It means his vids in Singapore are the most viewed on youtube right now second only to Lady Gaga's Telephone
Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know YouTube trended. Didn't like Gaga's new video. I thought the scene including the dead dog was horrible. That wasn't necessary. I love her but hated the video.

Hi I agree with the dead dog scene,not necassary was also sad to see adam with animal fur i so hoped he would not go down that fur road,animals are killed in terrible ways for the fur trade,many are skinned alive,its very ignorant,they should see the suffering animals suffer for fashion,rihanna wore so many furs in her video really hate her now
