Lovely, gorgeous Adam -- beautiful voice, great hair, wonderful spirit -- hot as hell...the GNT will be in our hearts forever and forever no matter what he does here on out. Adam, the band, the dancers -- magical together. Anything more from him is pure icing on the cake.

A little slow on anything new about Adam these last several days so it's good to see this upbeat song from last year. So much that's not good in the country: the economy, lack of jobs, drought, hurricanes and floods so just a few minutes of Adam Lambert makes it a little better for some of us. He did make me "want to listen to music again" and it's been one amazing journey since that first note he sang during the American Idol audition, then the GNT and now waiting for the release of his second album.

How bad is this, I'm seeking out all about burning man (google) Think that's where BB is)Wow, what a cool place that looks like, want to go next year!!!

I saw three of Adam's concerts and planning on having that much fun or more for his next tour. I hope to see all u outlaws there.

If Adam is at B.M. I hope he is incognito or just one of the crowd and him and Sauli are living it up. I don't exactly understand what B.M. is but Adam liked it alot.

BM interests hippies or nerds?

I only got to go to one GNT concert last year, but I watched ALL of them on YouTube. Such great memories of that wonderful summer. Savin' my money for the next tour!

If Adam and Sauli are at Burning Man, since he has already been there twice, he must be aware of the radical change in temp.At night it has been as low as in the 20s with a high in the day in the 90s. They tell you to bring clothing for all the temps. It can also be very windy and have dust storms, where you need a mask and goggles. Not my idea of a fun time, booze drugs and naked or semi naked people. They will also dress anyway they want, like weird halloween costumes. They say all kinds of people from very rich to very poor. You also may not use any money, but you can give gifts, and not to expect anything in return. Sauli will prolly want a few days to get his life on track again. Then again that may not be where they are LOL

WOW - booze, drugs, naked people! My kind of party! And weird Halloween costumes? Could it get any better!

I don't know if at this time in his career with the release of his second album in a few months, that Adam would want to go or be seen at a get together where booze, drugs, etc. are the main attraction. He has been there before so hopefully he is working on the finishing touches for the second album and the first release from it. If he intends to appeal to a wider range of people(and I don't know if that is his intention), the publicity and pictures from appearing at Burning Man might not be in his best interest right now. I've read several articles in the last few days discussing reasons Adam Lambert was not as successful or did not sell as many albums with FYE or why he did not appeal to a wider audience. Whatever the reasons, Adam has to decide to be true to himself as he is and forget about gaining a wider audience to be more successful or change to some extent in his approach to performing. We all know he is gay so that should not be an issue anymore(or at all) for most music lovers. It should be about his vocal talent, the best in the music industry today. I think the whole glitz, glam and glitter of GNT was one phase of his career and now he is considering a different look, style or stage presence for the second album. We may have seen a bit of that in his appearance at the Canadian concert this summer. He has matured, he is in love and seems to be at a different place in his life now. I could be wrong about all of this, but I am just commenting about articles I have read recently as they discuss his career in anticipation of the sophomore album's release. Whatever path Adam chooses to take, I will always be a fan and wish for nothing but fame, success, and happiness in his life and in his career.

The Burning Man sounds so wild that I hope Adam & Sauli went on a private holiday,if anywhere,& not there. The B M could be dangerous for anybody famous, esp like Adam( or could be for anybody also..so many drugs, etc & all those people!!) The temp extremes, dust, etc don't sound good for Adam's throat either.I hope we hear from him soon.JMO

Abraham Lincoln also was a Republican!

Anonymous said...

How did Abraham Lincoln get into this blog? The only similarity I see is that Abe and Adam have the same initials. As I used to tell my students, stay on the topic.

man, now I really want to go to BM sounds like alot of fun, you guys got my curiosity up.I am young and don't take drugs or drink much, but h*ll yeah I can get naked with the best of them.@6:50 do you have the links to those articles, I would really enjoy reading them. ty

This brought back a great feeling for me. I was at this concert - I can still see the fireworks at Principal Park (ball field to the south of Walnut Street Bridge) when he sang Soaked - took one of my good friends and met someone there that I still communicate with about Adam! We are starting to look forward to another concert season and wondering where we will get to see him next! I would love it if he came back to Des Moines, but I will go anywhere I can drive to see him. Thanks for the memory!

Adam is real and nothing to apologize for what he does right now!!!! Only true fans will stand by him and we are still millions around the world who loves him. If you love his voice then stay and if not, find another artist then!!!!!

