

It’s a mess right now on Twitter, for the past hour I have been wanting to watch a few of these videos you posted but I got this “Rate limited “ message at least 6 times within the hour. It just pops up on your feed and it won’t let you post your comments. It says to retry or “something went wrong-try reloading. This is happening to everyone just about and many Glamberts too. Twitter has been trending all day and still is right now.

What’s insane is that those with Verified accounts are limited to reading 6,000 posts a day. Unverified accounts (like mine) 600 posts are limited to read a day and the New Verified account only 300 posts to read a day! On Elon Musk’s tweet today he posted the following; To address extreme levels of data scraping and system manipulation, we’ve applied the following temporary limits. Musk is destroying this platform! Guess what? Pride in London was suppose to stream on all these platforms but it didn’t happen! Pride parade was streamed on Vimeo only, no part of the show. Glamberts all over twitter were searching for the Pride in London streams but not one social site was streaming! Strange isn’t? Was it intentional? So the only videos I’ve seen were posted from someone’s Instagram.

Hey everyone, hope you all had a nice 4th of July. Dee R Gee I hope this sequel you mentioned comes true, it’s my first time I hear of it. I thought after Adam was done with all his Pride performances he would go home to LA but that didn’t happen. I forgot about his other place/home in New York. He’s still over there, wonder who’s watching Pharaoh if Terrence is in NY also. Well Adam has joined this newly social media site “Threads”, Twitters alternative. I don’t want to go over to Threads, it makes me lazy to go through all the steps to sign up. People who have Instagram accounts are the only ones who can join. I have my Instagram account but right now I don’t care to go over there, for some reason It’s not interesting to me, so I will still stay in Twitter until who knows when.

Just read before coming here that “Watch What Happens Live” is back next week and this Tuesday July 11 is when Adam and Kylie Minogue will be on. The promo says at 10:15 pm, but this is Eastern time but I think I’ll look up the time to make sure it’s 9:15 my time (Central).

Yesterday and the day before Adam was trending again on Twitter, probably because of the Emmy nomination. LOL. I also enjoyed Adam with Kylie Minouge (spelling ?) with Andy Cohen. Kylie paid a lovely compliment to Adam about his singing, awww.

Adam's visit on That's My Jam sure gave him a lot of media attention. He'll probably be singng Muffin Man forever. LOL Good luck to Jimmy with the Emmy nom. The Andy Cohen show was fun. Yes, I did hear that about "Flash." I am a bit confused about what it's all about, but whatever Adam does with Queen in fine with me. There are occasional rumors out there that they will record new music together, but it doesn't sound like it will happen.

Hi, Sunflower! Yes, I have heard about Adam buying into a restaurant/bar in WeHo, along with Roger Taylor and a few others. I'm glad he's not doing it alone. These can be risky businesses, but it looks like they are working with some experienced people. Hope it all works out for them.

And the British doc that Adam is a part of about the history of LGBT music artists sounds really good. Adam is great at being the commentator on these kinds of things.

I do remember the very sad story of Matthew Shepard. It was horrific. I didn't know Adam was a part of the doc, but I'm glad he is. Last night's show in Chicago was FANTASTIC! Adam looked and sounded great. The place was packed to the rafters and the crowd was really into it. Brian got to extra shout-outs from the audience so there were some real Queen fans there. That man's guitar skills are out of this world. I really liked seeing the light show and staging live in the venue. They were really spectacular.

As for Adam, his voice was perfect. Every song was a gem. I love he is doing with Killer Queen. It's so fun to him primp in from of that mirror. He has good comic skills. I've seen a lot of fan vids from this tour, but there is nothing like seeing a show live, where you feel the vibe of the audience who are loving it as much as you do. If you can get a ticket for a show, GO!

