Adam Lambert's latest single up 25 percent with 23,000 sales

The former American Idol finalist, Adam Lambert is seeing much success as a result of the release of his debut album, For Your Entertainment. Now that it has reached platinum status with over 1 million copies sold worldwide, it is certain that the sales will continue to soar. According to a new report, Lambert's newest single, and previous single continue to see steady sales.
USA Today reports that the singer's newest single, "If I Had You," and the previous, "Whataya Want From Me" are continuing to perform well. As the report states, Lambert's single is up by twenty-five percent with additional sales of 23,000. The song is still doing well on the Top 20 VH1 countdown as well.
Lambert's fans are very loyal, and they support everything that he does. There is no doubt that anyone seeing the star perform during his Glam Nation tour will be in awe of how truly talented he is.
The numbers speak for themselves -- Lambert is a star and only stellar things can be expected from the singer in the future.

Kinda OT but Adam's IIHY is #73 at Billboard 100, up from 94 to 85 to now. Canadian 100 he is at 15 and Mediabase (starts at 40, he's at 31.) The latter has to do with radio play, I think. Adamluv

You had some very good comments regarding the status of albums and even posted a website to back up your claims which I read with great interest. Can you explain to us how this article says "...it has reached platinum status with over 1 million copies sold world wide..." with regard to FYE? I don't get it. How can this be right? Or is it simply an uninformed blogger's hopeful writing?

I would love to see Adam at the AMA Awards in a large capacity.A great opportunity to redeem his first performance and put it to bed once and for all with a new, less controversial one. Those are the facts bud. Adam's debut album has sold well over 1m and still climbing. Quadruple Platimun for WWFM in Canada and Platinum in several countries including USA. Gold in almost every other country where WWFM has been released and Gold or Platinum for FYE single. So put that in your hat.
I heard Adam is working on his second album..there's a song I think he'll love...prob won't get released as a single..but I think he'll just love performing this song...it's called "2 Love Birds" by Robin Thicke...
