I am glad they added "If I had you" It is a great video and a fun, entertaining song. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE " Your entertainment, a great video and showcases Adam at his best. I also love "whatya want from me,showing a sensitive side of Adam. Adam is a very complex human being with so many intriguing sides like a diamond but more precious.....indigo.

“Whatya Want From Me?”-P!nk and Adam Lambert

Both androgynous and glamorous (and with an apparent lust for eyeliner), P!nk and Adam Lambert show off their similar power pop vocals in “Whatya Want From Me?”

Adam Lambert CDs and DVDs being sent to US troops via “Sister Soldier Project”

Renee Snyder
, Adam Lambert Examiner
July 12, 2011 -

Music by Adam Lambert is being shipped to soldiers serving in the Middle East this month, thanks to the Sister Soldier Project. They have just confirmed two “Sister Soldier Project Packing Parties” in July, with 130 boxes to be shipped to US troops. This week they received many Adam Lambert CD’s and DVD’s to be included in the shipments, as well as money for postage, that was generously donated by Adam’s fans.

The Sister Soldiers Project sends care packages to US troops:

“The Sister Soldiers Project was born out of the desire to send “care packages” to the brave women serving our nation, containing various ethnic personal care products so important to their quality of life, products unavailable to them through normal channels, thus giving them at least a small taste of their “normal” lives back home.”

<-- To see photos of a Packing Party in which Adam’s CDs/DVDs were included, click on the slide show link to the left.

Last October, one of Adam Lambert’s fans attended a Sisters Soldier Project Packing Party in California. Her sister is a supporter of the project and invited her to attend. After attending the party, she asked Sister Soldier Project Founder Myraline Morris Whitaker if it was okay to encourage Adam’s fans to collect CDs to include in the shipments to the Sister Soldiers. Myraline thought it was a wonderful idea and it took off right away. Since then, they have received hundreds of CDs, including Adam’s debut album For Your Entertainment, his Acoustic Live! EP, and the Glam Nation Live DVD/CD. Many of the Adam’s fans include notes when they send donated CD’s, saying just how much his music means to them. The notes are included in the packages.

Adam’s fans are passionate about raising awareness of him and this is a great opportunity to share his music with soldiers serving abroad. His fans know that once people hear Adam sing, they will become fans as well. Plus, Adam’s music is perfect for keeping up the spirits of those serving in the Middle East.

If you are interested in participating in the project, you can send Adam Lambert CDS/DVDs to the Sisters Soldier Project at address below. They encourage you to also include messages to the soldiers with the CDs/DVDs.

Sister Soldier Project, LLC
Post Office Box 1311
Grover Beach, CA 93483

(Phone number for shipping purposes: 805-284-1337)

For more information about the organization, visit the Sister soldiers website.

Do you plan to send any Adam Lambert CDs to the project?

Sauli's latest translated!

Traffic!
July 14th, 2011 Writer: Sauli Koskinen

Oh God!! Today was again that day, that I almost lost in in LA traffic. Here the traffic rarely works and other times never. I had an appointment with the hair dresser today at 3 and I called a cab a half an hour before. They said it would take 10 minutes, but surprisingly it took an hour. Fortunately my hair is great and I calmed down and they forgave me for being late. (Now Sauli's hair is silver white) :) rock!

We Finns are not used to wait/be late for our appointments. Here it's normal, if you make an appointment, you can add a couple of hours to it. Everyone is always late and no-one seems to care about the times. 60 kilometre drive can take an hour at times or even 3 and a half. You never know. Just one accident in those traffic jams and you're there for a couple of hours. Lots of people have gone nuts in traffic jams here and begun shooting at other cars. Maybe after this the 4 o'clock traffic jams eill feel like nothing in Finland. :)

I don't own a car here and I haven't needed one yet. Many people are saying that you can't be without a car in Los Angeles. Well I've been doing great with my two feet and common sense. Of course if you had to travel to another city or the other side of the city daily because of work, then a car is a good decision. Here the public transportation are not all that. We Finns are walking people and here people wonder, that are you really going to the store by foot?.. :) A year from now I'm probably the village idiot and everyone will whout, that there goes that walking weirdo. :)

Today this weirdo went to the store by foot again and I was buying a bottle of wine, but they didn't sell it to me, because I didn't have my passport. I had my driver's licence, but that's not acceptable proof in this country. So you always have to bring your passport along if you want to buy alcohol, cigarettes or anything else that can proof your age. You can't get into nightclubs if you don't have an ID, no matter what age you are. Alcohol consumption is also a very interesting thing in this country. We in Finland have very strict laws concerning drinking alcohol, if you drink alcohol you can't drive. Here it's like, I'm going to party with my car and I drive back home with my car...hmmm... Scary but true! I've also always wondered, why people are carrying alcohol in a paper bag. Here you get a huge fine if you carry a bottle without the paper bag or if you're sitting in a car and you're holding a bottle. Now the rest of this text is all about alcohol, but that's alright I think...hah! (I'm completely sober and I have never touched hard liquor.. buahahah) yay!!

Very love and sober weekend! :)

Oikein ihanaa ja raitista tulevaa viikonloppua! :)

FYI
There are some pictures floating around out there that are purported to be Adam's house. Its part of a gossip blog article of other Idol-related homes. Adam Official has asked that they not be posted anywhere until they hear from Adam about it and he gives permission etc...so hoping that is respected...

Sauli's blog is hilarious!

@glitzylady
Any decent Adam-oriented blog is refusing to post publicly ANY info regarding his new home.
Unfortunately there are enough idiots around.

Almost forgot what the blog was about reading all the posts. Yeah! Adam has all three videos out on Vh1 top 100. This is very good news. It means he is being paid attention to as an artist.

I think that "chest" picture was photoshopped. Is it my eyes or does he really have 2 right hands?

glitzylady said...

@Anon 6:31 PM
Very good point...hmmm. Does rather look like 2 right hands..LOL!!! Would be fun to find the original picture(s)......

glitzylady said...

Okay, I researched the picture of Adam in Mexico, for scientific purposes of course, to see if the picture is photoshopped....He was wearing that shirt for sure, in other pictures.....The chest is real. The hand IS a little odd tho in that particular picture..! Probably just an odd angle..???

Here are some other pics from the Mexican vacay, thanks to @Lambertlust 's MySpace page , some showing the same location....