I saw videos Dee R Gee from your show! I agree with every description of the show you mentioned! Speaking of rafters is where I sat ( ugh, lol), wished to God I had main floor seats but not meant for me I guess (boohoo). Because I sat way up there I really was in awe from all the lighting and special effects that surrounded the United Center, it was so spectacular to see! Only complaint of mine is that watching that high the guys are small and I know there’s screens to see them closeup but still they’re small. LOL. On my show being Halloween Adam came out wearing a big o’le 80’s white shaggy wig (I think during the middle to end during Bo Rhapsody). You probably seen videos of him with the wig. LOL. Something else happened during “Somebody to Love”, a couple by the stage area got engaged and Roger during his drum solo segment, acknowledged the couple and congratulated the couple! It seems the crew saw this and told Roger, then Roger sent a note of Congratulations and signed his name on a sheet playlist for the couple. Sorry for repeating the word Couple more than once. LOL. But yes the whole show live and in person is something else, so good, fantastic, magical and on and on! Tonight in LA is their last North American tour show, can you believe it? This week on the 17th is the Grand Opening of “The Wild” that bar Adam and others now own. Never been to California but hope I can go visit this place one day.

Hey anyone? Dee R Gee you’re still here? Lol. Hope your Thanksgiving was great, mine was on the quiet side, family members had to work, oh well next year. Ok Dee R Gee have you been aware with what’s going on with the YouTube accounts the past month up to now? Maybe you have heard from your other Adam source on how Universal Music ? Adam’s new management team are sending strikes or closing down YT accounts with Adam and Queen too content due to “copyright issues”. I can understand this reason but Dee R Gee I think they’re over doing it! A good example is Gelly (broddybounce and Glitzylady have posted her YT videos here) first was given strikes on some of her content, she since has posted videos with NO sound and CUT the length of a video BUT it wasn’t good enough! She had a video of Adam and fans singing Happy Birthday to Brian taken off, also when Brian was quoted as saying Adam is “a gift from God”, another was just a gif of Adam dancing (that’s it no sound, just a doggone gif)! It’s like any small piece of video with QAL or Adam is taken down. Not only Gelly but other Glamberts like Gelly that provide concert footage from Queen and Adam’s shows that belong to them ( their homemade videos) are taken away too! Grrrr. People I subscribe to means they are NOT on my list either, it’s gone too. Gelly has created another account so fingers crossed! Reminder Adam will be taping tomorrow that Royal Christmas Carol special, hope we’ll see a video of that. That Britain Get Singing (whatever the correct title is) where Adam is a judge taped last Sunday, that’s all I know. Anything else on Adam can’t remember or don’t know. I’m so angry that Universal Music is taking memories away from us fans. Oh yeah another Glambert said her Whatya Want From Me video from a QAL concert gone! Hoping all these people have copies of their videos.

The whole YT thing is a tragedy. I'm sure it is affecting all artists. I hope Gelly can work out another way to post her great stuff. She is a lifeline for so many of us. Hi Dee R Gee, yes what a mess with the YouTube. Gelly has for the 3rd time created another account, hopefully this last one won’t give her problems as you said Adam has a lot of events coming up! I have seen those pics of Adam from that Westminster Christmas event. Adam gorgeous with that green suit and Beverley also looked beautiful, matching Adam’s Green color. My understanding is that today the 8th was the taping of the Royal Carol Christmas special. The special will be aired on Christmas Eve. Now I can only hope we can see a video of the performance later.

There is also a short video of Adam meeting the Princess. They exchanged a few words and then he laughed his lovely laugh. Couldn't understand what they were saying, though.

God I wish Glitzylady o13r Brodybounce would comment something, anything on 24/7. I'm feeling abandoned. LOL Anyways earlier today Brian on his Instagram pointed out about the fans who have had their YT or Instagram account shut down by Universal Music and Youtube. He says its been a few days he noticed whats been happening and says its not them (the band) but that he will talk with their management to see what can be done. Many Glamberts have personal videos of their own and those are gone too. It's also the manner their YT channel was yanked out with no warning, some say they were on their channel when right in the middle it was cut off! How rude! Others had 10 to 15 years of Adam's solo work all gone. I don't know if these people have copies of the videos. Hopefully Brian can help get back the YT and Instagram accounts, if not his effort would be appreciated.

I applaud Brian for standing up for the fans of Queen and Adam and all other artists who really want their fans to share their own videos on YT and IG. I'm sure many artists appreciate the exposure. And sharing videos, etc. keeps the fanbase united with a sense of community. I hope Brian can make some headway with this.

