As we get closer and closer to the album drop, it is going to impossible to keep up with everything that Adam will be doing for promos! I feel the anticipation building. This is so much fun! The release can't get here fast enough for me!

I'm with you, Sister! The anticipation is definitely building! Isn't it interesting - and wonderful - how EVERYONE who interviews him has such positive things to say. He is just such a great person - so down to earth and humble - along with, of course, his amazing talent. Again, I'm with you, Sister - "the release can't get here fast enough!" LL

I am really enjoying the "Neil reads" posted above. Here is an exerpt to a side of Adam we haven't really heard much about:

by Neil on Jan.01, 2009
Talkin’ about L.A. there, but I wanted to be all cryptic and well read. I’m going to visit my brother there. On Thanksgiving we had this spectacular blowout of an argument.
You know those arguments you get into which start off innocently enough:
“Could you pay attention to the directions so we don’t get lost?”
“I don’t know. COULD YOU EVER MANAGE TO INTERACT WITH HUMAN BEINGS ON A BASE LEVEL THAT DOESN’T MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A FUCKING SHITHEEL?”
Surprisingly enough, I was the one with the mild shot across the bow and he was the one reducing me to splinters. So it turned into us trading blows for the sole purpose of cutting the deepest. He totally won, which sucked. Since then we’ve made amends and this will be our first test run of our not being dicks in each other’s presence since Thanksgiving. I’m anxious to see how it goes, though I’m pretty sure it’ll be fine.

@ daydreamin

Thanks for the great link to some of Neil's writings! Hilarious but yet so interesting to hear anything about his relationship with Adam and info about different episodes between them. Gives us a little more insight in to the world of AFL.

Not a runner up in my eyes! Total win for the fierce Sasha. She captured my heart!!!!! Hope we see her again with Adam on tour.

"I feel the anticipation building. The release can't get here fast enough for me!" You wanna use my defibrilator? Works for me!

"I feel the anticipation building. The release can't get here fast enough for me!" LOL!

When I wrote that I didn't realize that there could have been an Adamgasm conotation attached to that! HA!

Yes! I will use your defibrilator or maybe another -ator... *oh my*...would be better.

@Sister

Lions and tigers and bears..."oh my"

Adamgasm connotations galore..."oh my"

What other 'ator' is there besides a defibrilator..."oh my?!"

lol

Siblings ALWAYS argue and fight and sometimes with fists when they're young. Usually the older one wins. It's later in life when age doesn't matter any longer that the younger one can get in a few verbal zingers that cut to the core. Being the youngest, I love it now that I can leave my sibling speechless.

My point is, yes Adam is "human" and probably more so with his brother.

Jamakole (wow, that's a bit of a tongue twister!) Yup, siblings do always argue and fight. I am the second oldest (oldest girl) in a fam of 7 kids and I must say I loved being older and in control of so many arguments. I also have two teenage sons (17 and 19). Yes, they argue, but not too bad actually. A punch (thankfully) has never been thrown either.

I just love hearing anything new about Adam (my OTHER son from another mother- haha.

"A punch (thankfully) has never been thrown either."

When my two boys were 15 and 18, the 15 year old had a black eye when my husband and I returned home from a movie that he didn't have when we left. Neither of them knew how he could possibly have gotten it. A few weeks later I came home from the store and there were fists flying in every direction. Luckily for my house they were in our fenced in back yard.

You can't be with them 24/7, and boys will be boys.

They are best friends and have each other's back at all times now.

@Jomakole, yes, boys will be boys! I am waiting for mine to be close ( I have always heard that if they are close in age then they will be close later. I'm waiting for that to happen! Great story. Thanks for sharing it! By the way, just curious, have you asked them now that they are older how the black eye occurred?