7:39 thanks for your comment, mine are similar.I have a feeling he won't start touring till next summer. His last album came out in November, he made everyone fall in love with his music and then started touring and it worked out just great. That way I learn the words to the songs and make a fool of my self singing at the concerts. lol

Want a taste of Burning Man this year?

I think it is easier to get drugs from high school than in the middle of a desert!

You just have to google Burning Man, and a lot sites will come up. This is their 25th aniversary. I sure hope he is on holiday with Sauli somewhere else. But he did say not too long ago, he would love to go again, but didn't think his schedule would let him. This being a holiday weekend, and he should have those 3 singles wrapped up, he probably found the time, and bought the tickets before they were sold out in July.

Anonymous said...

If he bought tickets, he would have kept it a secret until he came back. common sense.

Anonymous said...

I won't tell Adam how nosey we are if you don't.lol

Anonymous said...

Just wondering, who got the idea that Adam & Sauli are spending some time on Burning Man?
Did Adam or Sauli tweeted about this or Sauli puts the pictures on facebook if he has one?
I google Burning Man. If Adam and Sauli would go there, we see the photos on Perez Hilton's blog in the same day! I think he just waits for new dirty publicity about Adam.
I hope Adam is very busy to finish his songs for new album and try to relax after busy day.

Anon @6:50pm......I loved the GNT....people won't change their minds about Adam..my son, grandsons don't have a clue about how great his voice is...no matters how he dresses, what his concerts are like they still "think gay" they won't even listen...it's a mindset...I personally hate rap.(I don't even consider it music)hate the swearing and I won't listen to Chris Brown, Little Wayne etc.....so I guess I have a mindset too!
I think a lot of people are jealous of Adam's talent, looks, and sexiness......

- The FB site of the clothing store for BM clothes (Adam shopped there)
- Sauli's blog: "I would have wanted to continue this for a couple of days more, but now I have so much stuff coming that I need proper energy (that means food). It will take a couple of days to get back to the eating rhythm."

- No pics allowed at BM, unless approval of the subject.

To Anon at 7:25pm or anyone else interested from my post at6:50pm. This is the title of an interesting article about Adam Lambert and his success or lack of it in the music business.
"NEW ROCK GOD OR EMPTY IDOL? ADAM LAMBERT HOLDS THE KEY TO HIS OWN SUCCESS" by Larry Cox. This is just one of the articles I've read recently just surfing the web in a moment of boredom with no new Adam news.

So, it's all about lechering in the BM festival?

I'm not on Facebook. Voted for Jingle Ball, though. These polls are great to keep his name out there, but the best way to vote for Adam is to buy his new CD by the millions!

tess4ADAM thanks for all the links for voting, you sure keep us on our toes!! That faxo poll sure is boring this month, I don't think anyone has moved from their same spot all month. BTW my Aunts got hooked on him because I played Adam's music in the car alot. heehe

@anon 6:55 AM Thank you a lot for publishing the name of this article!
There are a lot of replies and comments about the article.
I think that Larry Cox is Adam's big fan. He knows a lot of details from Adam after Idol carrier. Mr. Cox highlight not just positive but negative parts of Adam performances and CD.
Like his comment about AMA. Read it ladies. You will love or hate it. But this article is worth the time you spend to read it.
I think Larry Cox is real Adam fan. This is kind of fans who will stay with Adam for better or for worst.

Dear10:44, thank you so much for your link on the Burning Man photos, soooo creative, innovative, an artist's paradise! Wow, someone even had a rainbow launcher to project a rainbow in the sky! And the photos keep coming in, spent more than an hour admiring all the artworks, still going back to the site. Thanks! No wonder Adam got his inspiration here to be a rockstar...yea, I know the other details as well.

OK Just read the article by Larry Cox. While he has some of the basic facts right, Adam did not push his face into the crotch of one of his dancers.

At first I thought this might have been written in another language and translated into English. His choice of words left me wondering just what he was saying. His verbosity was just that! Sort of a challenge...let's see how many big words I can put into one sentence and guess how many people will know what I mean. Improper usages of words didn't help the reader to gain insite into the article at all.

This guy needs to go back to school and learn how to write concise sentences and use actual words.

His knowledge of the music business is greater than mine (I guess) so I won't trash him on that.

I came away knowing that he thinks Adam has a great voice but I don't know if he is a fan.

Confused

ok does anyone know if A&S went to bm or not? Just wondering. Confused, I thought that article was useless too but I have read so many articles just like that one over the years they blur together.