Hello Ladies, Dee R Gee and Mi Re La how are you both doing? Been awhile for me, the Winter Season is not for me! LOL. I can’t wait for Spring where I don’t have to cover up head to toe when I’m out and about. Spring and Summer are my favorite seasons where I don’t have to wear long sleeves (blah). Being the last day of January, means it’s getting closer for QAL to tour and perform in Japan, looking forward in hearing great reviews and any video or photos. I suppose you guys heard Adam will headline the Sydney Mardi Gras festival, how exciting, oh to be in Sydney in March. Adam has received some negative comments about his appearance for the Sydney Mardi Gras (just read this info today) on his Instagram (I think it was?) Adam told these dummies that he’s going to give 100%, his all and their money’s worth. Adam doesn’t have to answer to these ungrateful fools, he is Phenomenal and always gives a sensational show! I think Adam went to Japan right after his birthday. I saw a post by the bassist from Queen.
I saw that Adam received nasty comments about participating in Mardi Gras, but I don't think anyone ever gets rid of haters. For me, Adam has the most beautiful voice on the planet and I will listen to him as long as I live

I feel abandoned on this site. I don't think the administrators will post anything anymore, it will probably close soon. I hope they didn't completely abandon Adam like they abandoned this site

Adam doesn't remember anything about the musical project he started working on more than 1 year ago. He said these days "I have begun to create some exciting new music!”. I think it's about something completely different than the musical. He probably abandoned the project. A musical is a titanic job and I don't think that his collaboration with Queen leaves him time for something like that. We will see. Adam always surprises us

I don't think Adam has abandoned the "musical" project at all. These things often take years to complete, and he made it sound like there are some major names involved in the show. I hope it does get completed and we get t see it. And yes, he says he has been working new music, too. That is the best news, IMO.

I heard about the negative comments are the Mardi Gras, too, but I don't think there were that many of them. Most of the comments have been positive. I can't wait to see vids from that event! Adam is so well-loved in the UK and Europe and Australia and Japan. I wish he was seen more often on shows in the US. He shows up now and then, but not enough for me.

As to the mods running this site, I will post here from time to time as long as the site is still here. This was just about the first Adam fan site I was ever on. I'm also active on Adamtopia, also known as Atop. It's a good one. It takes a lot of work to keep a site active. There's more to it than we think. The mods here have been very good for a long time. Sometimes, other responsibilities take up too much time. We can share our reactions to the Japan shows soon!

Yes I agree as long as this site is up I will come here too. I do find it strange there’s not a word from Broddybounce or Glitzylady? You know Glitzylady is on Twitter and I seldom run into a comment on my page she posts on Adam’s Twitter page. So many times I want to ask her what’s going on? I don’t follow her on Twitter and don’t want to make her feel like I’m stalking her. Lol. Boy oh boy am I tempted to communicate with her and ask her “What’s going on”? I would have to tell her it’s me Sunflower from 24/7.

Here’s some good news, I read yesterday on Twitter where a Glambert told Adam “we need a solo tour” and Adam responds telling her “that’s why I have been quietly writing new music, I know hahaha”. Something to look forward into the future.

Regarding Nanbert I think of her often, I think the last time she posted was right after her birthday and then no more. I really hope she’s fine. Then out of the blue Patria made a comment and then no more. So I don’t know?

Sunflower, it's good to see you post here, too. Maybe a few more of the long-time faithfuls here will see our posts and start to respond again. I miss our old group.

Yes, I'm excited too that Adam is working on new music. I want his solo career to be strong long after QAL is over. Adam is so amazingly talented. I'm sure he's got lots of great music up his sleeve. And that new movie and series Megaminds sounds fun. I love Adam's character name, Machiavillain. Perfect! I have the Paramount channel so I will tune in and check it out.

Yes, thanks, Mi Re La! They all look and sound great, esp. Adam! LOL. Adam said recently that 2024 has some new music and projects coming from him. Very excited to know what they are. That animated series on the Peacock channel looks fun. The series has a following. Can't wait to hear Adam's voice as his character!

Darn it! Just my luck, I recently got rid of Peacock because I wasn’t watching anything there. Ugh I won’t be able to hear Adam as that character.
